Luxurious Oceanfront Condo. Enjoy the Perfect Trip

Fully Renovated, Gorgeous, top floor St Simons Grand unit.

Enjoy spectacular ocean views from every residence at the St. Simons Grand. This exclusive collection of condominium homes, offered by Hodnett Cooper, is quickly becoming the Island favorite.

Each residence at the St. Simons Grand is well appointed with a large living and dining area, oversized oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three or four generously sized bedrooms.

Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Grand #321 features three bedrooms, three baths, a remarkable ocean view, and pleasant appointments throughout.

Every bedroom has a Smart TV with streaming service. Youtube TV is provided.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Sleeper Sofa

The Saint Simons Grand has recently reconsidered the scope and timing of the previously announced exterior renovation project. As part of this process, the community is obtaining an additional professional opinion before finalizing the project scope and construction schedule. As a result, the previously anticipated September 6, 2026 start date is no longer applicable, and there is currently no confirmed construction start date. Once the timing and outcome of this additional review is known, we will share updated information with our guests promptly.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children's bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!

Absolutely Beautiful quick getaway

Great Condo

We loved this condo and the property. Check in was very easy, the condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool was great for small kids and access to the beach was easy.

Great location!

Although there was some confusion upon check-in (door access code not clear, outdated parking permit information, etc.) the place was huge and as listed! Great location steps to the beach and beautiful property.

Gorgeous in Georgia

We can say enough about how much we enjoyed our trip to the Golden Isles. The location on SSI Grands was perfect for getting around. Check in was simple, facilities had everything described and the onsite office staff was very helpful. On days that we weren't out exploring the island (or surrounding islands) we were enjoying the beach and pool. Thank you!

Not as good as the photos

Location was awesome but condo was not what I expected. First, the sliding glass patio door was broke with a sign on it. The couch and chairs in living room were so worn, very uncomfortable. Just not what I expected for the price.

Excellent location!

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. The app was also very helpful to make our stay smooth. I would definitely come back and hope to have the same condo.

Ronald, We regret to hear of the issues you had with your stay. When we spoke in regards to extend your stay we did take note that you requested a few additional kitchen items for your stay that we were able to promptly provide. However we were not aware you were dissatisfied with the carpets or beds. This condo underwent major renovations in Spring of 2016 in which the carpets, beds and all furnishings were replaced. It is among the top favorites of our 300+ plus properties because of its pristine appointments. We hope that you found your stay to be exceptional aside from the items you mentioned and you were pleased with our responsiveness to your request as well as the beautiful views and proximity to the beach and private pool. We hope to have the opportunity to accommodate you and your family again in the future!

Lovely,spacious beachfront condo

This condo has recently updated decor , baths, and kitchen. Comfortable furniture and bedding was in all bedrooms and living areas. There was one issue with a bathtub draining .The response and fix was immediate! This was a wonderful time for our family ,and hopefully we will return soon.
