The location was great! Host was super sweet, and the house came prepped for our stay. Price was great, especially for how nice the vanities and bedrooms were.

Great Location, property manager was very accommodating

Property was clean with plenty of room for the family. Location to the beach was the best part. Short walk across the street, set up on the beach in about 15mins time!

Great place! Great location!

Great place to stay! Convenient to everything in NMB. All the comforts of home. No issues. Right across from the street from the ocean. Would highly recommend to others, friends and family.

The host was great at communicating and responding quickly. The ocean was right across the street and very convenient/ample parking which I LOVED! The layout and size is great for a decent size group and I loved the balcony and they even had extra beach towels. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the cleanliness of the unit. Some of our group members have asthma and there seemed to be a lot of dog hair and debris on the floor, couch, pillows, towels, and even the fridge. So much that it triggered reactions for some of them.I would stay at this place again but I would say to change cleaning companies or do a thorough walk through after the cleaners have been there. I know it’s not always the owners but the companies they hire that do lazy work but it’s not fair to the next occupants.

Nice place

Property was a great location! You can see the ocean from the porch. Would have loved to have a ceiling fan on the front porch but we spent most of our time there anyway. The beach entrance is not directly across the street, but a little up the street. Very easy walk and easy beach access. Its diagonal from the entrance. Parking was excellent out front. The building directly across the street has security that is not very nice if you even try to get to the beach there. Only other issue was wishing there was room darkening shades. The lights all around keep all the rooms very bright at night. We had an excellent week and enjoyed the location. Quiet but close to stores and other attractions a short distance away. Would definitely recommend property and stay again.

We stayed on the top level and loved sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs and looking at the ocean. We loved that 3 of the rooms you could look out the windows and see the ocean. The house was clean and the host gave us easy access to enter the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, however the down stairs residents during our stay were very loud, throughout the night. The neighboring residential area was also very loud nightly.House was not “cleaned” fully prior to our stay. Almost as if nothing was cleaned. Some things were lacking in comparison to similar stays near by for similar price. If you can deal with the noise and lack of being clean I’d recommend. However this is why it has 2 stars from me. And those only come from the location.

Perfect softball tourney house

The upstairs portion of this house (4 bedrms/2bath) was perfect for our two families who were staying in Myrtle Beach for a softball tournament. We weren't in the home very much, however it fit our needs with the space. It was also right across the street from the beach, had plenty of parking for multiple cars, and was very quiet. Our only regret is that the bottom part of the house was already rented, otherwise we would have enjoyed the other softball team families staying in the same location, but otherwise it was a great rental!

Horrible Experience

Although the location was nice, the house has no curb appeal, bathrooms weren't clean, doors were broken, beds were uncomfortable and sunk in the middle, showers were terrible and had rusted shower rod and old inner shower curtain that could be changed after each guest, washer and dryers were dirty, TVs do not work, no internet connection,. The overall experience was horrible.
