PUERTO RICO er tilbage! Vores bygning har KRAFT, VAND, CENTRAL LUFTKonditionering og KABEL / WIFI. Stranden er smuk som altid !! Swimmingpool i olympisk størrelse er nu åben fra 7 til 22. Ejer drives og vedligeholdes (Gabriel)! Ekstra rent condo! Vi er ved havet! To soveværelser strand / hav foran lejligheden med king size seng og dronning størrelse i andet soveværelse på den bedste strand og den bedste bygning i Isla Verde. Det har en ny (installeret marts, 2019) central A / C og helt nye møbler. Fuldt udstyret køkken (kvarts bordplade) ligesom hjemme. Tommy Bahamas strandstole og kølere. Vi har SVART-OUT nuancer til en afslappende nattesøvn. Vi har en nøglelås, så du kan indtaste når som helst. Overvejer også at leje som et soveværelse (ikke i højsæsonen).

Marbella Del Caribe Este (øst) er et af de mest efterspurgte ejerlejligheder. Det er placeret på "strip" på Isla Verde Avenue, hvor der er mange restauranter, kasinoer, banker, biludlejningsfirma og en 24 timers Walgreens (på tværs af gaden) alt inden for gåafstand. GRATIS sikker indendørs parkering med let adgang til elevatorerne. Bil IKKE nødvendigt for vores placering, medmindre du vil udforske den smukke ø!

Komplekset tilbyder 24/7 sikkerhed, adgang til stranden til den samme strand som Intercontinental Resort Hotel, og El San Juan Hotel til halv pris, privat grund, der inkluderer en swimmingpool i olympisk størrelse, kiddie-pool, tennisbane, volleyball / basketball bane, legeplads, picnicborde og grill. Indendørs privat parkering med direkte elevator til lejligheden. Vi leverer strandstole.

Lejligheden ligger 10 minutter væk og en taxa på $ 17 (lad ikke Uber hente i lufthavnen) fra San Juan's internationale lufthavn (INGEN flystøj), og kun 15 minutter væk fra Condado og 20 minutter fra Old San Juan. Tæt på store motorveje for nem adgang til hele øen.

Best Vacation Ever

The host was great from start to finish. Communicatred clearly, provided written guidance that was clear and concise. The view of the beach and pool from the balcony while enjoying a bottle of wine or sipping coffee was great. The host provided information about stores and resturants in the surrounding area. The condo is central to a lot of places and if we wanted to go outside of San Juan, Uber was at the curb before we could get downstairs. Would definately stay here again. Hats off to the host.

Best condo in Isla Verde

Our stay at Gabriel’s condo was amazing. The pictures on VRBO do not do it justice. Beautiful condo, everything you need. Walking distance to restaurants. The pool and the beach was an easy access for my 78-year-old mother. Gabriel was extremely accommodating. He checked to make sure we got there safely, he checked on us in the middle of the week, and at the end of the week. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location on a Gorgeous Beach

The location of this property and the proximity to the beach couldn't be any better. We spent the entire week enjoying the beautiful beach and eating and drinking at the local establishments, which are within walking distance of the property.

Just perfect

We absolutely loved our host and and stay. The place was beautiful and clean. Had pleanty of space with a stunning view of the beach. The property is located conveniently in the middle of everything and across the street from a walgreens. No complaint, would recommend 10/10.

Perfect little gem in Isla Verde!

This property is definitly a 10! Perfect in every way for me and my family's first visit to Puerto Rico. A very easy and inexpensive Uber ride from and to the airport. Centrally located and within walking distance to some great restaurants and stores. A car is not necessary, but if you do decide to rent one, the condo has a parking spot available. We did not rent the whole week, only for two days to explore both east and west side of island. What makes this location even better is that most tours and excursions will pick up at this location as well! The condo itself was very clean, as was the building and grounds. The condo had everything you could possibly need including towels, beach chairs, and coolers which definitely came in handy! We were very comfortable both relaxing after a long day of beach or exploration, and when sleeping. Slept like a baby! The condo is beachfront, and to wake up to that beautiful view every morning was a dream! The beach was wonderful. When we were there, it was not crowded and was very peaceful. Gabriel was amazing! He truly made you feel welcome and would reach out often to make sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. His detailed instructions for check-in and check-out were easy to follow making the process that much easier. This was noticed and very much appreciated! We would definitely stay here again!

Best place to stay!

The listing doesn’t do any justice to the actual condo and the view is phenomenal! I spent 1 week there and it was great! The locals are very welcoming and friendly as well. I would definitely be staying here again in the future!

The best

very nice experience, perfect location, spectacular view, clean beach as well as the condo. Not to mention the host, he gave us the best tips to enjoy our stay, very attentive and cordial. Definitely recommended.

Puerto Rico

Stunning views, great beach access, good location, close to everything, easy check-in process, well stocked, excellent cookware. There were a few hiccups with the air conditioning, no fault of Gabriel's. I still rate that as a positive, because Gabriel responded in record time and kept us updated about what was going on. My only suggestion would be to add a full-length so we can check our outfits before we head out. The beach gear was a great addition, and the drying rack was very handy. Overall great stay and highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Condo and Location!

Listing description and photos are very accurate. Condo has an amazing view of the ocean and pool. It is also very convenient to good food options and the odds and ends you always need can be obtained by the Walgreens across the street. Best part is the owner Gabriel. He sends great instruction and communicated (text) throughout the stay to make sure all was going well. Fantastic experience!!

Clean and comfortable

Gabriel was very easy to work with and his instructions were well written and easy to follow. Accommodations were clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for cooking and the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Great vacation

This condo was a perfect place to stay in Isla Verde. The location was great. My preference was beach side where it was never over-crowded, but always active with people enjoying themselves. The building is located on a main street where you can walk to a variety of restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner (Playa Papaya quickly became our breakfast go to-if you like a healthier variety, this place is awesome!). It’s super easy to replenish provisions with Walgreens across the street. The condo itself is bright and cheery and contains everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. The only issues at all (which are completely out of the owners control and temporary) were the early morning loud construction and the consistent break down of the elevators (but there was always at least one available). Gabriel is awesome! Very communicative and quick to respond to all questions! We were super happy with everything!

Beautiful view , great location and so clean!!

We had an amazing time! The condo had an amazing view! The owner was always available and the air con worked so great during these very hot days in PR. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely condo close to everything with a beautiful view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo. Gabriel was wonderful to work with and checked in on us mid week. The description of this property is spot on! The beach in front of the condo was perfect for swimming. Pool was clean and heated. Safe and busy area. Locals were friendly. We would return again.

Excellent location and view

The condo was clean, Gabriel was easy to reach and helpful. The view is awesome. The beach had little sargassum (there was much more as one walked eastwards closer to the point). The central air is a big plus.

Great value

We enjoyed our stay at Isla Verde immensely. The condo has aged, but gracefully. Besides being clean and well managed, the views from the balcony were superb. The large pool was great for lap swimming. Beach access was perfect: down to the lobby, out to the beach, toes in the sand. Top rating from us!

Great modern apartment with an amazing view in a walkable neighborhood

Gabriel is a nice guy who always is in touch. Apartment is two bedroom with a hallway bath. Modern and updated fixtures. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels and beach chairs. Take elevators down to beach, just past the pool and two playgrounds. Beach is spacious and not crowded in February. Lounge chairs and umbrellas available. Very walkable neighborhood with 24hr Walgreens across the street. We went for the beach so didn’t rent a car and never felt we needed to. Plenty of restaurants across the street including beach front restaurants. Location near airport is convenient but rarely did we hear loud airplanes. Next time we need a place to stay IN PR I’ll be reaching out to Gabriel first!

Absolutely Perfect

Loved the location, view, ...really everything! Close to both casual restaurants...try the sausage pizza across street and higher end Patio de Flores and Costa Azul. Flores for amazing cocktails...and costa, just WOW! the pasta and sangria. The beach view is perfection; even better than pictures, and the access super convenient. Apartment has everything you need. We were here working remotely and enjoying beach. Easy Uber to Old Town. Check out Mezzanine there. Will definitely be back.

Perfect winter getaway

This was the perfect spot for us to escape the chilly winter. The beach and pool are beautiful and well kept, and we loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings. Close to San Juan, Condado, Piñones, and easy to buy the things we needed.

Great Property with Great Manager

This property was the perfect location close to the beach and several options for restaurants all within walking distance. If you want to venture out the Ubers were all under $10. We've stayed at several VRBO's among others and Gabriel was the best communicator we have ever had. I felt very at ease knowing I could reach out at any time if I had questions.

Highly Recommended

If you are looking for a million-dollar view for a view days, this is your place. Gabriel is a great host and very responsive. The place is clean, the kitchen has everything you need, the beds are comfortable and has plenty of beach accessories (beach chairs a big bonus). I hope to make it back some day.
