House was very enjoyable for our group. The game room was a big hit along with the multiple outside decks to hang out on.

Overall it is a wonderful property! Very close to the activity in Gatlinburg, though on the weekends we definitely noticed the noise from Gatlinburg late into the evening. It was super convenient to drive down to the parking garage behind the aquarium and walk the street without ever having to drive on the strip. The furniture on the upper deck needs replacing, as the fabric had slits in the chairs and you couldn’t really sit in them, but the fire pit was wonderful on the lower deck.

The cabin was well equipped and had everything we needed. Location was great as we could see downtown Gatlinburg and it was easy to get to town. The driveway is steeper than I anticipated, but we were able to accommodate five cars. We had excellent communication with the host. We were lucky enough to see two bears on the property.

The property was clean and was well stocked. The space accommodated our family group of 19 very nicely. The views were as advertised, and we all had a good time.

The vacation home was clean, and everything was functional as advertised. It was very spacious and very well stocked. My family wished the advertised pool was closer but for my group it really wasn't a big deal. Our host Lindsey was great and very responsive to any questions we had. The wildlife was very active but my family and i look forward to our next visit.

Great location with awesome rooms and amenities. Exactly as described. Convenient access to anything you would want to do in the area. Heed the warnings about bears, they are active in the area. Keep trash and car doors locked up! Driveway is steep but was manageable in a lowered sports car.

My family and I had an amazing time! The cabin was extremely clean, spacious, and relaxing, and the mountain views were absolutely beautiful. We even had the opportunity to see not one, not two, but an entire family of bears roaming around the property! That was definitely one of the most exciting and memorable highlights of our stay.As other guests have mentioned, the drop leading down to the cabin is pretty steep and can be a bit intimidating at first. However, after a few trips in and out of the driveway, we got adjusted to it and felt much more comfortable!From the breathtaking mountain views to the peaceful atmosphere, every moment was well worth it! We truly enjoyed our time together, made some unforgettable memories . We couldn't have asked for a better experience.Btw, concierge services were great as well!

The size and space of this property were perfect for our extended family coming in for a wedding in Gatlinburg. Eric and Lindsey were great hosts. Very attentive to our questions. A few minor snafus with the place were that the grill was not clean and full of grease and the fire pit could not be started. A key of some sort was missing. We didn't check either of these until we went to use them so that was the problem. I feel they would have helped if we had checked when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked for our big crowd with plenty of plates, silverware and pots and pans. There was tons of table seating both indoors and on the deck. And great games! The driveway is very steep but we managed with 7 cars coming and going. We would all come back!

We had an amazing stay! The views on the back porch are hard to beat! The driveway was steep but we got used to it, any house on that mountain would have the same type driveway, but that’s the trade off for amazing views! We had a couple of bears walk up the driveway one morning which we were able to watch safely inside the house through all the windows! We love the house and can’t recommend enough!

The house was beautiful, very comfortable and spacious for our large family. It was very clean and well kept! Host, Eric, was very helpful with all information needed for our stay. Concierge, Lindsey, was very kind to check in on us during our stay. Mountain view was amazing!

The house was as described and clean - lots of bedrooms and each with their own bath. Most bedrooms are small, with very little closet space, but the private bathrooms make up for that. The shared space is great - lots of separate areas to hang out. The decks are great and the hot tub is in a perfect location. The kitchen is well stocked and we had plenty of bath towels. The driveway is steep and short - and while several reviews I read mentioned it, it's seriously no joke. I had not experienced anything like it. But, there is sufficient parking (we had 4 cars there). You cannot walk anywhere from the house. It's too steep and roads too narrow - everything, including the pools (you have access to 3 - the one we went to was great!) require a drive. The location is great - close to the GSMNP and all the tourist action. You can hear the noise and music from Gatlinburg at night from the decks, but the house is well insulated and noise wasn't an issue. Overall, it's a great place. We had 8 kids there - ages 1 - 14 and felt safe and secure. Oh, lots of bears, which was awesome for all of us.

This house was awesome for our family reunion. From the bedrooms having their own bathroom to the many games available in the game room, we had an excellent time together. Also, the views from the three deck levels were amazing!

The pros….The view was amazing! The location to Gatlinburg was great! The house is very spacious and well stocked! Game room was nice! Hot Tub was nice! We had an issue with one of the toilets leaking and Lindsey got someone out quickly to take care of it! The only true con for us was the very steep driveway. It was a bit scary at times driving up and down it, particularly when it rained. Thankfully, all in our party had AWD on their vehicles. One thing that was simply a personal preference is that the mattresses were a bit firm. And lastly, it was a bit of a disappointment for us being there on the 4th of July, and being told that we’d be able to view the fireworks from the deck. We couldn’t see much through the trees. I understand they had no way of knowing how much the trees had grown and thought we’d be able to see them, but still disappointing to us being there with our kids and grandkids and expecting that we were going to be able to see them. We would still highly recommend this home and had a great time in the area!
