👍 Thanks James! Glad you all had a wonderful time in our home! If you have any suggestions for Sundancer or Bama Beach Houses and their communication and support, or when ready to rock the return trip, we'd love to hear from you! Happy 2026! 😎

🥳 Awesome, Dawn! So glad the east side of Sundancer was the perfect holiday spot for the family — and you nailed what makes it work: a full bath for every bedroom (a group-trip lifesaver!), a well-stocked kitchen, comfy living room, and that beach SO close and easy. Thank you for the kind words about our communication too; we work hard to keep you in the loop. Highly recommend right back at you! Thank you so much for the 5-star review! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Any suggestions for Sundancer? Or ready to set up a return? I'd love to hear from you. Thanks so much for staying in our home! 🏖️

🥰 Wonderful, Susie! So glad the east side of Sundancer was exactly as pictured and had everything your crew needed — a stocked kitchen, two fridges (a group-trip lifesaver!), a clean pool with plenty of chairs, and those amazing deck views. And when a couple things needed fixing, I'm really glad the team jumped on them right away — that's exactly how it should go. Thank you for the kind word about all the info we send too; we try hard to make sure you've got everything before you arrive! So glad you'll be back. Thank you so much for the 5-star review! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Any suggestions for Sundancer? Or ready to set up that return? I'd love to hear from you. Thanks so much for staying in our home! 🏖️

👍👍👍. Thanks Gwen! Glad Sundancer was PERFECT for you all. Bummed to lose a star for some reason even though it was "perfect"... so I reached out. You said it was because it did not have a stand alone ice maker like the last home of mine you stayed in. Of course it, and most places, don't list that as an amenity.... Always happy to take requests, but... losing a star for something we don't offer... is super disappointing as it docks us for something we don't list as an amenity! 😔 Just my $.02 but I would suggest searching for the amenities you want, and not penalizing owners and homes for wish list items that they specifically don't offer in a place since it hurts the listing and is, IMHO, a bit unfair, especially when the home was 'perfect for our families.' 😉 Let's get you back, and find one that does have an ice maker next time! Thanks again! 🙏

Thank you Jay! Very much appreciate the kind words, and am happy you had a most excellent stay in my home! Reach out anytime. Thanks again! Rick

Thank you so much for spending your Thanksgiving holiday with your family in our home! And thank you as well for the fantastic review! Happy to hear everything went well and that Sundancer was perfect for you all!

Thanks Micah! Happy to hear you had a fantastic time! Poke me if you have ANY suggestions, and of course when ready to lock in that return trip! Happy to have you all back anytime! Thanks again! Rick

🥰🥰🥰 Yay! Glad you had a fantastic 8 night end-of-summer stay in our Sundancer, and that you loved the pool too! I believe this is the very first review I've had that mentions dominoes! That is so cool! Hadn't thought of that! Any suggestions for Sundancer or for Bama Beach Houses and their communication and support? Always looking for ways to improve, tweak things! Ready to lock in the return? Reach out! Thanks again! 🙏
