Mountain Home med fantastisk Gedde Peak Visninger i National Forest

Summit er et nyt, brugerdefineret hjem omgivet på hver side af Pike National Forest i Woodland Park, Colorado og ligger inden for et gated community. Du er nødt til at se og lytte svært for at se eller høre naboer! Hjemmet ligger inden for gåafstand til Rampart Reservoir og kun 35 minutter fra USAF Academy. Vi er også 10 miles fra basen af Pike's Peak og 10 miles fra North Pole (Santa's Work Shop). Derudover har Woodland Park nyt Aquatic Center, der er kun 5 miles væk. Mens vi kan sove 16, er deres kapacitet for mange flere med ekstra gebyrer.

Topmødet byder på uovertruffen udsigt over Pike's Peak fra et moderne skandinavisk design. Den åbne grundplan ovenpå gør det muligt for alle at forbinde: inspirere, når du kommunikerer med familie i store opholdsområder eller reminiscens med et glas vin i et luksuriøst gourmetkøkken. For dem der ønsker stille tid, krølle op med en bog på den komfortable stol i vores læsekrog eller nyd en intim samtale i baren nedenunder. Musikelskere vil nyde vintage Baldwin-koncertflygel; udendørs elskere kan slappe af på lokalt regenererede møbler på downstairs walkout patio og derefter drage fordel af vores to dæk - solbadning på soveværelse privat walkout dæk, eller grill og spis på den rummelige walkout køkken dæk.

Topmødet har strålende gulvvarme og er uden AC som den sidder ved 8700 fod; så på en varm dag skal du bare åbne vinduer med stort soveværelse, hvis du har brug for det, og nyd krydsbrisen, få adgang til soveværelsesfanen eller brug forskellige mini-fans til rådighed.

We had the time of our lives hosting our wedding here. We were so grateful to Tyler & Eve for opening up their beautiful home to allow us and others to get married here. It was so convenient to have our family and friends stay with us, and having the venue be the house is the dream combination! So gorgeous, clean, and the best location possible. Highly recommend!

We booked this site as a venue to host our small wedding so that our party could stay there and it did not disappoint! Everyone immediately fell in love with the views and the house was beautiful. Unfortunately there were a couple issues with the houses drainage system, but even if we had known this in advance we still would have chosen this location as we were able to work around them. The hosts were also extremely responsive and accommodating, even offering reimbursement and different solutions to the issues we encountered. They are already actively working with experts to solve this so I would not let this deter anyone from booking this location! our weekend here was the most magical experience and all of our friends would love to book it again to relive our special day!

Stunning Stay

The house is absolutely stunning. And the views even better. The house has everything you could possibly need between the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and common areas. We held our microwedding here and it was everything i could have dreamed for and more!!! I would 10/10 recommend this place for a stay or an event.

Had an amazing time hosting our wedding here! The home is stunning, and you obviously can’t beat the views from all over the home. I’m jealous of all the future brides who will get to have the completed reception space in the future. AMAZING

I can’t even put into words how amazing Tyler and Eve’s home is. It has the most breathtaking view of pikes peak that I have ever seen. We were lucky enough to host our micro wedding at their home over Labor Day weekend. It was everything we could’ve dreamed of and more. Tyler and Eve were so accommodating and great to work with. The perfect mountain wedding

From the moment we stepped into the home we were speechless. The views, the decor, and everything in between was absolutely incredible. We had our wedding here and it was everything and more. A Stunning Stay at The Summit!

The surreal grandeur and raw beauty of this property truly takes your breath away. From the interior to the exterior, every immaculate and sophisticated detail is punctuated by the beautiful and wild backdrop of Pikes Peak. We hosted an intimate wedding celebration here that will forever be stamped in our hearts. We can’t thank Tyler and Eve enough for hosting us - they were wonderful and communicative throughout the entire stay.

Dream Wedding Location!!!

We rented Tyler and Eve’s property for my daughter and now son-in-law’s wedding. It was so beautiful and special. The house was immaculate and spacious. Words can not describe how stunning the views were. When we show people our pictures, they say it almost doesn’t look real! Tyler quickly responded to my questions and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this property if you are considering a small cozy wedding!!

We feel so blessed to have found this home for our friends and family to stay at on our wedding weekend, as well as to use this space to host our wedding itself! One of the most beautiful places on earth

The perfect wedding venue

We hosted our wedding at the Summit House and spent three nights here for the most wonderful weekend imaginable. Words cannot describe how beautiful this home and the views are. Every one of our guests were blown away and we couldn’t believe the attention to detail in every spot of the home. All of the decor is amazing you could get away with not decorating for you wedding at all. When we arrived too early the children were so helpful watering flowers for us and gathering rocks like little helpers. The hosts were so attentive for every detail and accommodating throughout the wedding planning process. We got the enjoy the perfect micro wedding with all of our favorite people for an entire weekend rather than just a few hours at a standard wedding which would have cost more.

Amazing Place

This property was amazing and exceeded our expectations. As have others have said, the pictures do not do it justice. The property has all of the amenities that you could possibly need. We were able to meet one of the property owners who was kind and helpful. When contacting the owners, they were prompt to respond. The property hosted the Nichols' wedding and it was a great property for the occasion!

Breathtaking

Best Venue Ever

Not only did it live up to online description, but the home provided more than we expected. To the point where we had extra of things because the hosts had already thought of everything. We stayed the whole weekend and were so pleased with the accommodations AND the ease with which it turned into a venue. Unbelievable and unforgettable.

Paradise above the clouds

The Summit was an amazing place for our tiny micro wedding. There was so much space in this gorgeous home for all of our family and friends to stay with us. The road up to the home was steep and winding but WELL worth the views, after going up and down a few times the hill was nothing! Walmart is a short drive down the road if anything is needed and the drive down and back to Colorado Springs is a breeze! There is a lot to do around the area. Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, and the Dwellings were just a few of the things we did in our short stay. The hosts, Tyler and Eve, were AMAZING to work with and so accommodating. One of our mothers gifts got lost in the mail and Tyler and Eve allowed us to mail it to the house, they even got it and put it in the house for us! We had a few questions during our stay and they responded promptly to our texts. This home is great for everyone, from families with little kids to gatherings of friends for a weekend getaway. You can feel all of the love and happiness this house sees and will continue to see.

Great house & awesome views

The views from this place are stunning and the house is beautiful and is equipped with everything you might need. We had our mirco wedding/elopement here and it was perfect. We had a few minor issues/questions but the owners were very quick to respond and help which was very appreciative. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Simply amazing.

Pictures do not do this home/ view justice. We had a very intimate wedding here and it was better than what we could’ve imagined. Communication was great. So glad this home was available and that they have opened their home to let other enjoy the beauty.

We are the Lawrence family, made up of 6: Elsa (7), Davis (5), Caius and Cruz (twin 3-year-olds), Mom (Eve), and Dad (Tyler). Tyler is an Assistant Principal and Eve is a Group Fitness Instructor/Trainer by day, and Professional Mom by day and night. Elsa is a little Mommy, and the boys are boys--dirty and destructive:)

We started our journey 3 years ago as homeowner-contractor-builders with a dream to build a home isolated from the city. Finally, after successes and failures, our dream home is complete. Adventure and exploration are important to our way of life. From hiking to rock climbing, paddle boarding to sledding, The Summit provides endless opportunities to experience and engage nature in its grandeur.

We started the building process with an essential purpose in mind, which was to share our home with others so that they might experience freedom. Freedom to experience nature without hesitation; freedom to be alone and quiet; freedom to reflect with loved ones; freedom to escape life's expectations; freedom to refresh and reset; freedom to have fun.

It is our hope, desire, and prayer that anyone who visits The Summit will find what they are looking for. We are honored and excited to provide an unforgettable experience.

Eve grew up on this mountain, often hiking to the undeveloped property for prayer time. The Summit was at first a piece of land upon which the county said we'd never be able to build. Eve and I, before and during marriage, would often hike to The Summit with dreams of a future that felt palpable but sill impossible. For five years, family worked tirelessly with and against "the powers that be" to subdivide the land. And years later, dreams and prayers were actualized.

We were unsure whether or not to put a TV in the upstairs great room, and after a week of living in the home, we realized that our Pike's Peak view was better than any hulu original or Netflix documentary. Beyond that, our favorite moments are sitting with the kids on the great-room couch, identifying forms and characters of the ever-changing clouds shaping Pike's Peak. The Summit has centered us to regain what's perhaps been lost in an overly-busy and technological-driven society: we value the importance of slowing down, embracing conversation, and appreciating what it means to be an old soul.
