Det store køkken er designet til madlavning af et godt måltid, mens du stadig nyder at komme væk. Better than the description!

The unit was very clean, the beds comfortable and the location enjoyable. The pictures and description don’t do it justice, we would definitely stay here again.

Secretly -perfect get away!

Our week was incredible from beginning to end! The boat house was a hidden gem! The pictures were on point but we were still surprised at how spacious & clean & well done this condo is! 10 out of 10 in every category!

Great location, Amazing View!

Caddy’s Boathouse is a wonderful place to stay! Spacious & clean apartment with all the amenities. It’s located right above Island Marine Rentals, where we also rented a pontoon for the day. Everyone who works there is friendly and welcoming. Perfectly located from everything! Super comfortable beds and a breathtaking view of the intercostal waterways from the balcony! Highly recommend:)

This place was perfect for our mini stay!

The house was the perfect size, very comfortable. The patio area is fantastic! All around great location close to everything. Caddy’s restaurant next door has outside seating where we are able to see dolphins swimming, decent food & good drinks. The beach is a 3 minute walk across the street and is so beautiful. Literally the downstairs area has boat rentals and scooters (which are lots of fun themselves) the property manager was easy to get ahold of and very nice when I spoke with them on the phone. We loved our stay here!

A Great Winter Getaway!

I have admit that at first we were wondering a bit as the steps and the deck below our rental seemed a bit on the rough side, but we just had the best time!. All the furnishings are new, the condo is very spacious, and we loved hanging out on the balcony overlooking the boat rental and the intracoastal waterway. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away, and a very nice restaurant is on the other side of the parking lot. We highly recommend this rental - makes for a wonderful Florida getaway!

Sunrise, Sunset

This is our second visit and some of our highlights are the same: We enjoyed watching a beautiful sunrise from the deck and lounging in a comfortable and bright home. It was great to have a full kitchen, since we like to cook. It was pleasant watching the boats, dolphins and other sea creatures like a manatee from the deck. We especially looked forward to our easy nightly excursion to the beach for a sunset swim!

Great place to stay

This was our 2nd time staying at this place. This time we brought our kids along. There was some small changes from the last time we stayed 2 years ago that was nice to see. Great location, beautiful view out the back. We would stay again. The checkout list on the fridge is slightly different than the one they send out in email and it made it a bit confusing on what we were supposed to do. We didn’t receive the email checkout till after we left so we followed the one on the fridge. It would be nice to see those two list be the same to advoid any confusion. Example one said set temp to 75 and the other set set to 78. One said start dishwasher and other said put all dishes away.

Amazing

The management company is top notch. Quick response time, friendly and informative. Do not let the outside appearance deceive you. The unit is a beautiful 2/2 with full size kitchen, living room and full outside porch that faces the intracoastal waterway. The main bedroom has sliding doors that open to the porch as well as from the LR. The staff at the boat rental place beneath the unit are wonderful. The bonus is Caddy’s restaurant and bar just one building over. We had great food, drinks and service. You can sit and relax on the porch and listen to the music. When you are inside, you cannot hear it. The only con to us was the couch. Not comfortable to sit and relax. I would suggest it be replaced soon. Otherwise, truly amazing place. Thanks to Claudia and the owners. We will definitely be back soon.

Quiet and beautiful views

The condo was nice and big! The king size was comfortable and rooms were nice size! The view from balcony to see the intercostal was nice. 3 minute walk to gulf was easy walk. We would stay again.

Nice upstairs apartment

The apartment is upstairs, as mentioned, and is clean and spacious for our family of 4. We had no issues with parking and/or neighbors. Not much bad to say about the place. There was live music at the restaurant nearby, which could be heard inside, but did not play late. The other thing worth mentioning is that the air conditioning did work, but struggled to get the temperature of the apartment much lower than 75 degrees. Overall though, it was a very nice place that was furnished well, had plenty of space and amenities, and was clean. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect Staying

It was very perfect location close to the beach close with great view, much better than the pictures and much better than I expected , we really enjoyed our Staying there. Very nice. I recommend it and I will be back.

Best friends thanksgiving trip

Great location! Spacious apartment with no neighbors to worry about. Great balcony deck and numerous dolphin sightings in the intercoastal! Perfect jumping off point for enjoying the area. 2 minute walk across the street to the beach or next door for drinks at caddy’s!

Perfect location and beautiful property

This was a wonderful stay and we’d 100% stay again. Total blast being above the rental shop and loved having a restaurant next door. Clean, comfy, loved it! Only feedback was that the provided lawn chairs, umbrella and beach cart were either missing, broken, or rusted through, and our only plans were to sit on the beach. We couldn’t reach the host via the app, and we were told they couldn’t help us over the phone since not an emergency and it was a holiday weekend. But after multiple attempts reached the property management company via email and they were quick to respond once we sent a photo of what we found for equipment and they were very apologetic. We had chairs within 20 mins of them seeing my email. Great stay tho and will totally stay again!

Beautiful property at great location

The pictures of this place do not do it justice! It was so much better than I expected. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside is beautiful! So comfortable inside and so many evenings spent on the patio enjoying the view. We had a small request after we arrived and it was immediately taken care of. Great communication throughout our stay and beforehand. The guys working downstairs were very helpful and friendly as well. It was a short walk across the street to the beach and also right next to Caddy's for some drinks and delicious fish tacos. Will definitely stay here again!!

Family getaway

Great time staying here with my wife, two kids, and mother. Plenty of space, great amenities, and fantastic water views of the bay side. Saw manatees swimming from our deck!

Caddy's Boat House

We enjoyed our stay at Caddy's Boat House, was the perfect size for us, and appreciated the beach toys for our granddaughter to use while visiting the local beach. We basically had everything we needed to be comfortable during our visit. Thank you!

Long weekend getaway before school starts

The location was great! Enjoyed the view of the boats and water from the huge balcony. The walk to the beach was not bad. The kitchen was great.. there were a few little things that should be addressed but we plan on going back for sure.. We had dinner at Villa Gallace which was AMAZING!

Gorgeous

We absolutely loved our stay at the Boat House. The views were great and it was very quiet. A short walk across the street to the ocean. Many local restaurants, shops, and other things to do. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the Boat House.
