This was an amazing place to stay. We spent 6 weeks here as snowbirds from Illinois. Very clean well laid out condo with a wrap around deck that gave you sun from dawn to sunset! Location was nearly perfect. Easy access to restaurants and the beach expressway to get to I-10 and Foley. I am a cyclist and hiker and really enjoyed being only a couple of miles from the wonderful Gulf State Park. This property is also on the Mardi Gras parade route.

Perfect location

Condo was as listed. Check in couldn’t have been easier. Wonderful view of the beach and water and we were able to see lots of sea life from the balcony. Would definitely stay there again.

Great ocean view

Very nice property but for the price you shouldn't have to pay for parking.

Thank you for highly recommending us and our condo. We are so glad you had a great beach vacation. We agree with you on the newly implemented parking registration system implemented by the HOA ($7/day/vehicle with max of 2 vehicles). We don't like it either but unfortunately it is out of our control.

Beautiful condo and amazing balcony!

This property was perfect for our family vacation and had enough space for everyone (4 adults and 2 teenagers)! The location and views from the HUGE balcony were just icing on the cake! The balcony and ocean views can be accessed by each of the 3 bedrooms! Check in and out was a breeze! This property was voted the best place we’ve stayed in by all of the family and definitely a place we will rent again!

Amazing time in Orange Beach

Check in was a breeze. They even called to check on us and see when we were arriving. The condo was very nice and the view was amazing. Easily the most beautiful view of any condo we have stayed in. Beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked The pool was great with easy access to the beach. Absolutely loved our time here. We plan on coming back to this condo again in the fall!

Best view ever!

Absolutely awesome family vacation! The condo was exactly as advertised. The view from that balcony was amazing! Watching the sunrise over the gulf with my cup of coffee was just what I needed. The condo was spacious and clean and set a new precedent for how we will book from this point on. 5 stars!

Great condo and location!

Condo was clean, perfect layout for us and our children and grandkids! Balcony was awesome and we enjoyed it immensely! 14th floor is higher than we normally rent but was fine. Everything was in order and to our liking. Parking registration was a hassle but not that big a deal!

Overall Nice Property

My family and I stayed for a week at this location. The location itself was nice and relatively close to restaurants and shopping. The condo did match the photos, however there was concrete repair to the outside deck that was not in the photos. This unit was not the only one but particularly to this side of the building likely from weather. The bedrooms were as pictured, mattresses were comfortable, and the bathrooms were also as pictured. The unit was nice and had everything needed, but we gave an overall 4 star rating because the unit needs a good deep cleaning. We would stay here again.

Needed cleaning and/or updates

The view was excellent. However the rest was not great. The interior of the property needed a top to bottom, really good cleaning. Or it needed updating. Everything just looked tired, including the very old furniture in the living room. It looked dirty and quite worn and really was just not comfortable at all to sit on. Honestly I felt like it needed to be disinfected before sitting on it. For the price we paid, I would not stay there again with the condition it was in.

Huge balcony

Very nice place to stay with a huge balcony. The only thing I didn't like was the paying for parking and the way you had to pay. All of the condos I have stayed at over the last 30 years has always given you one parking pass for free and then charge for more if needed. They would also leave the pass in your room. This place charges for all parking and you need to create an account online then sign in and answer some questions and pay. You have to do it for each vehicle. You can also use a Kiosk and the condo. So that is the one small thing I didn't like.

Outstanding. Wonderful property. This place is wonderful, very clean, fully stocked with every thing but the food. The layout is great. Master bedroom with its own bathroom. The bathrooms are very good sized and comfortable. Plenty of closet space. The beds are all very comfortable. The furniture is a little worn but very comfortable. The patio is fantastic, every room has access to the patio and the view is amazing. Patio has plenty of seating. Beach access is great. With access to an outdoor pool as well as an inside pool, hot tub, sauna and workout facilities. Location is perfect, close enough to everything but never crowded. Four of us stayed 4 days, we will definitely be back.

Awesome place for a beach getaway

We fell in love with the property. It was conveniently located within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores. We could see the beach from our balcony which is why we selected the property in the first place. The Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely try to book this again when we go back to the area. Two thumbs up to Mary/Taylor for being such wonderful hosts.

Best views in Orange Beach!

The layout of this condo is fantastic and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. The decor could use some updating and the table on the balcony was far too small for our group. That being said, we had a wonderful stay and would stay here again.
