Denne beachfront ferie condo lejligheden er beliggende i Destin Florida langs Emerald Coast. Condo leje # 103 plads til op til 6 personer med en konge i soveværelset, 2 enkeltsenge i gæstesoveværelset og en sovesofa i stuen. Der er flise overalt med tæppe i soveværelserne. Puljen og Destins strand er bekvemt placeret uden for din 1. sal gå ud balkon. Du vil være kun få skridt væk fra Destin's Beach. Alle enheder er ikke-ryger.

Condo 103 er frisk malet gennem ud med ny kroneformning. Stuen har ny sovesofa og kærlighed sæde og væg spejl. Stuen har en 42 "fladskærms-HDTV til din nydelse. Begge soveværelser er for nylig blevet opgraderet med nye møbler og plantage skodder. Det store soveværelse har en 31 "fladskærms-HDTV. Master badeværelse er privat til Master Bedroom og tilbyder en kombination badekar / bruser samt. Gæstesoveværelset har en 18 "fladskærms-HDTV. Gæstebadeværelset har en kombination badekar / bruser.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. The resort was very clean and well-maintained. Loved the convenience to the beach and pool. Also loved the activities they had planned for each day. Our kids loved the sandcastle building lessons. I wish there had been a beach shower at the end of the boardwalk instead of just inside the pool area, but that’s my only critique. Would definitely stay here again!

A nice week at the seaside

Good value and room location

Very enjoyable stay. Room was nice and in good condition. Had everything we needed. Bedding was comfortable and A/C worked well. First floor location was very convenient. Close to pool and beach access. Property was well-maintained...landscaping was very nice. Fresh paint on exterior; sidewalk, common areas have been updated. Beach was narrower than we might like and chairs were limited, but is was still nice. Beach attendant was very friendly and professional. Would advise getting out early to reserve best chairs. We enjoyed our first stay in the Holiday Isle area, very centrally located. Overall, would highly recommend!

Beach Lovers Must Stay Here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’m very picky about where I stay and I’m 100% a beach lover! Just steps from the beach, and heated pool. Ideally perfect for older folks due to the main floor or families with kids. The community was quiet, clean, and check in was extremely convenient. Are only hiccup was the fridge ice maker not working however the front office provided complimentary bags of ice. I highly recommend this unit and community. We will hoped be back soon!

Great condo and Great room

The condo does have a washer and dryer which is very nice and is what keeps us coming back to this room. I do wish that the washer and dryer were not such an expensive upgrade to the room though. Also, it would be nice if a shower head would be installed in both bathrooms that had a hose due to all the sand. All in all a great condo and The Islander has a great beach attendant.

Only thing was the TV in living room. We couldnt change channels even with new batteries in the remote. We didnt watch much TV anyway.

I’ve got noting but the run around every time I’ve called. New person every time that doesn’t know what I’m talking about. So the chain of command needs attention. It would be extremely easy to handle my dilemma. Now I’m sure I never will have it resolved.

My only complaint is that the laundry washer is disgustingly dirty and full of crud. We attempted to clean it after we got our clothes infested with water hat looks like grime and dirt flakes from inside the softener tank in center of agitator... It is filthy and all that junk broke up into our laundry.... it needs a deep cleaning with a long brush. Other than that it was good. I wish florida didn’t have such a musty smell in these units but th ru ball seem to smell the same. It’s ok because we burn all our clothes when we get home. Kidding! See you next year!

Reviewer Comments: 2nd night here my 10 yo and 21 yo step son's sinuses really started messing with them. 4th night my 10 son's sinuses started messing with him. I started smelling mold in the bathroom. 5th night I notice mold along the wall by the vents on the ceiling. I called the front desk and was told maintenance would be down in the morning. They said they would be treating it with bleach. My husband is from Louisiana. He knows a lot about mold. If you use bleach on mold, it turns into pneumonia. We told them to hold off until we leave the next day. We stayed out of the condo as much as possible. With all that being said, the condo was nice, very convenient.

Decent place for a family vacation

Needs to be better stocked in the kitchen (needs more serving dishes, bowls, pots/pans). Wish the Islander would do something with the gym. 2 people puts it at max capacity.
