Garrett Lodge offers unmatched consistency and comfort with its bedroom suites. Enjoy two identical Master Suites, each with a king-sized bed, fireplace, flat-screen TVs and en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and double vanities. Two additional rooms each feature high-end queen beds, fireplaces, flat-screen TVs and luxurious en-suite bathrooms with glass walk-in showers and double vanities. Finally, the bunk room is perfect for kids or groups, offering four full-sized beds and a private bathroom with a tub.

Awesome views of the Smokey’s with plenty of room for our big group. Would definitely be back if we are in Gatlinburg again!

Perfect for families/friends

The views were stunning! The property had ample space for two families of 4 - we didn’t even use one of the bedrooms! The outdoor areas with the fire pit and gravel area were a huge bonus, the kids had plenty of room to pass the football and play corn hole. Location to downtown Gatlinburg was about 15 minutes, Pigeon Forge via the by-pass was about 20 minutes. Couldn’t have asked for a better location/house/views/outdoor area for a family spring break! We will definitely book here again.

Christmas at Garrett Place

Our group of 11 had the best experience at this property. It was by far the best cabin we have ever rented. The cabin is absolutely beautiful with wonderful amenities. What a great vacation we all had!!

Mountain Getaway

We enjoyed this property very much! The views were great in the morning. The game room and theater was great for the kids to hang out giving the adults time to “adult.” The fireplace was great (the one on the porch had some issues, but the communication was good with property managers. The road up is a little scary to drive at night, but we got used to it by end of trip. Great place to hang with family and friends. Thank you.

Relax in the mountains!

Really great property! play games, watch a movie, enjoy the hot tub, roast marshmallows at the fire pit. It even has a small yard for kids to run around if the huge decks aren't enough. Plenty of furniture for everyone to have a place to relax and very comfy beds. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing before school starts

This property was all it stated and more! The pictures were accurate and we loved it all! The home was so inviting and we really wanted to stay additional nights. The theater room was so impressive. The bedrooms were spacious and just what we needed.

First time to Gatlinburg

Great property for a group. We had plenty of space to spread out. House is very updated and modern. Views were amazing and we enjoyed the outdoor area and games. Only had to contact the property manager once and was very responsive. Overall great experience.

The view is stunning; the house is very comfortable with all amenities you could want. The ride up the hill is not for the meek, especially in rain or darkness, but you get used to it after a few days. Convenient to National Park, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Ford.

We Bear(ly) wanted to leave

The great deck, views, game room, well outfitted kitchen, very good beds and bathrooms for everyone all made for a great reunion. Mama bear strolled through one morning and her (preteen) cub joined us on the second-floor deck for a look around a couple of days later. Good memories.

Amazing Adventures

The property is absolutely amazing. All of us were impressed with the cleanness of the home and layout. Another highlight , every bedroom was well appointed to include a private bathroom. Plenty of black bear visited us daily. Please keep your vehicles locked. Black bear can open door handles. Absolutely amazing property. The family all voted to come back to this home next year. Exactly what the pictures look like

It was really nice and clean. Had no problems at all… the views of the mountains were amazing. The only thing I would have liked to see is maybe some gates at the top of the steps maybe to help keep the bears out. I was alittle scared to sit out on the deck with the nightly visitor we got. But over all it was amazing and I would definitely come back.

Stunning views and outdoor spaces

We’ve been coming to the mountains for 35+ years, and this is by far the most stunning view we have ever had. We truly appreciated the outdoor spaces - it’s certainly not typical of a mountain home to have such useful outdoor space with a large fire pit with room for everyone, and outdoor games, plus the additional 2 fire pits on the covered decks. The common areas were perfect for our group of 8. Our kids loved the bunk room and it was so nice that each room has its own en suite, plus a common area powder room. We will surely be back, and will be recommending to anyone looking to stay in the Gatlinburg area.

Mountain View to Last a Lifetime

Garrett Lodge is a beautiful home. The house was clean and spacious for our family of nine. The decks looked on to a beautiful Mountain View. It’s located not far from the Gatlinburg bypass but be prepared for some winding curves! And, be prepared for some visiting bears! We enjoyed our stay and made many memories. The ONLY draw back for some of our party was the turn on the driveway to get to the house. It’s quite sharp. It was not a problem for most. Would love to come back for another stay soon! Thank you for a wonderful vacation home.

Amazing getaway

I can’t say enough about this property and about Grant and Amy. We wanted a quarantine getaway that was secluded during spring break and this provided just that for our family. The views are breathtaking. The property is stunning in ways I can’t describe. It felt like a home away from home. There is so much to do at just the house itself that the quarantine wasn’t bad! Grant and Amy were SO helpful and quick to respond. I even left my medication there on accident and they quickly mailed it to me. Do yourself a favor and book this location if you are debating. You won’t regret it. It will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Gods creation on full display!

What an amazing place! The house is perfect for a large group. We had four couples, each had their own private bedroom with bathroom. The kitchen is small, we cooked almost everyday and there was only enough room for two people to be in there at a time. I can’t say enough about the absolutely amazing, breathtaking and majestic views, God’s creation in full display! We went to Anakeesta on our last day and it was a little bit of a disappointment because the views at our house were better than what we saw there. We had a mama bear and her two cubs come see us everyday! Word of advise, keep your car doors locked and the house doors locked! When we first arrived, we had been there less than an hour, and Mama bear had opened the door to our vehicle and was trying to get in when we saw her for the first time. It was an amazing place to stay and highly recommended!

Great chalet! A very nice yard area that chalets typically do not have, in a great location, with a beautiful view from the upper deck. Spotless and well-equipped, and with excellent communication from the owners. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house... Plenty of space to spread out and it was so nice having so many bathrooms. The kids loved the loft/play area and the parents loved the privacy - no cabins within sight. Our only recommendation is to trim back the trees as they are starting to impede the magnificent view.... but recognize this might not be on their land so it might be difficult to implement.
