In 2019, after nearly nine months of searching, I found what I knew was “the one.” The moment I stepped onto the property and looked out over Dale Hollow Lake, I knew this was the place I wanted to share with others. Since then, it’s become much more than a vacation rental—it’s a place where families can make memories that last a lifetime.

I’m a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, retired police officer, graduate from Penn State University, currently an analyst for the federal government, and father of five who enjoys cooking, staying active, and creating spaces where people can relax and reconnect. Every improvement I’ve made to this home has been with guests in mind, from the game room and gathering areas to the little details that make a stay feel special.

The Marine Corps motto, “Semper Fidelis” (“Always Faithful”), is something I carry with me every day. It represents the commitment I make to every guest who stays here—to provide an honest, welcoming, and enjoyable experience and to be available whenever you need me.

This isn’t just another rental to me. I personally manage the property because I genuinely care about every family, fishing group, and gathering that chooses to spend time here. My goal is simple: for you to leave with memories that make you want to come back.

Location was everything when I searched for a lake home, and after visiting countless properties over nine months, this one checked every box.

Growing up in Pennsylvania, my grandparents owned a cabin by a lake, and some of my favorite childhood memories were made there. I wanted my own children—and now my guests—to have the same opportunity to unplug, spend time together, and enjoy everything lake life has to offer.

Inside, you’ll find one of the area’s most unique features: a fully equipped arcade game room with multiple classic arcade machines, ping pong, skee ball, and plenty of space for friendly competition. Rainy days become just as memorable as sunny ones.

The spacious open-concept kitchen and dining area is perfect for large family meals, while the loft and multiple living spaces give everyone room to unwind. Kids love the dedicated sleeping areas, and adults appreciate the comfortable bedrooms and updated bathrooms.
