Denne fuldt opdaterede Kingwoods Townhome er den ideelle base til alle dine Tahoe Adventures. Det store åbne store værelse har fornemme lædersofa og kærlighedssæde, højt til loftet, en pejs i pejs og smukke trægulve. Det store åbne store værelse åbner ud mod et dæk med udsigt over poolområdet. Det pænt udstyrede køkken har apparater i rustfrit stål, en gaskomfur - ideel til at underholde familien! Here’s the revised version with the economics point included:Rocky start, tired property that needs updating — for the priceCheck-in was disjointed — the lockbox opened fine, but the mechanism to re-lock it was unclear, and I tried several methods before giving up and finally calling for help. On top of that, the property’s WiFi/check-in instructions had been emailed to me directly by the management company rather than routed through Vrbo’s messaging system the way Airbnb typically handles this — so I didn’t realize the email existed and had no way to search for it until I called.Cell service was another problem: my iPhone oscillated between LTE, three bars, and SOS the entire stay, never reaching 5G, until we got inside and connected to the condo’s WiFi.The listing says two bedrooms, but the three-story unit actually has three, with two twin/full beds on the upper level. The kitchen was poorly stocked — no foil, no plastic wrap, no storage containers — and the pots and pans were decades old with peeling Teflon, not something guests should have to cook with.Bathrooms were fine (good water pressure), but small and old-fashioned. The whole property felt stuck in time — carpet throughout with no wood or modern flooring anywhere, and general deferred maintenance. Noise also carried badly from the neighboring unit — kids running up and down stairs woke us early every morning.On top of all that, the economics don’t add up: a 260 cleaning fee on top of the nightly rate

There are a couple of things you bring up that I would be happy to respond to, but many of the points that you make are not within our control. I will certainly look into upgrading the cookware in the kitchen and stocking it with some of those other items that you mentioned. I would also like to note we could have stocked these kitchen items and even brought over a new pan or two if you had brought this to our attention during your stay. As for the lockbox, it opens and closes by the same process - so I am sorry that you had a hard time with that. The check-in instructions, including the WiFi info, were emailed to you twice - a week before check-in and the day before. So, you had plenty of notice about how to have a smooth check-in. The cell reception in the mountains is not the same as urban areas, so please be aware of that next time you visit a rural area. I am glad you were still able to call us from the property so that I could help you check in and log on to the WiFi. As for the condition of the property, it is accurately reflected in the photos and the nightly rate. And as for the noise of the neighbors, I am sorry that you had to deal with that but it is out of our control. I would suggest you rent a standalone home next time as opposed to a townhome. I was happy to answer all of your calls during our stay and always left the line of communication open in case you needed anything during your stay. I am sorry we were unable to meet your expectations.

The Condo was nice, comfortable and relaxing. The stairs were a bit steep but manageable.

Great family vacation

The condo was terrific in a great location— close to the pool and not far from King’s Beach. It was spacious for our family of four and everything we needed was provided in the kitchen. Great value for money!

Good location, clean property

Overall a very clean, quiet spot located close to Kings Beach and Northstar. Good beds, couches, kitchen. Technology (TVs) are a bit outdated at this point with no streaming/casting ability, but overall a good spot!

Wonder in the woods!

We found this to be an excellent and convenient location and particularly loved the wooded tennis courts, hiking to smaller mountain lakes and swimming at Kings Beach. Well, stocked quiet and comfortable! We hope to be back soon.

Comfortable property for some R&R

Great property for some relaxation. The property was clean and clutter free. Great space for group conversation and dining. Lots of amenities in complex, but closed due to COVID-19. Close to town but not an easy walk. Taxi, Uber and LYFT available but sometimes surge prices.

We spotted a couple of cobwebs in the lithts, but overall, it was clean and nice. A couple of spots in the carpet, but to be expected with wear and tear. Kitchen well stocked, lots of supplies like bags, soap, paper towels, dishwasher soap, detergent, spices. We recommend supplying more dath wash cloths, they only had about 5, which we had to do a load of whites to wash them every day, but again, it wasnt a problem because there was plenty of detergent.

Well appointed townhome close to pool

We had a great time. The townhouse had everything we could need. When we were unsure in an internet outage was a regional or property specific issue we e mailed the property manager (on a Sunday) and they confirmed within an hour that the issue was regional. The Internet was back up a few hours later. The office shape was wonderful. I took a zoom meeting there and received compliments on the decor (boat on the wall). Everything about the property itself and the property management company was great. We will certainly check availability on future trips to the area

Very good experience

We really liked the place. The only complaint we have is about the top sleeping area - it was getting really hot in there and we couldn't really cool it down (even with the nearest window fully open and two fans going). But other than that we really loved the stay, the property had everything we needed, the location was great, we used both the pool as well as the nearby basketball court. Highly recommended.

Interesting setup

At first we thought it was strange that the kitchen, living room, one bathroom and office were on the second floor, but realized that it was the best way to keep bears from being lured to kitchen smells and there are bears.

Just what we needed

Great location in King’s Beach. The place was just what we needed for a week stay in Tahoe. The beds were comfortable. The place was clean. There was more than enough plates, utensils, and pots and pans. The pool was a good size even with quite a number of guests using it. Maybe, if anything, the the lighting in the living/dining room could be a touch brighter. (Maybe using cool white bulbs vs the warm white bulbs?). However, we would definitely look to pick this place again if we were to stay in King’s Beach.

Check in was very easy. Location of the property was great and very quiet. Property managers were very responsive and easy to communicate with while we were there. The cleanliness could’ve been better. It felt like the condo had been closed up for quite some time as it smelled stale and stuffy and we kept getting whiffs of old cigarette smoke (I communicated this to the management.) There were lots of cobwebs in windows and on light fixtures. Unfortunately, the pool was not useable for the majority of our stay (I’m not sure why but it was closed and we only got to use it one day.) This condo is badly in need of an update. Carpet in the bathrooms (and near the toilets) is just unsanitary. I accidentally left my AirPods behind when checking out and messaged property management as soon as I realized it. I remembered where I left them (and checked on my find my app) and I was told the cleaners had found them and put them in a drawer (but that they didn’t come forward with finding them until asked by management.) I was also told a new guest was there so they wouldn’t be able to retrieve them at the moment. I’m not sure why they were left there when a new guest checked in but that was the first red flag. I hadn’t heard anything in a few days and asked about them again and now I’m being told they can’t find them. So, I’m now assuming they were stolen because what else is there? It’s obviously my mistake for leaving them behind but this outcome is incredibly disappointing.

President's BEAR Day Get Away

We had lots of fun at the Bearadise. Description was very accurate and the accommodations were spacious. The location was very close to King's Beach which was a great plus. My only complaint is that there needs to be a new trashcan in the kitchen and maybe clean out the old spice containers.

Rundown but we made it work.

The toilet had to be fiddled with every time to make it stop running and some of the blinds and lamps were broken. The carpeted bathrooms weren’t my favorite either but the carpet didn’t seem too gross. Close to the pool and parking though.

Location Location Location!!

This townhouse is in a perfect location to the pool, shopping beaches etc! Everything was a short 5-minute drive we could walk to the pool where other guests had to drive. I did not like having carpet in the unit for me with skiing and going to the beach or pool I would much rather have an LVP etc. The house was pretty clean but it could use a deep cleaning of cobwebs in the loft area. The management company was easy to get in touch with. There is no AC and a minimal number of fans. I would recommend fans in all rooms. Over All we had an amzing time and made great family memories!

Awesome rental

Thank you for making our Tahoe trip amazing! We had a great time. The place was clean, quiet, and easy to get to parking lot. It was also very close to the swimming pool, which was nice for the kids. The beds were also very comfortable. We would come back to this unit.

Great Location ! cozy property

we enjoyed our stay in this property. Everything was super close and the farthest place we visited was 30 min max. i loved loved the location ! the neighbors were friendly and respectful. There was no excess noise or partying going on around the area. The check in process and check out process was superb. I cant stress enough how convenient the location was. Safeway market was 5 min down the street from us as well as kings beach. In the future, i do plan on renting this property when our family heads to tahoe for some snow boarding. oh and i will add that the property had an in house washing machine and drier which made our trip sooo easy. They also provided us with plenty of towels and plenty of room to store our luggages. I really felt at home here ! dont think about it anymore, book the property. It looks just as pictured. The only details i would suggest is that the mattresses get updated. Thank you !!

Lake Tahoe Stay 2020 (July 24-27)...

Amazing experience for myself, gf, and our other couple. For a first timer to Lake Tahoe (Omari) amazing. My gf lived in Trukee/Tahoe area for 4 years, and she was impressed. The other couple lives in Cali and also love the place with their newborn daughter. The price, location, atmosphere was amazing. There were a few constructive critism, 1) about 2miles away from closest beach; if you don't mind walking great exercise but you can drive but have to find parking space, 2) some minor issues with parking, cleaniness of place, and some items that need to be repaired. But definitely will return, and love that suite, location, and set up. The management was great, the location, price, and complex was amazing. Sad we couldn't use the pool or hot tub, tennis courts/basketball court. But there are paths you can walk, and you might come in contact with a) lizards, 2) bears, 3) chipmunks, 4) birds, etc.

Great stay

Just went to relax and enjoy the week. The place was great and exactly what we needed for a stress free vacation.
