Our group had a wonderful time in this great house! We were a large group of adults and kids and this house had something for everyone! It’s our second year here and we hope to be back again!

Loved it! Will absolutely book again.

We rented this space for our office summer retreat and were beyond impressed with the space and the hospitality provided by the host, Matthew. The home is supplied with everything you need to feel like you're at a home away from home. Plenty of bedrooms, so perfect for large groups. Our office looks forward to booking again! We had a great family reunion-vacation here, and it was thanks to all these good points about this property and the host. (1) Communication with the host was great. We could ask questions, they were answered promptly, everything went very smoothly, including the host ensuring that items for a disabled family member were set up. We understood all about the house before we arrived, and could plan accordingly. (2) The house is perfectly designed for several family groups. You are with each other, it's easy to hang out, but you're not stepping on each other's toes. (3) There is a lot of forethought that went into what is present in the house, from kitchen tools, to having 2 grills for larger groups, to the shelving and cabinet by the front door for storing the inevitable stuff that comes with a larger group. (4) The basement play room was fabulous for the kids, and for the adults as well! The kids could disappear downstairs to play pool or watch TV, while the adults could remain upstairs chatting. (5) The pool and grounds are well taken care of. The large shallow area of the pool is genius, and a great way for everyone from little kids to older/disabled family members to enjoy the water. In short, we all had a wonderful holiday, and the setting of this house, with the care and hospitality of the owner, really made that come together. Highly recommend!

Our extended family — children and adults — had a wonderful stay at this terrific home. It is a private resort with so many great outdoor activities. The house accommodated our large group with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was large and very well equipped. Everyone loved the pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball court! Communications with Matt were excellent and check- in super easy. Matt worked quickly to address any issues that arose during our stay. The area is terrific with several good restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this house for any large group, including a multigenerational family like ours.

Wonderful weekend!

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful weekend at this property! There was plenty of space for everyone to have fun as a group, but also enough room for everyone to get some privacy if they needed! We loved the brand new bathrooms!! The outdoor area and amenities were incredible! The pool was perfect for the hot days and we had a great time with the volleyball court! The house is also in a great location- not too far of a drive to get to and short distance to beach, restaurants, and anything else you need! I highly recommend!!

From start to finish Matthew was a fantastic host.The house was better than described on VBRO. It was extremely clean and well maintained. It has a fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. The basement was a game room haven with a pool table, foosball, air hockey, gaming table. Outside has tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, sand volleyball, pool, hot tub, and outdoor seating for 20. The beaches are close, and the house has beach chairs and umbrellas to use.Matthew was super helpful with dining, shopping, and excursion ideas. I highly recommend this house for entertaining clients, large groups, or families.

Perfect Property

Perfect Property We had a great stay for the Thanksgiving holiday. We are a large family. The house was perfect (clean and in good condition). It offers everything a vacationing family needs from two full size refrigerators to a game room. Plenty of space for everyone. While the adults cooked and socialized on the first floor the kids hung out in the game room, which has everything (pool table, ping pong, air-hockey, foos-ball, card table, large tv and couches). The bedrooms are spacious with cable tv and the beds were fine - comfy. Owner informed us the bathrooms were just renovated. The baths are beautiful and the showers are amazing - lots of showerheads. The hot-tub is cool. It has jets all around it and bluetooth speakers. The pool was closed, but some of us played tennis, volleyball, and basketball. Owner was welcoming, accessible, accommodating to any requests and a very nice person. We are looking forward to staying again during the summer. Highly recommend.

Amazing!!

Matthew saved us after a house we booked in East Hampton cancelled on us last minute. The house was SO clean, spacious, private and beautiful! We had an amazing experience!

Perfect guys weekend house

Hosted a bachelor party here for 16 guys all in our mid-30's. The property was a perfect setting with never ending ways to entertain ourselves. That bathrooms have all been recently updated which was a nice touch as well! The house is ideally laid out and designed for groups to enjoy themselves there. Highly recommend.

The home is in a wonderful neighborhood. Private yet close to all amenities. So much space for a large group to comfortably stay with private bathrooms for all. Resort-like property with many fun sports. Excellent layout. We made great memories.

Lots of outdoor amenities but some plumbing issues

As advertised, this house has plenty of space with lots of activities in the backyard. The bathrooms upstairs are newly renovated which was lovely. We generally enjoyed our stay with the exception of a plumbing leak/ issue that occurred on our second day causing a flood in the basement – we were told by the repairman it was due to flushing toilet paper in the toilets. The host was very responsive in getting someone out to make repairs, which we did appreciate but truthfully it was a frustrating experience to spend an afternoon on that and be told you can’t use toilet paper in your very expensive rental. Hopefully this is something that will not be an issue for future guests, but wanted to share our experience.

Amazing House

I rented this house for a golf trip with a large group of friends. The house was perfect and had everything we needed -- pool/hot tub, large backyard with tennis/basketball/beach volleyball courts, tons of bedrooms/space, etc.. The owner is super helpful, communicative and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect guys weekend

I rented this house for a 50th birthday with my friends and everything worked out perfectly. It's perfectly clean and ideal for a fun weekend with the pool, tennis, volleyball and basketball. And the basement was great too. I definitely recommend this house for a great weekend away!

Awesome Compound

The house has everything a vacationing family would need. From outdoor sports courts to the indoor game room, my family and I had a great time. Great kitchen amenities, two full-size fridges in the kitchen seems trivial, but it was key! TV’s in almost every room and WIFI throughout the house, the kids were connected and I took a few sneak email check-ins. The house is well maintained and clean. The bedrooms are spacious, located throughout the house, leaving a very spacious comfortable feeling. and the ceiling fans and common room high ceilings are ideal for air circulation. The accommodations could easily entertain family and friends (masked of course), looking for a retreat, and some rest, and relaxation. Overall, we enjoyed the sports, and backyard area, used the BBQ, and had a fun family game night in the game room. At night slept comfortably. The house was perfect, for our quick family getaway. As far as the owner, he was very friendly from the start respected our privacy. We were able to check-in remotely, all was set up when we arrived, and he responded to any and all of our questions immediately, thank you for making it a great stay! I highly recommend renting it.

GREAT HOUSE!!!!

I rented this house in April my family needed a change of environment to isolate and relax. The house was perfect, we were concerned about Wifi because I had to work from home and there were no issues in any part of the house. The house had a fully stocked kitchen with two full size refrigerators, the bedrooms all had flat screen televisions and seven full baths. The hot tub was a plus because it was to early in the season for the pool, we were able to use the ball court and play tennis. The game room was a great benefit especially under the circumstances we all endured this year. The furniture is nice, a bit dated but serves the purpose. All in all it was great stay, the owner was very nice and attentive to our request, we fully intend to rent again.

Don’t recommend this house!

This property is not worth the money at all!! I felt like I was in a super outdated house with a nasty musky smell when you come in the front door. Everything is just hardly put together to look good but it doesn’t. I guess I can start with the extremely squeaky beds that we all slept on and woke up with back aches in the morning. You couldn’t move and inch literally with out it squeaking extremely loud. The tub didn’t drain well so we had water building up in the shower which was disgusting. In the upstairs bedroom one of the kids tried to open the curtains and the the whole thing came down on him thank god he wasn’t badly injured and the owner had the audacity to tell me that I had to pay for that. This property is so old I don’t know how he expects people to have a good time there oh and he want you sweep clean the whole house before you leave. Keep in mind we paid for cleaning service. The guy has a tennis court and no tennis rackets or balls how does that make sense we have to buy our own spend about $250 on that. When I asked him about it he said that he can’t buy new rackets after every tenant because they break them all the time. I don’t understand how you can break a tennis racket after one time use. The owner just wants to suck money out of renters and not put one dollar into this property beware! From the pictures it looks like it’s a good property and it checks off all the boxes you have a pool have a tennis court basketball court but when you come up close to all these items they are far from looking good. If I were you reading this review I will stay far away from this house.

For all interested Travelers, you are welcome to enjoy the property and please return it in the manner as provided to you (free of trash, in orderly condition and without damages). Traveler’s review should be given absolutely no credibility. It is not true. Traveler wrote the untrue review 36 days after his stay solely out of vindictiveness. Owner first gave Traveler the lowest review rating, then Traveler retaliated. Traveler is upset because Traveler was held accountable for the damages & additional costs & expenses incurred by Owner, due to Traveler’s miserable, dishonest, disrespectful and destructive conduct at the premises. Traveler threatened Owner, stated he will write a negative review and he did. Unfortunately, the world is filled with indecent people, such as Traveler. Photos don’t lie, people do, and Traveler is one of them. Traveler lacks integrity and does not speak the truth as he is a fraud. Traveler treated my property as a low life, which follows suit with Traveler’s disregard for complying with federal and ny laws and ethics. Feel free to email me for more information. Traveler never contacted Owner or Homeaway/VRBO about any issues because there were none. All owner can say regarding the false statements by Traveler is that he is a liar. Traveler has a reading comprehension problem. The property description and house rules clearly states no tennis rackets or tennis balls provided (Traveler knew to bring same, and knew that basketballs, pool floats, volleyball, football, wiffleballs & bat were provided); the pictures accurately depict the premises; the furniture, beds and appointments are quality, with furnishings and appliances by Natuzzi, Bosch, GE, Frigidaire, Ethan Allen, Samsung, LG, Sony, Sealy, Serta and Tempurpedic; and the property is well maintained. Tennis, pool/hot-tub, vball & grounds have weekly servicing; Bball Ct is painted asphalt w/ new adjustable rim and stationary rim; Deck furniture pillows are new, deck stained July, 2019. The window blind was ripped down and the shower drains works perfectly. The cleaning fee covers washing bedding, towels & floors, sanitizing kitchen & baths, vacuuming, & dusting). It does not include collecting garbage strewn throughout the interior and exterior of premises & repairing/replacing damaged property. Nobody should do business with Traveler. Traveler is a liar and a fraud. Note: all prior reviews are positive from corporate, family and group stays.

Amazing time with friends

My group had a great experience at Matthew's place! There were 10 of us total. More bedrooms and beds than we even needed. We had a great time playing tennis, beach volleyball, basketball and host of other games. Pool was clean and very refreshing. Every room was sparkling clean, and there were lots of extra towels and beach towels. Matthew was a great host, very responsive to questions and thorough with his instructions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!
