Et sandt paradis! Næsten 100 hektar uberørt, privat ejendom i en Gatlinburg indstilling type. Rock på den overdækkede verandaen i denne immaculately holdes bjælkehytte med udsigt spektakulære rullende bakker og en privat dam. Nyd en gratis morgenmad med hjemmebagt brød.

Fange en tur på gator i de tidlige morgentimer for at fodre flokke af vilde kalkun. Nyd den skønhed og pragt af Peacocks som de strejfe frit. Se rådyr fra to etagers træhus. Pres din lille en på en gammeldags træ swing. Hvem har brug for et motionscenter, når du kan gå de rullende bakker (vi giver spadserestokke). En gartner eller fugleelskere paradis! This precious cabin made it so easy to unplug and enjoy the nature & atmosphere! We had a fire burning essentially the entire time and enjoyed being away from the noise of the city for a weekend.

This was undoubtedly the best vrbo that we have ever stayed. The place is beautiful and the cabin was stunning and she also stocked the fridge with plenty that we didn’t have to get anything. She delivered fresh baked bread every morning plus it was 18 minutes to Nashville broadway street where almost everything is. Excellent stay

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful property! This was our 3rd visit, and we loved it just as much as the previous ones. The cabin is so cute and cozy, immaculately clean. We enjoyed the fireplace mornings and evenings. Loved having coffee on the porch, several times we had one of the peacocks join us. There are several roaming about the property. The fresh bread delivered to the cabin was wonderful, as was the fridge stocked with breakfast and lunch items. It was so nice to see Gisela, the owner, again and contact with the property manager, Lucia, was top notch. The only drawback? We don’t live close enough to the property to be able to come more often!! Thanks again for a truly lovely, and relaxing stay!

We absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay !! The cabin is perfect in every way. We love the walk way down to the cabin it’s like walking into a magical place. We loved getting up in the mornings and walking with Thor !! The views are wonderful. The bread each morning is just an added touch. Rodrigo takes such excellent care of the place. Giesela is an outstanding hostess. Lucia makes everything perfect for the trip. Jill makes sure the cabin is epic and span. We just can’t say enough about HOW WONDERFUL EVERGREEN FARM is… just perfect

The generosity! Having a fully stocked refrigerator, and receiving fresh bread every morning….no one does that for guests! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning again…anytime we travel to Nashville!

Was a very enjoyable trip. The cabin was clean and nice, the fridge was stocked with a dozen eggs, bacon, milk, half and half, butter, turkey slices, ham slices, different cheeses and yogurt. The host makes fresh sourdough bread daily and hangs it on the cabin door at 7am daily - it’s delicious. The fireplace works and has fire starter which makes it easy to start the fire. There is a groundsman named Senior Rodrigo that brings the chopped wood for the fire. He also carried my bags from the car to the cabin and then back to the car when we left. There is a central heating and air conditioning that works very well so you don’t need to use the fire place if you don’t want to. There’s plenty of towels, shampoo, body wash, lots of dishes and everything you need to cook. I was with my 87 year old mother, so there is a short sloping walk on the way to the cabin, but she handled it well so it wasn’t an issue. There’s also a large TV in the living room which has access to Netflix and Prime. I had no issues with the trip and we loved the cabin.

The cabin was very secluded and eclecticBut the first thing is the smell in the cabin was musty old smell and the lighting wasn’t very good and the bed was so bad that we couldn’t even sleep on it, it’s lumpy and old and just has mattress pads on it to make it look soft ! We left and didn’t stay the smell and bed was just too much to handle! I hope they can fix it because the place it very beautiful and the cabin is awesome if they could fix problems

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Communication and directions were spot on, and we found the property with no problems. The kitchen was stocked with food and we woke up to fresh baked homemade bread each morning. The place was clean, with plenty of towels. The only downside was not being able to stay longer.

My husband and I went for a weekend getaway for my birthday. The stay was wonderful - from the location to the host & her family, to the accommodations and every little detail in between! We have already decided we will be back!The house and property are exactly as advertised. The photos are very accurate. The land is full of animals to watch, and so much to roam! It's so peaceful. We loved it.Make sure to read the books on the coffee table, especially the book about the monument. And then make sure you walk to see the monument. Bring comfy walking shoes and a bottle of water!

This cabin was perfect. Very clean, comfortable and very relaxing. The pre-stocked fridge with bacon, eggs, milk, OJ to name a few of the things, made breakfast the next morning very easy and convenient. Not to mention the fresh bread every morning which was absolutely delicious. The grounds are well manicured and beautiful. The peacocks wondering around were fun to watch as well. If you are reading reviews you must be interested in this property. Do yourself a favor and book a stay you will not be disappointed.

This place is heavenly. So quiet. Peaceful. A great place to unwind and connect with nature. We sat out on the porch and took it all in. We live a fast-paced life and while some unwind at a beach, we prefer the privacy and stillness this place provides. The owner is a wonderful person who made us fresh bread every morning. We didn’t get a chance to visit with her after checking in but she has a story to tell of this place, and we will certainly try get time with her next time. She and her Grandson and his wife live on the property and are very respectful of our privacy. They are the best hosts that go above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. We attended some events in the city and it was a 20 minutes drive so not too far out of the way. I could go on…….

You cant say enough about this wonderful place. It is breathtaking. The owner makes you feel like it is an honor to have you visit. She delives freshly baked bread to your door every morning.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed walking around the grounds. .As well as taking a dip in the pool. You’ll also get to see a family of peacocks that roam around the property. On many mornings one was sitting on the porch. It was very kind of the host to leave us breakfast and lunch food as well as fresh bread every morning. It was delicious. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing time, this is this place to stay.

Property NOT as described! The listing is totally misleading! After driving for 3 days across the country, we thought we were going to relax, have privacy, and be able to wash our clothes here. We chose this property because the listing said it was a standalone cabin on 100 acres and it had a washer and dryer with a private pool. None of this was true at all. When we arrive and found out that it was instead a guest house with no washer and dryer, no privacy, and the pool was actually shared with several other people and located a far distance from the home, we tried to cancel immediately and get a refund. Shockingly, we couldn’t get help canceling the reservation from the host who was extremely pushy and overbearing punching my husband in the shoulder repeatedly telling him he must stay. There is no reliable phone or internet service here either to get help! We left first thing the next morning and once we had phone/internet signal we called VRBO explaining the situation and requested a refund. The property has a very skinny and very long driveway making it hard to get in and out. When you take your luggage from your car, you have to walk 1/4 mile to cabin and we had an elderly small dog who can’t walk well. We own many rental properties including short term rentals and we do not misrepresent our properties nor do we force people to stay who do not wish to stay! Photos of property are also older and not honest representation of the property!
