Livet er bedre barfodet i denne sommer retræte! Slap af og nyd den farverige udsigt over bugten og havbrisen, der sidder på den åbne veranda med udsigt over lystbådehavnen i dette nye (2019) hjem! Beliggende ved havnefronten i Pot-Nets Bayside, dette 4 soveværelser, 4. 5 bad hjem giver mulighed for store sammenkomster i den rummelige stue / spisestue. Hjemmet er prydet med masser af vinduer og glas skydedøre, der lader det smukke kystlys oversvømme hjemmet. Tag en 5-minutters spadseretur langs marina-boardwalk for at komme til den stadigt populære Paradise Grill, private strand, fiskeri og crabbing moler. Pools, tennis, baseballbane og legepladser findes på stedet. Der kan lejes bådspidser til $ 40 pr. Dag. En golfbil er inkluderet i denne ejendom uden ekstra omkostninger. Børn er velkomne, og kæledyr er også! Fantastisk beliggenhed til kajaksejlads og stand-up paddleboarding! Det er en kort køretur til den verdensberømte Baywood Greens golfbane (10 minutter), skattefrie Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutter) og de maleriske centrum af Rehoboth Beach og Lewes (30 minutter).

The house is beautiful. The view from the deck is peaceful as it looks out toward the bay. We loved the 4 large bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The kitchen was well equipped and roomy for all to help prepare meals. It is the perfect space for a family stay. We would definitely stay here again.

One of the things we really appreciate is that they supply the sheets and towels, which made packing so much easier.We also had an issue with the grill not working, but the response was outstanding. They replaced it immediately with a brand-new grill, which really showed how much they care about their guests.Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has a large deck out front with plenty of seating and a long table which makes for a great place to enjoy cracking crabs. It was key to have 4 king beds and every bedroom had its own bathroom. There are also two pull our sofa beds - this should be detailed on the listing, but it was not. It would be helpful to include kitchen dish towels and extra garbage bags. It is important to look at the list of items they suggest you bring. The neighborhood has a lot to offer for things to do. Definitely recommend.

Amazing

Absolutely incredible place to stay, the house was super clean and massive. The views were amazing and there is a lot to do not far from the house at all. Paradise grill right across the street is a cool place. And the property manager is wonderful, easy to get in touch with and took care of a couple minor problems right away. We would definitely stay there again. Only complaint I had which has nothing to do with the property was the weather was a little cold (end of May). I’d go back in June sometime when it’s warmer. 11/10 recommend.

Not so secret Winter Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a fantastic time at the Ever Dream. The rental process was easy, the rental agent was extremely helpful and professional. Everything that was promised was there. The only reservation I had was that the home is in need of some maintenance. The are several places where the floor is coming up, including one large spot in front of the kitchen sink that was covered by a rug. The flooring in the hallway was loose, and my grandson caught the knee of his pants on it and tore his pants. There are several doorknobs that are broken and several cabinet doors that need to be repaired. I definitely plan to rent again next year, as the overall experience was great. I just hope some of the maintenance items can be addressed before that time.

We live locally, but rented 5 of these homes to receive out-of-town family and friends, at a location just minutes away from Baywood. Everyone loved walking or taking the golf car to Paradise Grill. The houses were super clean, easy check-in & check-out process. Plenty of places to sit, enjoy each other & look at great scenery. We didn't turn on the TV once. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals, when we didn't eat at restaurants. Highly recommend!

Our Annual Oasis by the Bay
