Livet er bedre barfodet i denne sommer retræte! Slap af og nyd den farverige udsigt over bugten og havbrisen, der sidder på den åbne veranda med udsigt over lystbådehavnen i dette nye (2019) hjem! Beliggende ved havnefronten i Pot-Nets Bayside, dette 4 soveværelser, 4. 5 bad hjem giver mulighed for store sammenkomster i den rummelige stue / spisestue. Hjemmet er prydet med masser af vinduer og glas skydedøre, der lader det smukke kystlys oversvømme hjemmet. Tag en 5-minutters spadseretur langs marina-boardwalk for at komme til den stadigt populære Paradise Grill, private strand, fiskeri og crabbing moler. Pools, tennis, baseballbane og legepladser findes på stedet. Der kan lejes bådspidser til $ 40 pr. Dag. En golfbil er inkluderet i denne ejendom uden ekstra omkostninger. Børn er velkomne, og kæledyr er også! Fantastisk beliggenhed til kajaksejlads og stand-up paddleboarding! Det er en kort køretur til den verdensberømte Baywood Greens golfbane (10 minutter), skattefrie Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutter) og de maleriske centrum af Rehoboth Beach og Lewes (30 minutter).

Kæledyrspolitik: Denne enhed er kæledyrsvenlig. Der er maksimalt 2 hunde (kun hunde). Dyreejer skal betale yderligere 20 dollars pr. Kæledyr pr. Nat rengøringsgebyr. HVIS DU planlægger at bringe et kæledyr med dig, bedes du ringe og tale med vores reservere.

Vi har et minimum-ophold på 7 nætter i vores sommersæson. Check-in er 16:00 på søndage, og Check-out er kl. 10 på søndage. Vi har mindst 2 overnatninger på alle andre tidspunkter af året.

Bådskibe ligger inden for gåafstand fra hvert hjem og fås efter først til mølle-basis. På det tidspunkt, du reserverer din feriehus, skal du ringe til os for at foretage din marina-reservation. Vores bådspidser er 24 fod lange, 14 fod brede og kan ligge i en 32 fods lang båd; gennemsnitlig vanddybde er 4 meter ved lavvande.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a fantastic time at the Ever Dream. The rental process was easy, the rental agent was extremely helpful and professional. Everything that was promised was there. The only reservation I had was that the home is in need of some maintenance. The are several places where the floor is coming up, including one large spot in front of the kitchen sink that was covered by a rug. The flooring in the hallway was loose, and my grandson caught the knee of his pants on it and tore his pants. There are several doorknobs that are broken and several cabinet doors that need to be repaired. I definitely plan to rent again next year, as the overall experience was great. I just hope some of the maintenance items can be addressed before that time.

We live locally, but rented 5 of these homes to receive out-of-town family and friends, at a location just minutes away from Baywood. Everyone loved walking or taking the golf car to Paradise Grill. The houses were super clean, easy check-in & check-out process. Plenty of places to sit, enjoy each other & look at great scenery. We didn't turn on the TV once. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals, when we didn't eat at restaurants. Highly recommend!

There were some issues with dirty dinnerware put in the cabinets and not fully cleaned. There was dirty underwear under one of the beds upon our arrival. One of the bathroom linen doors was off the track upon our arrival. Overall my family loved the property, and we would recommend it to anyone. Overall rating of 9.5. The staff, specifically Debbie Wilhelm, was and has always been a pleasure to deal with. She should get a gold star.😀

Amazing

Absolutely incredible place to stay, the house was super clean and massive. The views were amazing and there is a lot to do not far from the house at all. Paradise grill right across the street is a cool place. And the property manager is wonderful, easy to get in touch with and took care of a couple minor problems right away. We would definitely stay there again. Only complaint I had which has nothing to do with the property was the weather was a little cold (end of May). I’d go back in June sometime when it’s warmer. 11/10 recommend.

Great Vacation and great staff!!

Great view and accommodations loved being able to travel around on the golf cart, the pools and even the baseball field. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances. A few recommendations bring your own bath towels and wash clothes, they do supply them but they are not the greatest and they shed. Also, the place really needs a cleaning, cabinets and drawers with food and dust, dog food and dog hair on the floor. We didn’t have a dog but we had toddlers. Sliding doors beautiful to look out but don’t look down the tracks were filthy black and the toddlers had black on their feet constantly. Now Debbie was great and offered to have someone come clean it and we appreciated her response but we had already vacuumed and just decided we would let them know and move on. We had one of the best vacations and have already booked for next year.
