We appreciate your kind words about the property's condition and the amenities provided. Regarding the check-in process, we want to reiterate that our standard check-in time is 4 PM, as communicated from the beginning of your reservation. While we always strive to accommodate early check-ins whenever possible and at no additional cost, we cannot guarantee it due to the time needed to properly prepare the home for your stay. We understand that waiting to access the property was frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As promised our team carefully monitored the turnover process to ensure the home was thoroughly prepared for your arrival. We remained in communication with you throughout the day and allowed you to check in as soon as the home was ready, which was prior to the scheduled 4 PM time. To help accommodate you while you waited, we also offered the option to place your luggage on the porch. However, please note that access to the amenities, including the release of wristbands, is not permitted until the home is officially ready for check-in. Thank you again for your understanding.

First, we would like to say thank you for the review. Our guest and their feedback are very important to us. We thank you for choosing to stay with us at Sanders Beach Rentals. We are so pleased you had a great week! Always feel free to call us upon arrival if you have any questions about how to get to the beach or anything that will help you during your stay. We have a 24-hour reservation and maintenance line to assist with any questions or concerns. In your check-in information, we do list the beach chair and umbrella number to help assist with beach equipment. We do send out information such as a map of Watercolor that we send over via text upon your arrival and we now have tablets in the home that provides area information. We also have a Watercolor trolley provided by the HOA for guest convenience that operates during the spring and summer seasons. Although the location is not as close to the beach as some homes, the fact that there is an electric cart makes the slightly farther location easier to get to the beach and to explore all the fun things to do in Watercolor. If you want to be in the middle of things in Watercolor yet still enjoy a quieter scene, this lovely home and location is prefect for you. We are so glad you enjoyed the home and the beautiful beach.
