CARTIERA in the only complex with Pool in Amalfi town by AMALFIVACATION.IT

Cartiera is a centrally located self-catering apartment in the only complex (The Amalfi Vacation Residence) with a pool in the heart of Amalfi town, a only 5-minute walk from the beach, ferry, bus and taxi.

It has 3 bedrooms with 1 king-size and 2 queen-size beds (on request, we can provide 2 twin beds in each bedroom), 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower), an open space sitting and dining/kitchen area and a small outdoor space.

The apt includes a brand new air conditioning system (July 2023), heat, dishwasher, washing machine, internet, TV, and stereo.

Apartment Cartiera is located on the first floor of an elegant building in the historic center of Amalfi. THERE ARE ONLY 20 STEPS TO REACH IT

Also at guests' disposal
- A new pool with sun loungers and towels (open from April 1st to the beginning of November, weather permitting);

- The pool is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

- Large and beautifully furnished outdoor spaces;

The pool is located across the road from the apartment.

LOCATION
The apartment is well located just a 2-minute walk from Amalfi's shops, restaurants, and cafes while the main square, the beach, the bus station, the taxi stand and the ferries are just 5 minutes on foot.
You can easily visit Positano, Capri and all the other towns along the coast.

Parking is chargeable and starts at a rate of EUR 35 per day and may vary based on vehicle size and season.

Confirmation Policy :
For the definitive confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay (+ service fee) is required at the moment of the booking, through HOMEAWAY/VRBO reservation system.

The balance will be paid on arrival.

Check-in: any day of the week from 2.30 PM to 8.30 PM.
For arrivals from 8.30 pm to 11.00 pm, an additional fee of €25 will be charged.
For arrivals AFTER 11.00 pm, the fee increases to €50
Check-out (any day of the week) is by 10.00 AM.
A different time can be agreed, upon according to the availability

This was a great holiday for our family of 6The pick up (arranged by the company) from airport and the drive to the apartment was so easy. The apartment was large and clean . It was also a very easy walk to the square and the beach a boat and bus stops Almalfi is in my opinion the niceest of the coastal towns to be based. But any of the places we visited were very beautiful.The food was amazing, we didn’t have a bad meal during our trip.The return to the airport was equally good, again arranged by the company.My family thought it one of the vbest vacations they had taken. And we have traveled all over the world. We will remember the holiday fondly.

Nice Amalfi apartment only a block or so into the main area of town. Historic building, could us a bit of a refresh, but was nice for our group of four. Enjoyed the pool area.

Great location near to everything (lots of restaurants, shops etc.). Quiet at night despite being only a hundred yards from the lively Amalfi centre. Kids loved the pool. Comfy beds, and the apartment was well provisioned with everything we needed. Hosts were responsive. Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay and would gladly reccommend this property!The host was very thorough with both check-in and check-out, making the entire process seamless from start to finish. Booking was easy, and the property was absolutely perfect for our family of four. It was comfortable, clean, quaint, and full of charm.The location could not have been better. It was just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Amalfi town to feel peaceful and relaxing, yet still incredibly convenient to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Having access to the pool was a wonderful bonus, especially on days when we wanted to take it easy and stay close to home.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast.

We had a great stay at this property. Very convenient location and everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful, pleasant and attentive. The pool was so nice and what a treat to have it. Would definitely stay again!!

This was perfectly located, spacious, clean, and comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The hosts were amazing and the property felt like home! We will stay her EVERY time we come to Amalfi!

We loved our stay in Amalfi. The apartment was more spacious than I would have thought from seeing the pictures and we loved that it was away from the heavy tourist crowds. We felt like we were in a private locals only area worlds away from the crowded downtown. The pool across the street was a great perk and we loved being close to the waterfall hiking in the area. I didn’t realize that we would have to walk with our luggage to the property as the downtown turns into a pedestrian only zone but thankfully Giuseppe was able to help us with a couple of our bags to make the walk easier and get to the apartment smoothly. Very happy with our choice and would definitely stay again if we’re in the area!

Fabulous apartment in a quiet part of Amalfi, 10 minutes from the front. Very spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. A bonus was the pool, which was a very welcome cool and quiet spot to relax away from the beach and port. Would recommend.

Great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Amalfi. It’s a little walk up from the water, but honestly a great location with plenty of privacy. Our host was very responsive & great to work with!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! I wish they wouldnt charge for help with the luggages. The water randomly turns extremely cold when showering, but other than that a lovely stay!

We would like to clarify that there is always a member of our staff available to assist our guests with their luggage (free of charge) from the street to the apartment. The extra service (golf cart porter service) you mentioned in your review is not connected to our company, but an independent option you requested at check-in to avoid walking from Piazza Flavio Gioia — the main square, public transport hub, and taxi drop-off point to our unit (8 minutes walk); Regarding the shower, thank you for the information — we will definitely check the cause of this unusual issue. The apartment was nicely tucked away at the top of the village so away from the bustle of the other tourists. The kitchen was really well equipped and we appreciated the coffee machine and the hamper on arrival - a really nice touch. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms/towels/products offered were of a very high standard. The only criticism would be that Amalfi can be a noisy town at night time so our sleep was a little disturbed.

Thank you for your positive review. However, we would like to clarify that our apartments are located just a 5‑minute walk from the Duomo, in a very quiet residential area. We are confident that the noise you experienced during your stay was an isolated case, as the neighborhood is usually very peaceful. Amazing stay!

This was an amazing apartment in such a great location. A few minutes walk to the restaurants and ferry. The apartment had everything we needed and the pool was a great spot to refresh at the end of the hot summer days. The hosts communicated well and getting access to the apartment was very easy. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

Property was just as nice as in the pictures. Plenty of space for 6 adults. The host was very cooperative. Perfect location for town of Amalfi and hub for the Amalfi Coast. Will definitely return.

Great place

Great location in Amalfi that is only a couple minute walk from the beach/ferry/etc. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of room for 6 people. It was too cold to use the pool, however, it looked like it would be a great addition in warm weather and has a very cool garden with chairs and tables to hang out. Highly recommend this place.

Great place

Excellent location very close to ferry and bus station, plenty of places near by to eat or to buy food. The apartment has all necessary items to make you feel at home. It has great layout very spacious. Family had a great time. The host Giuseppe was very welcoming explained well all utilities and very important he walked us from the ferry station to the apartment which made a difference when you are not familiar to the area. Thank you .
