Perfect location with gorgeous view of the beach. Everything was so close. From Grocery stores to restaurants. House slept us perfectly with bunkbeds for the kiddos. We were very comfortable in the house. Look forward to renting again!

Nice beach home, easy access to the beach and conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Also rented a golf cart that was delivered and picked up after out stay

Short walk to the beach! Great place!
This was perfect for our weekend beach getaway. Easy walk to the beach! Great beach views! Well stocked! We loved it!

I’ve rented this house 3 times in 2022, 2025,2026 and from 2022 untilNow the couches, pillows, carpets, beds are all the same with the same sheet covers, pillow cases. it could sure use a refresh and update. We love this home we always goto this one because of its location. The home this year was a bit dirty stains on sheets, sand on couches, sticky kitchen and sand on the beds and carpets. We would love to see updates on this property as it is the goto property as it is our goto anytime we are in Bolivar.

This cabin was perfect! Extremely clean, perfect bedroom set up!!! And the AC works AWESOME!! The location is perfect, just a block off the beach on the access road. BEST cabin we've had, highly recommend it!!!

Best house in the neighborhood not to small not to big, perfect view perfect atmosphere and it screams beach vibes all over just as we wanted. Also the COBB Team was super friendly and very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Enjoyed our stay over all
The rooms look bigger in the pictures than they actually are. Ants were still an issue. None of the lamps worked in the bedrooms. Tv doesn’t stay on in one room. Location was great. House was pretty clean. We enjoyed our stay over all.

Look what happened to the neighborhood!
A wonderful first night however six automobiles pulled up with 21 guest across the street! The next two nights weren’t so great with 21 and 8 cars up the street. We will stay on the row A when we return and perhaps THE BRADY BUNCH will not!
The water looked like our ranch tanks too and was hot! The seaweed felt very uncomfortable not sore how to fix that issue. We have best friends that live on the island and we will return and I still might personally buy a beach row A home. I just need to see more sand closer to the water and less Trump flags with rednecks. But somethings one can never change. Lol

Best view
This property had the best view! Close to everything and nice ocean view. The only problem was there was a-lot of ants. The living room carpet had a lot of ants underneath and we had kids with us, but overall very good experience will definitely be back!! :)

Great family vacation
Clean, comfortable and well kept. The only complaint was the noise from construction in the neighborhood. Wifi was out due to a storm that hit before our stay.

We loved this beautifully decorated cabin! It was fully stocked and had a wonderful view of the beach. Decorations are is very peaceful and coastal. Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen/living area are perfect for entertaining. After Dune Delight also has a charcoal grill downstairs. They even had toys and games to enjoy. We will return to this vacation home again!!
