Spacious condo with a beautiful view of the beach. It was clean and well supplied with all the all the things to make it feel like home. Will stay there again in the future.

Beautiful property, a great fit for our small family. Easy access to beach; we loved sitting on the balcony with its great beach views. Only thing that would make it perfect would be an umbrella or some sort of shade on the balcony for the hot mid-day sun. Highly recommend!

Peace and quiet

What a wonderful island with privacy and respectful people and surroundings. Property was exactly as described and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location. Day trips into Beaufort and Charleston are a must.

Relaxation at its finest!

Excellent views of the sunrise in a relaxing wildlife paradise! Off the beaten path and perfect for a quiet getaway! Just a short twenty minute drive for groceries in Beaufort and the many local restaurants are amazing! We will definitely plan another vacation to this rental!

Amazing!

The condo decor & theme was excellent. It is very modern & has top of the line appliances. The ocean views from the back deck or from the upstairs picture window were gorgeous. The walkway to the beach is close by & we were able to explore up & down the beach. Because it is located in a sound there is a drastic difference at high & low tide which makes for further fun exploration.

Early Summer Vacation

Excellent views, but lots of steps. The beach access was great too! We had wonderful weather. some days were cooler outside than inside the condo and there is a restriction on opening the windows. It would be nice if the owners would consider changing that policy and getting screens for the unit. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay!

Beautiful getaway

A lovely place to relax and enjoy nature. The view from the condo is beautiful and restful. The beach is more of a walking than swimming place but that was okay. The only issue we had was the tv sets were older and didn’t allow for streaming, which is not apparent in the description of property. The property folks went above and beyond trying to address this, to no avail. Great stay otherwise.

Beautiful beach, beautiful condo.

This condo was immaculate. You can tell it was recently updated. Very clean. Loved the touches of art. Not the normal cliche beach stuff but photos of the local area (Lighthouse, beach). Comfortable beds, good AC and lots of extras: dishes/kitchen stuff, towels, linens, toilet paper, even had a beach umbrella for use. Extra spices and cleaning supplies if needed. Wifi was good. Loved the beach. We went in late 1st week of August and it was not at all crowded, very peaceful. I would certainly come again.

Great Stay But No Internet

It was perfect. The only problem was we didn't have internet wifi. Maintenance was in and out several times but they couldn't resolve the password issue. Most of us didn't actually need wifi but one person was trying to use wifi instead of data. We just gave them a Hot Spot and it was fine. However, I'm sure that some guests rely on wifi to find local attractions, reservations, etc. Property and accommodations were great.

Disappointed

The place was comfortable but there were underlying problems indicative of neglect. The washing machine broke and the dryer was so loud it was deadening. The repair person said they were old (2012) and not repairable. We were there 18 days so this was not good. Tidewatch helped us out. This has not been our experience renting condos here over the past few years.

Great Fall Getaway

Very nice condo! Great views…..lots of steps up to the unit. Make sure to visit the Hunting Island State Park….educational as well as beautiful!

Mother/Daughter trip

Photos never do a great place justice, and the online photos of this condo are no exception. As my 71 year old (retired English teacher) mom said, "This is a very commodious condo!" In our opinion, the photo of the walkway to the beach looked much longer than it seemed in real life. It gave us pause at booking, but is actually a short and bio-diverse walk that any nature lover would want to take their time with. The surf is calm here, due to the coastline, and conch shells were bountiful at low-tide. They are all (ALL!) beautiful but...inhabited by hermit crabs - pinky to palm sized! So amazing, but don't take these home with you! I also saw 2 live starfish doing thier squiggly moves toward the sea, dolphins, turtles, pelicans, herons, and so many other birds I'd never seen. The plant life was impressive for Septmeber! We decided to try this beach (we live in Asheville, NC) for our mother/daughter trip this year because it is a bit closer and seemed more isolated than what we typically choose. It did not disappoint us! Be prepared to drive 20-30 mins for gas, shopping and dining, but this is a nature/history lover's paradise - with Hunting State Park right nexdoor! I can't wait to come back, when I can spend a whole week or more to settle in and explore the area.

Super relaxing week away.

Hurricane/Tropical Storm Ian delayed the start of our stay by a day, but Tide Watch management did a great job of dealing with it. Quickly refunded the charge for that first day. Condo was super clean, nicely decorated, beautiful water view! Absolutely no problems.

Beautiful

Very clean, everything a person could need. I wish I had understood that this was a second floor unit, with the bedrooms being up a steep flight of stairs. This was hard on my 94 year old mom. Nothing in the description mentions stairs, although it is my responsibility to ask! I will ask next time. Otherwise the place was perfect... lovely setting with a gorgeous view of the ocean.
