The condo had an excellent view- we spent so many hours on the lanai enjoying the view. It was more spacious than we were expecting based on photos. The kitchenette was nice to have a full fridge and microwave however we did not do much cooking. The condo was very clean. We enjoyed using both pools and walking along the beach path. The parking was excellent and very convenient.

Great room, spacious. Lanai has a great view. Safe was not working, property manager didn't reply when we texted them. The building is busy, sometimes a longer wait a the elevator (there are 5 elevators).

Was a little nervous about being on the 20th floor because of the elevators,but no problem they were fast.Everything in the room is very nice. The only thing I could think of that they could do is update the beach chairs but that was no big deal. The views were amazing.The parking pass make life a lot simpler not having to worry about parking.

Very smooth, very well managed, responsive, helpful, and nice. Truly couldn't ask for more. The room itself is a nice size, party of two had plenty of room and not climbing over each other to get around. The furnishings are fine, they are showing some age (carpet, sofa pillows), we noticed but it wasn't bothersome.We really loved being able to walk to Ala Moana (mall) and other parts of Waikiki from the Ilikai.

Comfortable condo with a beautiful view

Nice size for the 2 of us. Enjoyed the balcony and view. Easy check-in and parking. Huge refrigerator. Tips: Happy Hour at the top floor (Empire) restaurant & the Friday night music are both worth checking out.

Great location and responsive customer service

We had a wonderful time at the Ilikai and will be back! Customer service through Captain Cook Hotel group was very responsive and the unit was cozy with a nice marina and sunset view!

Relaxing, Quiet, excellent view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 20th story condo was just what I was looking for! Had beach chairs and umbrella we used on the beach below. Has snorkel equipment so we didn’t even have to rent gear to snorkel! I loved sitting in the balcony watching the ocean, harbor, birds, clouds... and even rainbows a few times. Bed was comfy, kitchen had everything I needed, bathroom was decent sized, even has a bidet toilet. Water pressure was good, got hot water fast. I would definitely stay here again! I loved that it came with its own reserved parking spot!

Waikiki stay

The location is great and I appreciate that the hotel does hula in the courtyard every Friday night 6-8pm and then you can enjoy the Hilton fireworks at 8pm as well. That being said this unit needs a very deep clean and some paint touch ups where white doors and trim have gotten dingy from people touching it. Overall the unit just didn’t feel as clean as I would have liked a unit to be coming in to.

Amazing view and everything you need is within this hotel. It has its own market, ice cream parlor, shops etc. or walkable to ABC stores and eateries. Beach is frontal. Easy walk to Ala Moana mall, park, Marina and Waikiki. The hotel is very nice and lounging areas are very comfy. Pool, and a restaurant on the top floor with amazing views! This unit could use a few kitchen screw tightenings and eating sets that match, but that was not important as everything worked well.

Had perfect views to watch all of the airport and marina traffic, and the sunsets in the evening were stunning. There was a minor hiccup with the parking pass when in first arrived, but it was quickly resolved and worked perfectly for the rest of my time there. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great little unit close to Waikiki, but still a little removed from all of the action.

Family vacation!

We can’t even begin to explain how perfect this location was for us!!! The communication from the host was amazing, the location was amazing!! The location was exactly what we were looking for, close to everything and so much to do! The condo was well stocked, clean and comfortable. This was our first family vacation with our 3 year old. She loved the shallow pool and we couldn’t keep her out of it! You and your family will have no complaints when enjoying this property! Can’t wait to go again!!! Thanks for helping us make wonderful memories!!!

Great Location and view

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and view and from there it goes downhill. Condo #2029 pictures are not representative of what shape the condo is in. Walls are scuffed and in need of paint. Carpet is worn and has holes. Bed pillows are of low quality and stained. Kitchen sinks grout needs attention. Electric stove needs a deep cleaning especially the burner drip pans. The most disgusting was the air vent above the stove. It was caked with grime and accumulated dirt/dust. No fire extingusher and there needs to be a posted placard for emergency exit route on entry door. Entry door needs adjustment as it sticks when trying to open. I'm 6'1 in good shape and it was hard for me to open. Bathroom was clean and shower was good. Bed was comfortable.

One of our best vacation rentals EVER!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place with excellent View... easy to rent and very accommodating management. Two things about the condo that were not issues but a bit of an annoyance for our Three week stay. 1 there was no dresser or storage that accommodated all our cloths for that length of stay. 2 ... the sliding wheels on the door to the lanai were worn out and opening the door was a two person job whenever we went out to enjoy the beautiful view. These to inconveniences were not an issue for us and our overall enjoyment of the facility but we feel that in a review it may be an issue for others looking at this rental. Overall we can not say enough good things about the property or the accommodating management. We travel to Hawaii twice a year and will definitely be reserving this property from now on when we travel there if it is available.

Incredible Communication, Perfect Location and View

I travel for business 2 weeks per month to Oahu and usually look to stay near Ilikai. The building has everything you need with a small grocery store, great coffee shop, ice cream parlor, poke restaurant and Cinnamons restaurant. The sunset views are perfect and you are steps from the beach. The unit is a little dated but super clean and very comfortable.
