To-nat minimum i foråret, efteråret og vinteren! Smukt dekoreret udsigt over bugten med tre soveværelser / tre-bad lejlighed hjørne enhed sover otte, med konge i mester, dronning og fuld i 2. soveværelse, dronning og fuld i loftet område.

Palm Beach Club # 240 administreres professionelt af Paradise Beach Homes.

Condo er dekoreret i beroligende strandfarver med designerteknikker overalt. Travertingulve og designerrør overalt med tæppe i hvert soveværelse. Opdateret køkken med bordplader af granit og skinnende apparater inklusive en Keurig og kaffemaskine med 10 kop. Både den velindrettede stue / solværelse og soveværelse har private balkoner, hvorfra man kan nyde den fantastiske udsigt over bugten og stranden.

I slutningen af en solopblødt dag ved stranden er der underholdning for alle med fladskærms-tv overalt. Gratis WiFi. Palm Beach Club har en lyd foran pool og strand, perfekt til familier med små børn. Ejendommen ligger lige ved indgangen til Gulf Islands National Seashore, så sørg for at nyde lange gåture på den ubebygde, uberørte strand! Snorkelpark beliggende lige bag Palm Beach Club i Santa Rosa Sound.

Great property with both beach front and bay options

Reviewer Comments: The property was very satisfactory, and the options between beach and bay were a lifesaver - jellyfish were in the beach water and waves were sometimes too rough for the little ones. The only concern for us was the tile stairs. They were a little scary for the 1 1/2 year old to be around. Other than that, it was a great property that I would recommend!

Very clean and well maintained. The only issue we had during our stay was that the coffee maker stopped working. We called the office and within an hour we had a brand new one! They are top notch and we would recommend to anyone!

#240 is our favorite!

Our last night there, we literally watched from our balcony as the beaches were closed to the public due to Covid pandemic precautions. We booked #240 again because it is clean, spacious, well-equipped, safe, and the view is fantastic! Our family requires 4 beds, and this condo offers that, along with plenty of space to spread out, read, nap and watch TV. Regardless of the weather, the view of the Gulf was always gorgeous. The balcony was the perfect place to start each day with coffee and devotions. We loved having such a short walk to the beach from the condo, and cherished daily walks along the shore, admiring God's power, creation and handiwork.This was our 9th year to spend Spring Break at Pensacola Beach, and it holds a special place in our hearts. I highly recommend #240, even though it might mean more competition from visitors! How soon can I book it for next year?

Reviewer Comments: Our son and his wife live in Pensacola, so for family fun, I bring his sister and her three children down with me for some spring break extra-special family time on Pensacola Beach. The condo is very comfortable and well-appointed. As mentioned, it's a split foyer plan, so there are a lot of stairs, but they are not steep and the flights are probably just six steps each. It would have been nice to have a powder room on the living area/kitchen and dining area level, but don't let that be a deal breaker. The gulf views are stunning and relaxing. We had a problem with our refrigerator after 24 hours and Paradise took care of every detail in an extremely swift, professional, thoughtful and efficient manner. When I find myself in PB again, I will definitely consider a property managed by these folks. thanks for a wonderful trip!

No notification about construction site - closed balcony

Over all we enjoyed the stay and love the location. The only complaints we have are the bed in the master is extremely firm- feels like sleeping on a board. No notification of the scaffolding (painting the exterior of the building) that would be outside and have the balcony completely closed. If I would have been aware of this I would have looked at a different location.

Love this company and this condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our (3 families) 4th consecutive year renting with Paradise Beach Homes and this same condo, if that doesn't tell you anything. Everything about this property is amazing, we absolutely love it. PBH is a pleasure to deal with and always professional and helpful. If I had to say 1 dislike, it'd be that the property doesn't have an ice machine to fill ice chest, but the nearest store is less than a mile up the road. Other than that, we will continue to book this condo with PBH as long as we are able. Thank you for sharing your condo and PBH for being so easy to deal with and always professional.

Great Condo, fully stocked and very clean

Loved the property and area. Communication could have been better. They tested the fire alarms when we were there and had no clue what was happening. Our parking was also taken over by crew working on condos. Over all condo was clean and in well working order. The kitchen had everything needed to cook food and bake. Location was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Back Home Again!

OMG! Exactly what we needed. Pensacola is my husband's hometown and I have adopted it as my second home. We would visit as a family once a year when we lived in Detroit. We know live in the Tampa Bay area and enjoy our peace of paradise at home. So, it had been a while since we visited. But OMG the pictures do not give this unit justice!! We would stay in the old Palm Beach Club and our expectations were that it would not be as great as before, but we were so wrong! The unit is spacious and the kitchen lacks nothing. The view is absolutely breathtaking and calming at the same time. We are already planning to come back with our children and grandchildren. The team at Paradise Beach Homes are beyond amazing.

Could have been better

I was not happy that we had to go to office for keys then when we got to condo the keys didn’t work had to wait for someone to bring key. The pool keys never worked we were lucky that people let us in. Also the keys were hard to use. It needs a deep deep cleaning. The kitchen needs wash cloths and towels a sponge and 2 towels not enough. We also could not find any extra sheets. The description of the condo should state there are stairs and you have to go up or down for bedrooms and bathrooms. We weren’t thrilled when we got there and carried all the luggage up the stairs to then find out there is an elevator which did not have a sign! We had a nice vacation but I don’t think we would rent this condo again.

My family & I enjoyed our stay. Our only issue was the front door lock was very hard to get open & to lock again. The house was clean & well equipped with the essentials.

Beach was beautiful…condo was filthy

Key lock needs replaced. Have to fight with the key 10 minutes just to get inside. Condo was filthy. Bedding was not even stripped from previous guests. Quilt just pulled up. Quilts just black from not being washed. LR rug so filthy and dirt stained I wouldn’t walk barefoot in the house. Floors not mopped. Terrible housekeeping. No on site maintenance. Neighbors threw Food trash outside on walkway. Stunk and sat there for 3 days. I have stayed at plenty of beach rentals and this was the most expensive, and down right filthy I have ever seen. I was washing bedding until midnight before kids could go to sleep. I have lots of pictures if the owner would like to see them.
