Carol, we appreciate you choosing to stay with us and sincerely wish that your overall experience had been more enjoyable. The Fall Bike Rally can certainly be quite a surprise if you are not expecting it! Because multiple rallies take place throughout the year, we always highly recommend that guests research local event calendars before traveling to the area. We do want to clarify that paper products, soaps, and toiletries are not supplied at this property. This policy is explicitly listed on all booking sites, as well as in the Rental Agreement, the check-in instructions, and our friendly reminder messages.
