Din egen personlige strand og dock i baghaven!

Helt renoveret i de seneste år, er dette hjem beliggende på Seconsett Island, hvor du kan komme til at slappe af. Hele øen er familievenlig, hvor du kan slappe af i vandet i baghaven eller gå en tur til stranden på Waquoit Bay. Ride cykler, kajak, padlebord, båd eller svømme sikkert lige hjemmefra! Oprindeligt sov 8, men ændret sengetøj for nylig til 5. Vi kan rumme dine sovende behov efter anmodning.

Øen er meget stille og semi-privat, så ingen trafik men bare fred og ro. Kun en kort køretur til Mashpee Commons, New Seabury, South Cape Beach, Falmouth, Falmouth Heights og Woods Hole! Hvis du har en båd, kan du forlade din personlige dock og være på Martha's Vineyard på få minutter!

Ejendommen er lige blevet frigivet, så jeg har hele sommeren åben og kan rumme en fuld sæson 0r Månedlig leje hvis interesseret. Men jeg vil begynde at udfylde ugentlige udlejninger om et par dage og vil kun holde åbent kort.

Great place to stay

My friend and I needed a girls trip away to do nothing but relax. This is the perfect place for they. Quiet, clean and cozy.

Great stay, great hosts

We had an enjoyable stay at this property! It exceeded our expectations, very clean and amenities were plentiful. It was everything promised and more. Host was amazing, truly made us feel at home. Great spot for r&r but also for exploring Cale Cod! Highly recommend.

Cute comfy spot

We checked in and had a few days of wonderful weather. We took short walks to the ocean front that the house faces and looked out on the water. Very peaceful and relaxing with all the comforts of home.

Island Property on the Cape

We were enjoying a family vacation/celebration. Dave was a wonderful/helpful host. The property was peaceful and relaxing with something for everyone.

Wonderful getaway!

The landlord gives a great description, but I think his home is nicer than the pics and the rooms are bigger than I thought. Great location and we had a lot of fun. And our Lab loved swimming in the ocean close by.

Our relaxing vacay

We spent 11 days at David’s beautiful little guest cottage. We had every amenity needed and the hot tub was a wonderful way to end long days of visiting family and seeing local sites. Seaconsett Island was gorgeous and access to a private beach, dock, and water sports equipment just made it extra special. It was also an easy drive to local restaurants and shops Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time!

The location and property are really nice. We enjoyed the water views and kayaks. The hot tub is aso waterfront and amazing. This was one of very few properties that is okay with dogs and it has lots of amenities that will make them more comfortable. The Moonakis cafe, which is very close, has really good food. Overall we had a great time. The owner is easy to work with and responds quickly to any questions you may have.

Terrific Twilight Retreat

Both kids qualified for the Annual x-Country race at the Cape Cod Fairgrounds this year. Great except one ran at 6:00 pm and the other at 9:30 PM. This was the perfect place to stay. 15 minutes to the fairgrounds, quiet neighborhood, easy drive to plenty of things to do and a Hot tub to soak sore muscles :)

Quiet, private property with gorgeous views

Lots of kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. We loved our stay at the cottage on a salty pond away from busy streets and city noise. The owner was very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. The cottage was clean, the kitchen had everything necessary. Perfect getaway during hot summer days!

Peaceful

This spot was peaceful for the most part. Some work being done next door for a couple of days that caused some Noice/loud music. Cute little guest house but could use updated couch and beds (very worn and not comfortable). Use of the hot tub a HUGE plus and the beach area is great. The host was very nice to work with and was accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay here again with updated couch and beds. :)

Relaxing, just what I needed

The guest house is to the rear and side of the main house. An adorable cottage with most amenities. We stayed for two weeks and they were quite relaxing. The owner was very kind and helpful. He checked in occasionally to see if I needed anything. The view was serene. Cocktails in the hot tub at the end of the day were just what was needed. It was very peaceful. About a twenty minute drive to restaurants, bars, shopping.

Awesome spot for honeymoon!

My husband and I stayed here for a mini-moon after our wedding. Dave was so kind and communicative! He even left us a congratulatory gift basket! We had a great time enjoying the hot tub while our golden retriever enjoyed playing in the water every morning. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet yet close to a lot towns and beautiful beaches. We had a wonderful time during our stay and couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Amazing Everything!!

Perfect location, cutest little house, great views!! Peace and quiet in comfort! Dave met us on arrival and was just an amazing host! We were sad to leave and will be back!!

A nice weekend away

Dave the property owner greeted us when we arrived. He’s a friendly and personable guy. The rental was clean and the kitchen was well appointed. The neighborhood was nice and quite. The highlight was the water views, outstanding. We took full advantage of the use of the kayaks, the SUPs and the hot tub. A good time was had by all.

Great Weekend

Weekend getaway with my wife and our two small children. Nice, cozy place with private beach and hot tub. Close drive to public beach, shops, etc… host very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely revisit!

Cozy cottage

Perfect location and size for a small family. The weather didn't cooperate but we did get to enjoy the hot tub! The cottage was very clean and had everything you need and the host couldn't have been nicer.

Great location, great beach access

The house is in a great location, is quite small (perfect for two adults and a couple of young kids), was very clean, has it's own private beach, and the description is mostly accurate. The only issue with the place, and it wasn't an issue for us, is that the main house is on the same plot of land, is very close to this rental property, and is currently (June 2021) under renovation. There was no construction noise or work being done, so there was no issue with that. It was just a surprise. The host was very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent property

Property is small but well designed. It was spotlessly clean. The owner was very friendly and generous with the user of the hot tub, kayaks and paddle boards. Location is convenient to several beaches.

50th birthday getaway

We had the best week! Great property for families with kids. Our boys kayaked and swam and we crabbed right off the dock! We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday in Plymouth at his favorite restaurant, only 50 minutes away from this property. The owner Dave is a great guy. He was very responsive to our needs and extremely helpful. We definitely recommend this property.

Awesome spot!!

My husband and I were looking for the perfect place to take our oldest dog since she had never been to the beach. We found this and it was absolutely perfect. We loved having our morning coffee on the private beach with our pups playing in the water. Paddleboarding and kayaking were a huge added bonus!! The cottage was cute, clean, and gave you the Cape Cod vibe. It was the perfect spot for our doggy family vacation! Thank you for a great trip Dave!

Dave is awesome

Very peaceful location with high privacy- nice patio with chairs and picnic table down by the water and a small private beach. The guest house is small but nice and well appointed.

Currently I live outside Boston in a town called Walpole. I have been coming to Seconsett Island since I was a very young boy. My Family had a place there for many years. In 2004 I was able to purchase my own Waterfront home so that my two girls could experience the Island growing up as I had. Never had the intention of renting but due to recent divorce I decided/needed to rent out for the summer to help pay for while I regroup and start my new life. I am a CPA by trade.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Safe Social Distancing with one of New England's favorite locations to boat and Kayak and enjoy summer activities! I fell in love with this island many years ago. The peacefulness of being here and then all the activities you can do right from the property is hard to explain in words. If you have young children and want to feel safe yet allow them to explore or play on the sandy beach, this is a great spot! There is fun for the whole family!
