We are truly sorry to hear that the villa did not meet your expectations and completely understand how disappointing that must have been. That said, I’d like to clarify a few important points. The photos on our listing are the same as those provided by Hilton. As outlined in the rental agreement — and discussed during the booking process — this was a non-cancelable reservation so your request for a partial refund is not negotiable. Additionally, exact unit assignments, décor, layout, and features such as balcony size or window placement are determined solely by the resort at check-in and are not guaranteed. If you did not raise these concerns with resort management during your stay, we strongly encourage you to do so, as they are best equipped to address issues like this while guests are still on property. Given this, we are hopeful you were able to enjoy the island and appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback. We hope you’ll give us the opportunity to assist you again in the future.
