We had a wonderful 3 night stay here at this unit. The place was very clean, in a very nice area and within walking distance to the Bridge of Lions. Chris, our host ,was very timely in responding to any questions we had before and during our stay. We definitely would stay here again when we come back to St Augustine.

Very comfortable stay

Clean, roomy and a really comfortable bed. A short walk across the bridge to all the shops and restaurants.

Wonderful!

Very clean and super convenient. 10 minute drive to St. Augustine Beach, and a walk across the bridge of lions to downtown if you don't want to pay for parking. The only small complaint I have is that the bed was pretty creaky, so if you're a light sleeper you may have trouble getting a restful sleep. Other than that it was perfect!

Super nice!!

This apartment was perfect for our 3-night stay in St. Augustine. We were there for the PGA Players Tournament, so this location was perfect. The rooms are large; everything was clean and modern; very comfy king-size bed. Close enough to walk to near-by restaurants. We’re so glad we got to enjoy the little gem!

This was the perfect fall getaway. The place is well kept, clean, spacious, and feels like home away from home. The location was PERFECT. A short walk across the bridge of lions put us in the heart of St Augustine where we enjoyed all things tourist. We had the best food at O’Steens, which was in walking distance as well. We didn’t plan on a beach day but found time for one while we were there. Instead of going to the crowded public beach, we paid a small fee and went to Anastasia State Park. It was perfect. A little bit of a walk from the parking lot to the beach BUT no crowd! So peaceful and relaxing. The lighthouse is a MUST! I hate the government shutdown didn’t allow us to visit the fort. This just means we can plan another trip down for that and hopefully have the opportunity to stay here again. I am very new to VRBO and Chris made the process so easy. Of course, I had a couple of questions and the response was very quick! If you get a chance to visit the oldest city in the nation, this is for sure the BEST place to stay!!’ We will be back!!!!

Very nice space in a historic home in a quiet island neighborhood. Minutes from downtown St Augustine, and minutes from St Augustine Beach! Very clean and updated; abundant street parking just outside. Fun place!

Pleasant stay

Place was very nice. Lots of natural light made the space feel very inviting. Great location without being right in the middle of noisy traffic. Will definitely stay here again! Great host!

Perfect weekend getaway

This rental is beyond perfect. The location makes almost everything walkable, the neighborhood is quiet, the property was clean and had plenty of parking available, and the kitchen had all of the basics we needed for our weekend. Everything you could ask for with a short term rental in beautiful St. Augustine.

Great Place

Pretty and super comfortable!

Loved the condo, very clean, updated and felt like home. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and soft. Very hard to leave. When we’re ever back in St Augustine, this is where we’re staying.

Beautiful place

Great place!

Was across lions bridge from downtown, but walkable. Very relaxing place to get away from all the people but close enough to walk to most any area. One of the oldest buildings on the island but well furnished.

Clean, close to downtown and lovely neighborhood

This will be the first listing we check if we visit St. Augustine again. The listing and photos are 100% accurate and the home was totally spotless. We loved the neighborhood and it was so convenient to walk to to the main downtown area. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone!!

Great location!

We loved this property. It’s beautiful and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the Conch House and shirt walk across the Lion Bridge to downtown St. Augustine. We will recommend to our friends and will definitely look to rent again in the future. Chris was quick to respond if we had questions and the property was just as shown. Really comfortable home away from home.

St Augustine Gem

A great place to stay in St Augustine. Very well located with an easy walk to local bars and restaurants. Only 10 minutes walk over the Bridge of Lions to the town centre for everything the St Augustine has to offer. Apartment is spacious, very clean and in a nice quite neighbourhood with parking outside. The bed is huge and comfortable and the rest of the apartment is very well equipped. I would recommend.
