Amazing view and location

We loved staying here! The apartment was really nice and had an amazing view. It was also in a fantastic location. The view really is exactly like in the pictures! We were comfortable in the living spaces, bathroom, and bedroom; however, the kitchen was a little bit dirty. I have celiac disease, and was really depending on being able to use a clean kitchen during our stay.

Property manager Savo has gone the extra mile for us.

We extended our stay by three days as we liked the city so much but I had a medical emergency and am in hospital for 4 days. They have let us stay in the apartment until 6 pm as our flight is very late. It was so easy dealing with them and pleasant. We will come back .

Wonderful apartment with spectacular sea view!

We had a great time in Luisa's spacious and tastefully furnished apartment. The view from the big rooftop terrace was stunning. Savarino was a great host who helped and supported us promptly when we had questions or requests. We would definitely love to come back!

Good location

The location is nice but that is about it. The person meeting us kept us waiting 45 minutes to let us in. The owner never responded to our calls or texts. Shabby, sparsely furnished apartment. It was like a cave inside due to the windy weather that forced us to keep all the shutters closed. Parking in the city is a nightmare.

A room with a view

We wanted views of the ocean and that’s was what we got. The property is rustic and simple traditional in style and please don’t get me wrong simple not as negative but as a positive if you want all the mode cons this not the property for you but if you like a nice comfortable bed a good ocean views high ceilings and a spacious terrace this if for you sure there was things we could have asked for and they would have been provided but we were there to relax and that’s what we did. Also Mrs Annunziata who met us with the keys she was so lovely warm and welcoming we spoke no Italian but some how we were able to understand all her instructions. I am going to miss the sea views and sounds.

Beautiful spacious apartment overlooking the sea

I had an incredible week-long stay at this spacious apartment in the center of Alghero. The location was great and gave us close proximity to many restaurants and shopping stores. We cooked several meals here and spent a lot of time on the terrace looking out at the sea. Perfect spot to watch the sunset! Even though it was a hot week in Alghero, we got plenty of breeze off the water on the terrace, and the air conditioning worked great. Definitely would stay here again!

Beautifully situated

The flat is situated on the old walls of the city overlooking the harbour. It has fabulous views and you fall asleep to the sound of waves. It is quiet and beautiful and nicely decorated. Spotless and clean. Good WiFi. You can walk anywhere in the citadel, and not having hired a car we managed to catch buses to the local beaches in the national park and to beautiful Bosa. Clean well equipped,it lacked nothing but a knife sharpener. Which given the fab time we had we tried to buy and donate but couldn't find a shop Good air con. Good communication when we arrived we felt well supported. It is next to a small bar. But not too noisy (and we are light sleepers). But on the third floor for those with less fitness. Wide solid marble steps. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Brilliant view, brilliant location

A lovely experience. Close to all the bars, restaurants and shops. Must be one of the best views in Alghero. A sun trap in the afternoon. A special place to watch the famous sunsets. Thoroughly recommended.

Lovely flat in beautiful situation

It’s a lovely flat in an excellent situation overlooking the sea. The terrace is gorgeous and we were able to watch the sunset from there. Very good restaurant and activity suggestions. A few small points: it would have been nice to have a small table on the terrace, and we found securing the umbrella quite awkward, despite the excellent instructions. In the kitchen, there was a shortage of sockets for the fridge/kettle/microwave. It would have been good to have a couple of mugs.

Lovely terrace and great stay in Alghero’s Centro storico

This is a lovely apartment with an unbeatable terrace with view of the ocean. Sunsets are just gorgeous and it is surprisingly quiet at night given the apartment’s very central location. The wooden ceilings are a real plus as is the well stocked kitchen. Very close to the central market, great restaurants (our favourite was Aragon), the grocery store (Co-op), Pintadera language school (recommended) etc.. Communication with Luisa was seamless. We hope to return!

Wunderschönw Wohnung an dwr Altstdtmauer von Alghero.

Wir hatten 2 sehr schöne Wochen mit einem gigantischen Meerblick von der Dachterrasse und auch vom Schlafzimmer aus. 2 Restaurants unterhalb an der Stadtmauer, angenehme Urlaubsgeräusche. Die Wohnung ist absolut identisch mit der Beschreibung, ebenso die Fotos. Sträde haben wir außerhalb Algheros aufgesucht, ein schöner ist z.B.bei Fertilia, kann kostenlos geparkt werden. In der Hauptsaison ist es allerdings empfehlenswert ohne Auto anzureisen, Parkplatzsuche kostenfrei oder- pflichtig ein Geduldsspiel! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder für einen Besuch in die wunderschöne Stadt Alghero...!🙃

Great place

Spectacular view and lovely top floor balcony spot, as shown. Spare but elegant apartment. The process was very smooth -- Luisa was very responsive and helpful with questions as they arose. Strong recommend.

Geniale Wohnung mit Mittelmeer-Feeling

Der Kontakt mit Luisa war sehr freundschaftlich und informativ,. Annunziata, die den Kontakt vor Ort zu uns hielt, war äusserst hilfbereit und freundlich. Der Umstand, dass man vom Fährhafen Porto Torres Alghero in weniger als einer Stunde erreich ist ein weiter Pluspunkt.

Tolle Lage

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft, in Alghero und Umgebung. Bleibt man in Alghero braucht man kein Auto und kann die Stadtstrände, den täglichen Markt, Restaurant und Dinge des täglichen Grundbedarfs fussläufig erreichen. Wer mit einem Fahrzeug anreist kann dieses in der näheren Umgebung kostenlos parken (z.B. in der Lungomare Dante, Via Giacoma Leopardi, Via Perpignan…). Zum ein- und ausladen kann bis Torre San Giacomo in den Zeiten zwischen 8:00 - 10:30 und zwischen 14:30 - 16:00 Uhr einfahren. Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist das absolute Highlight mit einem wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Wir haben das Frühstück und die Abende mit Sonnenuntergang jeden Tag auf der Terrasse genossen.

Ottima scelta ad Alghero

Abbiamo soggiornato qui in due persone, la prima settimana di agosto. La casa è perfetta, estremamente funzionale, con tutto il necessario e tanto spazio a disposizione. Il terrazzo è un plus. Aspettare il tramonto guardando il passeggio e la gente che si ferma sui bastioni per fotografare, è stato un piacevole momento di calma serale. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata ma, se si aprono le finestre, si crea una piacevole corrente, così ci si può addormentare sentendo il rumore del mare e il chiacchierio di chi passeggia lungo i bastioni, si è all’interno della zona pedonale, quindi nessun rumore di motore che possa disturbare. La signora Annunziata che ci ha accolto, è stata molto gentile e ci ha dato consigli su come muoverci, dove parcheggiare (non facile trovare parcheggi liberi ad Alghero!) e dove andare a fare bagni senza allontanarci troppo da Alghero. Quindi giudizio assolutamente positivo, la consiglio e se tornerò ad Alghero tornerò certamente qui.

Sonnenterasse, Top-Lage, sehr schöne Wohnung

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Flair und tollen Details mit fantastischer Dach-Terrasse in hervorragender Altstadtlage. Perfekte West-Ausrichtung für den Sonnenuntergang vor dem Fenster. Dabei Anfang Oktober so ruhig, wie eine Altbau-Wohnung in der Innenstadt sein kann. Direkt nebenan gibt es eine Weinbar. Erste Reihe am Wasser, nachts hört man die Wellen rauschen. Sauber, netter Kontakt, unkomplizierte Abwicklung.

Luisa and Lucia. Our family comes from Sardinia. I was born in Alghero, and Lucia was born in Rome, where we have always lived. For us, Sardinia means holidays, but more importantly, it is part of our soul. We got very attached to this place. The house, which has always belonged to our family, has been recently renovated by Lucia, and architect. Luisa, Italian teacher, is in charge of advertising the apartment and welcoming clients.
We have always loved Alghero. When we were just two little girls, we had a sail boat that made us have the most wonderful holidays in our lives. Every year, we come to Alghero with our family and friends who gather together and live with us. We have a nice inflatable boat and love swimming in secluded coves as well as fishing and reading at sunset. In the evening, we all have dinner in the terrace of our house, with my mother, the kids, friends, and the obviously the dog.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The view from all the windows and from the terrace makes this apartment so special. In the morning, you will be awoken up by the seagulls. The cormorants clean their feathers on the cliff and someone will pass by riding a bicycle. In the evening, when all tourists will be on the bastion or close to the tower to take a picture of the sunset, you will be on the balcony of the house, having a aperitif and feeling the luckiest person in the world. After sunset, the lights of the fishing boats turn on, and one can listen to the voices of walkers. During dinner, one can talk to friends.
You will enjoy the night, the sound of the sea.
The smells are also wonderful: the smells of the sea and the fish, fresh in the morning, fried at night!
The apartment has the basic furnishing so that the square windows stand out. Enjoy Capo Caccia, the mountains of Bosa, and the beach of Bombarde. The furniture is mainly sand colour, like the walls, slightly pinkish. There are a few colours with the table and chairs that can be used both inside and outside the house. The ceiling is exposed, high, and wooden. The lamps are sea blue. The dishes, glasses, and linen combines with the surrounding colours.
