Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly glad to hear that overall you had a wonderful anniversary weekend and enjoyed the room itself. We’re very sorry to hear the hot tub experience was disappointing due to the chlorine levels. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when you were looking forward to relaxing during such a special getaway. If we had been made aware during your stay, we absolutely would have reached out to our team right away to have this checked and addressed for you. Your comfort is very important to us, and we always want to help resolve concerns as quickly as possible. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we truly appreciate you choosing to celebrate your anniversary with us.

It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back again in the future!
