Jeg købte dette hus i foråret 2016 og har ombygget og opdateret det. Der er 2 soveværelser ovenpå med et komplet bad placeret i gangen. Et soveværelse har en kingsize seng og det andet soveværelse har en queensize seng. Hovedniveauet har en stue, spisestue, køkken, pulver værelse og et andet soveværelse, som jeg bruger som min kunstner's studio. Om nødvendigt kan en dronningstørrelse AeroBed placeres her. Kældereniveau har et komplet bad, stue, vaskerum, poolbord og bar. Der er en queen-size skum madras sovesofa i kælderen. Endelig har jeg en stor baggård, der er helt indhegnet sammen med en 2 bil garage

Logan Square Gem

This was a terrific home for a holiday stay with our grown kids. We chose Logan Square because our daughter lives close by. The home was very clean and cute! It was pet friendly and didn't smell like dog. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in front yard where he could people watch! There were lovely touches in the home and it was all decorated for Christmas for us to enjoy. The Agora Market is great, little gourmet market very close to pick up anything you might need. The host did everything she could to make it a 5 star stay! Thank you!

Cozy home in a great neighborhood

This was such a great place to stay during our visit to Chicago. Neighborhood had many great restaurants and was close to public transport. Highly recommend!! We will stay here again the next time we are in town!

Beautiful property in a great location!

We had a wonderful stay at this immaculate and well-appointed property. The home had everything we needed and then some. We particularly enjoyed the private backyard and being able to walk to numerous restaurants and shops. The host (Dena) was very kind, responsive, and helpful. We highly recommend this property!

Logan Square comfort and convenience

Thank you for a wonderful four-night stay in your lovely home. The garage was a plus, the living room was a perfect spot to watch the Olympics with the family, and the bedrooms offered a peaceful night’s sleep. We will be in touch should we breeze thru town again!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property! It is an adorable home, great location, the host was very communicative, and everything was perfect for our 2 puppies. Just perfect!!

Perfect Location and Fantastic Host

This house is amazing. Perfect for getting out to explore Chicago. Communication with the owner was great and she even had some art supplies out for our daughter to occupy her time when we weren't out exploring. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Chicago.

Wonderful stay!

The house and yard worked exactly as we hoped for my wife and I, and our daughter’s family including two grandkids and their dog! It was also well decorated and just had a nice feel to it. It’s easy to tell that Dena is a very caring person, and she’s an excellent host!

Home away from home

Dena’s home was amazing for our family. High quality upgrades throughout the home made us feel right at home. Communication was excellent. The area is perfect for experiencing Chicago city living. We will definitely stay again!

We had an amazing two weeks in Chicago visiting our son. The house and the yard is lovely. Dena is a fantastic host, she was very quick to respond and made us feel like we were home.

Adorable Cottage in a great neighborhood

This cute and colorful cottage is filled with charm and art. The main floor is ideal, with a comfy sofa, large and useful dining table, and super kitchen. There is an office on that level, as well as a breakfast nook in the back with great light. Downstairs you will find the washer/dryer, a bedroom, and a game room. The upper level is accessible by a narrow and steep stairwell. Two bedrooms and a very nice albiet small bathroom await. Your hosts, Dena and Dan, are as welcoming and friendly as possible. The downside is that there isn't a lot of space for your own things among the owner's items, but it's still worth a stay! Highly recommend.

Great, updated house with nice amenities

This house is a gem. Very well-maintained, clean, comfy high quality furnishings, and lots of unexpected amenities. Garage access was a plus. A Big open and updated kitchen, dining area, and living room made it easy to hang out with the family, prepare meals and relax. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Just beware, if you come during summer months and hot weather, the temperature in the house does not regulate very well from floor to floor. There is one cooling system that kept the basement frigid cold, the main floor fairly comfortable, but the upstairs was extremely hot. If you plan to come, you should check the forecast. If it is over 85°, I would contact the host to see if they have remedied the cooling situation. A simple portable air conditioner would have solved everything. We were hoping the host would have offered to provide this but during our stay she was traveling out of the country at the time and very difficult to reach with the time difference. We were given an emergency local contact and tried to ask for assistance. We suggested bringing in a portable AC unit, but the contact did not offer. As guests in the property, we felt this should have been a reasonable request given the circumstances. Other than this temperature issue, we did have a nice stay and I would recommend.

Great House And Great Location!

We all loved to stay at Dena’s house! It was very spacious and had everything you’d ever need in a house. The location is great, good restaurants within walking distance and a quick walk to the Blue Line to take into the city. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that is close to the city but still has a very neighborhood feel.

Excellent Property, Owners, & Location

Amazing property! Excellent location - easy access to the Blue line and parking was a breeze with private garage. House has been updated and in excellent condition! Super clean and had all that you could want or need for your stay. Owners were very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. We had a great time - thank you!!

Great stay!

Dena was a great host. Her house was cozy and immaculate. My family stayed here as a home base for attending my brother’s wedding at Revolution Brewing in Logan Square and it was incredibly convenient and comfortable. My 87 year old grandparents were with us and chose to stay in the basement pull out couch to reduce the number of stairs they had to deal with, but said the bed was still very comfortable although the basement gets quite cold with the air conditioning low enough to cool the second floor bedrooms enough to sleep well. Having garage parking was also extremely convenient, but we also didn’t have much trouble finding street parking in front of the house each night and Dena was thoughtful enough to provide overnight street parking passes as well. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Absolutely charming

We had a WONDERFUL stay at Dena’s. She was an accommodating and responsive host, and the property is charming and lived-in. The yard was great for the dogs, the bedrooms were cozy, the bathrooms updated, the living room comfortable - everything was great. We’d definitely stay there again.

I love this neighborhood. Logan Square has so many terrific restaurants and bars. There are so many places to walk to and things to see around here.

This house is located on a terrific block. It's minutes away from all the action. Yet, it's a quiet oasis. The backyard garden is always something I look forward to enjoying especially after a hectic day.
