We had a wonderful stay! The beach was easily accessible across the street. The washer and drying rack made a huge difference in being able to pack lightly. The full kitchen was great for preparing meals. The little balcony had a charming view of the courtyard rooftops. And our host, Catherine, was helpful, friendly & very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

The location is perfect and quiet. The space is large and feels like somewhere you could easily live, unlike lots of other properties that have very compact living spaces. The host was very very helpful and gave lots of great tips about the area. It was also stocked with everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

Wonderful apartment

Apartment is exactly like the photos, couldn't want a more perfectly located apartment, right opposite the beach and close to the town centre and old town (very quiet at night though).Apartment was really clean and surprisingly spacious, had everything we could ask for. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The carer was late and spent a lot of energy telling us how tired she was. We had been travelling for over 12 hours on five different trains to get there and then a half hour walk to the property in over 30 degrees heat. The briefing was rushed and inadequate. She also neglected to tell us that once a week the access road to both the property and the car park were closed due off at 4pm so we had to drive around for half an hour trying to get there - not relaxing in a small over-trafficed town. Not impressed - we seemed to be a nuisance at every contact moment.

Gourmet’s Delight

The apartment was immaculate with a kitchen that would be the dream of any serious cook. While lacking a sea view, it was a quiet and relaxing place to unwind. We would definitely come again.

Loved location and Menton….

This accommodation was great for two friends although the sofa bed is not ideal for adults. We made it work. Kitchen was well equipped and location was great. Property managers were accessible and helpful and very nice.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Menton. From the moment we walked through the gate, to meeting Catherine for check in, to the beautiful spacious apartment, to exploring Menton and the Cote D'Azur, to the sad day we had to check out - everything was perfect. You are a ten minute walk to the train station and some of the best croissants in France are right around the corner at Avé. Highly recommended! We can't wait until we can return.

This is a lovely apartment right in the centre of the beautiful Menton. The building is full of charatcter including a very old and still functioning lift. The beaches and local market are just minutes away. The apartment is a good size with a well equipped kitchen and small balcony. Catherine and Philippe are friendly and helpful hosts. This is our second visit to Menton, it's a absolute gem of a place! Eat at Cote Sud on the front. We'll be back!

A memorable stay in Menton!

Our stay at Beach Serenity was very comfortable and the location, perfect for a winter getaway. The flat is well-equipped to be able to enjoy some “home cooking”; food shops are nearby as well as the morning market. And it is extreme quiet for sleeping. It is easy to get to the train and bus stations on foot or the free “Navette”. I would recommend this property to a couple or two friends. Catherine and Philippe were always available to assist. Thanks for the lovely stay!! Suzanne and Jane

We stayed for a week in June. The location is ideal, right opposite the beach and within a two minute walk of shops, bars and restaurants and the lovely Central market. As the apartment is at the rear of the building there is no traffic noise and sitting on the balcony is very peaceful. Apartment is very spacious with a large living and kitchen area, a decent sized bedroom with plenty of hanging space and drawers in the fitted wardrobes. Bathroom is spacious and the shower is excellent. Kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave and large fridge freezer. Very nice decor throughout and in good condition. The property managers Catherine and Phillipe are extremely helpful and friendly and respond promptly to texts. Internet is a little bit slow but not major. Overall in every respect the apartment is perfect for a couple of parents with two young kids.

This apartment was very spacious and clean. The AC worked great in the apartment, but the hallways were very hot & humid. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed as we like to do our own cooking… lots of dishes, cutlery, and pots and pans. Washing machine was a great extra to have and in the laundry room there is a basket full of things left by other people, like shampoos, conditioners, shower gels, sunscreen, and body lotions, all hardly used, even slippers etc. This was a nice thing to have, we only had to buy dish soap and more toilet paper.
