Jeff was an excellent guest! They communicated well, followed all the house rules, and left the space clean and tidy. I would be happy to host them again in the future.

Hi. Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback — we’re glad to hear that overall, your stay was pleasant and that you appreciated the cleanliness, check-in process, and parking convenience. For added security, we’ve installed a door chain and both doors are equipped with deadbolts. While we use a smart lock system for ease and safety, we also made sure to include traditional locking mechanisms. We no longer provide physical keys, but rest assured, your privacy and security are a priority for us. As for the electrical outlets, we have several located near the nightstand, couch, and in the kitchen area — but we’ll definitely keep your comments in mind to improve placement clarity and accessibility for future guests. Regarding the setup, you’re correct — the unit is attached to our main home, though it has its own private entrance and space. We’ll review the listing details again to make sure that’s clearer going forward. We really appreciate your insights, and thank you again for staying with us! Warm regards,
