Amazing Beach Stay!

Missouri Love Company was an incredible stay. Perfect for the family beach getaway. My nephew and niece loved that we were directly across from the pool! When we had screened in porch sits/visits they felt free to go to the pool. The golf cart is a game changer! Being able to load that up to go to the beach with all of our boards/toys/goggles etc. This made beach access so easy! The beach was beautiful and we would love come back! Highly recommend

Perfect Place for a Ladies Trip!

The house was beautiful, clean and spacious! Location right across from the pool was ideal. We used the golf cart to park right across from the private beach access. Very convenient and made coming and going to the beach super easy! We will be back next year!

Ladies Trip! Great Location!

Stayed with a group of Ladies. Plenty of room and great screened in porch! Right across the street from the pool and getting to the beach was easy… 3 minute golf cart ride to designated parking which was right across the street from the private beach access. Just a couple miles to Alys and Rosemary for shopping and dinners! We will be back!

Beautiful home

I stayed here with my three adult children and two spouses for 5 days, it was just as advertised. It is so beautiful and decorated beautifully. Our only complaint is the wire frame bed is very uncomfortable and no one could sleep on it. We used the bunk room. Other than that is is amazing. Had all the kitchen supplies, other than salt :) and is right across from the pool. We were told that we could use our own chairs on the "private beach" but we were told to move and go to the public beach. So you are forced to rent their chairs if you want to stay at the deeded beach. The golf cart was amazing to have worked great and carried us all a short drive down the road to the public beach which was not a huge deal. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for Spring Break. Proximity to the pool and beach were perfect and the golf cart was a bonus! Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Stay!

Our family loved this house and location on 30a! Clean and comfortable house and every bedroom has its own bathroom. Loved the screened in porch. Quick golf cart ride to the beach made it easy to haul our beach supplies and also for family members to come and go. Pool right across the street was a plus. We would stay here again!

Guys Golf Trip

This location and home were perfect for a guys golf trip. We were close to everything! The home was clean and comfortable. We were able to cook a few meals at home and also enjoy great restaurants nearby. The golf cart worked well, shuttling us up to the beach access. We even fished off the beach and caught a few Pompano. We will be back!

Great location, dirty place

Loved the close proximity and walking distance to the pool. Nice neighborhood. Not a bad golf cart ride to the beach. The golf cart break lights do not work and it is very very slow. Recommend not taking the cart out on 30A. There is very little lighting outside of the house when it gets dark to grill. Also the outside breaker kept tripping so the cart would not charge. We had to charge the golf cart inside with the power cord extension. I notified management and supposedly someone came by, but it was not fixed. The house was very dirty and dusty. My kids feet were black within hours of walking in the house. I have a 11 month old baby that crawls and his legs and hands were black. The extra ice machine located beside the refrigerator we noticed was dropping black stuff in our ice. On further inspection we realized it was mold and the water reservoir was covered in it. Do not use. Overall a deep cleaning and consistent cleaning would go a long ways.

Loved this House and Location!

Bright and comfortable open floor plan was very inviting and relaxing. Location was wonderful on a quiet street but also close to great restaurants, activities and beach— we could bike or golf cart! Community pool was located right across the street. We will definitely be back!

Missouri Loves Company

Liked the home layout and space, well stocked kitchen, golf cart, close to pool. Like mudroom. Like SmarTvs Spotty Wi-Fi (lagged a lot), not enough beach towels, listing did not state y packnplay availability but glad we had it for our 10 month old/ Chairs at dining table and peninsula are loose and need fixing. Need hooks and mats in bathrooms. Mention recycling

Loved the house!!!

This was the best house we have ever rented!!! It had everything-and the golf cart was "a must". Parking was not great. My biggest complaint was the beach situation. I think the property was advertised 'private beach access" and a code to get through a gate to the beach. We entered and proceeded to set up our beach stuff. Then a young man came over and informed us that the beach where we entered was only for owners of the condos on the beach side. I totally "get" that, but I think it should have been made clear that people renting at Magnolia Cottages would need to walk down the beach for "public access". The next day we parked our golf cart down where the public access was. It is very crowded so we went down early and set up so we would have a place. But every day we saw people who thought they had "private beach" access trudging down past us trying to find a place among the hoards of people, umbrellas and tents!!! I totally understand that owners of the condos would not want all the people from across 30A taking up their space. I just wish it had been made clear!!!! Once we worked it out we were fine, and we did have a great time!!!! We loved being across from the pool!!!

Great House

This house is beautiful and in a great location. Love that the pool is right across from us. The golf cart made it so convenient to go to the beach right out front. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. We could have used a couple more trash bags and paper towels though. We had to buy our own beach towels but left then there so hopefully they will keep them for others. They had beach chairs, rafts, and umbrellas which was great. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Beach Vacay

We can’t say enough good things about the property. The house was perfect for our family of nine. We enjoyed the golf cart for trips to the beach. The kids really enjoyed the pool and it was very close to the house. We would definitely stay here again!! A great time had by all.

Simply the perfect FL Panhandle Rental Home!!!

I am not in the habit of leaving reviews, but we were SO pleased with the rental home "Missouri Loves Company" that I felt compelled to do so. The house is stunning, clean, very roomy, and more comfortable than our own extremely comfortable home! The included six person golf cart was also a huge plus...we used it to go almost everywhere! The house is on a very quiet cul de sac, and there is a beautiful community pool complex immediately across the street from the front door. You can take the golf cart to the end of the community and just across the 30A is the guest entrance to the private beach. BTW, the beaches here are unbelievable with soft white sand beaches and very clear water. Again, if you are looking for a rental home for up to 10 people, then stop looking and start booking this house...I know we will be coming back for sure!

Very nice and quiet neighborhood. House is located directly across from pool. Neighbors were friendly and provided restaurant recommendations that were very helpful.

Amazing and Beautiful Home !!!

I stayed at this beautiful home between Christmas and New Years and had the most wonderful time. The house was charming and adorable, not to mention SUPER clean!!! Cleanliness is super important and it something that is a must when renting a vacation home, especially during these times! I was amazed by how speckless and germ-free the countertops, tables, bathrooms, and all of the linens were. The floors were also so shiny! Not a singular speck of dust in sight! This was an amazing vacation rental find and I will be staying here again! 10/10 recommend for all this house has to offer!!!

We had a fabulous stay at Missouri Loves Company! The house was perfect for all 3 generations of our family. We found the house clean and comfortable and supplied with everything we would need for the week. Looks like we were also the first to use a brand new grill outdoors. We loved having a drink every evening on sunporch in this quiet neighborhood. Even took a dip in the pool directly across the street. We will be back for sure.

Great House! Great Location!

Stayed here at the beginning of December 2021. Home was very spacious and clean! Very close to beach access and great restaurants in Alys Beach & Rosemary Beach. Golf cart was a definite plus!

Filthy property

Filthy Thanksgiving stay We arrived to the property the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. There was mouse dropping in the pantry and on the desk area in the dining area. The home had not been cleaned in some time. The living room furniture was covered in dust and the couches needed vacuumed and stains cleaned. The vacuum and broom in the closet was so dirty with hair and debris that I could not use them. The was food splatter on kitchen wall. The oven racks and pans were in the kitchen sink. The was food on the stove, counters, and on pantry shelves. There was shed hair in the master bathroom and on my bed pillow. There were no extra pillow cases in the home. The shower didn’t drain properly. The storage closet with toys was a disaster. There was so much sand under the living room rug that we dealt with sand in the house all during our stay even after cleaners came as they did not clean under the rug. There was decomposing food in the trash can area. I have pictures related to each of these statement and sent them to Coastal Dreaming. It was acceptable to this management company that a client would arrive at a filthy home that was rented well in advance of arrival. We heard only excuses from the cleaners. They said they knew the house needed cleaned but someone else didn’t do their job. I could not be more disappointed with our stay at a property managed by Coastal Dreaming. They sent cleaners the next afternoon after our arrival which only surface cleaned a house that needed deep cleaned. I took pictures of numerous issue and sent to the management company and would have attached them to this review.

Charming, comfortable, & convenient vacation location, definitely coming back!

This was our 1st visit to the area, we normally stay in a condo on the beach. I'm so glad we ended up here, it was perfect. Everything we needed. So much to do! Easy access to the beautiful beach, and fun adventures every direction. The house was perfect for a big family, and the added bonus of the pool was a nice surprise. We'll be back! Thank you!

Happy Place!

We have been coming to 30A for 20 years and this place was by far one of the best places we haves stayed. We love the convenient location of the pool. It was nice to jump in after being on the beach all day. The golf cart was an added bonus. It was a lot easier to get to the beach, otherwise the walk would've been long. The only downside were the beds, but not a deal breaker. They could really use a mattress memory foam topper. We would definitely stay here again.
