Aria ligger i hjertet af Crystal Beach og er strandpromenaden for dig og din familie. Dette moderne 4 soveværelser, 2 badeværelser og senge til 16 har alle laminatgulve og masser af plads. Master suite har king size seng og walk-in bruser. Soveværelse 2 har 2 dobbeltsenge, soveværelse 3 har 2 sæt indbyggede køjesenge - dobbelt / dobbelt, og soveværelse 4 har en queensize-seng. Stort køkken har køleskab i subzero, rigelig skabsplads og spisekammer og har bordplader af granit og granitbar. Baren har 5 barkrakker. Der er også spisebord med plads til 8. Det store dæk har træmøbler, så du kan slappe af og nyde panoramaudsigt over stranden. Nedenunder har barområde, udendørs bruser og grillplads. Aria ligger ved indgangsvejen til stranden. Små kæledyr er tilladt mod gebyr. Sengelinned og håndklæder leveres efter anmodning mod et ekstra gebyr.

Family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our vacation at this house. It was very comfortable. They were just a few issues. I bought the linen package and received the wrong size linen. They did compensate me for the mixup however. But it was a hassle to make the bed with just the top sheet the first night and then strip the bed again and remake. The other issue is the freezer went out on the second night we were there so our homemade ice cream didn’t freeze and we had to throw out what we had in the freezer. Lastly, there were only three coffee cups for 8 adults had to run to the store for Styrofoam. All of these were reported to Swede’s Real Estate so I’m sure that the next occupant may not experience these issues. Overall it’s a very nice beach house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Swedes is great to deal with I just advise counting your linens when you get there(my mistake). Electronic locks are easier than where’s the key. lolProperty is as close to the water as you can get so walking back in fourth is no problem. Arcade machines were a nice touch and got used. Wish the pantry was open to use cause we had to put all our food on the cabinets.

Kitchen fully stocked with everything needed. My only wish would be more than 2 extra trash bags they were tiny. Otherwise everything was great! Watched some stellar sunrises. Everyone had a great time. Thank you for a much needed family get away!

The railing obstructed view a good bit from bedroom. Biggest issue was the bird poop everywhere in the front porch and sand all over steps when we arrived. Access to beach is a little too accessible. A car was parked right in front of the beach house with someone sitting in their car near the public bathroom the whole stay. Made us a bit uncomfortable. We ended up leaving a day early.

It was still an amazing get away. We ran out of toilet paper the last night we were there and couldn’t find any. No biggie. I generally bring my own supply but forgot this time while packing. Still a 5-Star stay. Hope to rent again in July 2025

So easy to get to the beach and to get to needed places on the peninsula. We definitely plan on booking this house again! Really close to the Margaritaville resort, the big store, and Stingaree’s! Was a hop, skip, and jump to the Nauti Beaver Hut! So much about this home was perfect! Well-maintained, thoughtful design, and experience enhancing features!! 10/10 would recommend!

We had ages 10 to 66 and all accommodations were good. FYI- the bunk room each bed can hold 2 adults comfortably.
