Villa Exotica sits on the favored lot, picked by the developers, forever ocean views, sits right above the surf, easy asses to the beach, fabulous community pool, amenities and activities locally as well as from the comfort of your villa.

This villa comes complete with a house person that takes care of the villa while you are there to keep it clean and maintained. You will love her and she has worked in my villa for over 10 years. My on-site manager is the best and has also been with me for over ten years.

There are two bedrooms, one upstairs ensuite with a view of the beach and the pelicans fly by. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and two small sleeping couches for children, and a big bathroom with a shower next to this bedroom.

We also have optional all inclusive meals packages and excursions for local attractions. Inquire for more information.

Great Stay ! Peaceful

Nice small house to stay. Having a cook to prepare the delicious meal is great! Doris the manger, was nice to work with and very accommodating. Bedrooms are air conditioned. It would be nice to have a small cooler there for guests with small bottle of drinking water and soda. Thank you so much for the wonder relaxing time away I needed.

Breathtaking

We arrived and I was completely taken aback. The views are everything I had hoped they would be. I like to call this the inside-out house. All your best living is outside. The bedrooms were very spacious, the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were large and scenic! We had daily house care from Luz. She was amazing, we even had her cook for us one night. Next time, we'll have her cook every night! Yes, you can walk from the bottom of the stairs over to the beach. I don't suggest driving to Turtle Beach. I also suggest an SUV if you are renting a car, we scraped the bottom of our Sudan and had to make an insurance claim. DO NOT LEAVE THE AIRPORT WITHOUT PESOS. Credit cards are not widely accepted outside of the city, and they don't take foreign currency. Stop at the grocer before leaving the city for staple provisions, but for fresh fruits and veggies, you'll have plenty of roadside stands on the way to the house. Not a touristy area so not many touristy things to do. You are never going to want to leave this place! There is not enough room to state all the wonderful things about this place!

The perfect vacation spot!

Casa Exotica was the absolute perfect paradise getaway for our family. The location is incomparable with views as far as you can see and a fun surf break right at your door. A short paddle across the estuary and were able to help release baby turtles to the wild at Playa Tortuga (check off the bucket list). Miguel and Luz Elena were there to help with anything we needed, they were amazing. Luz prepared two amazing dinners for us, so yummy! We will definitely be returning!

A secluded paradise

Right above the River and the end of Playa tortugas, this house sits perched above where the river meets the sea in a very exclusive and somewhat remote enclave of about a dozen houses in a well secured and guarded community. We visited with my wife and 1 and 3 year old boys and had the best time. Ask about paying extra to have meals cooked for you right at the house. The biggest downside of this place is when your vacation is over. We can’t wait to get back! Doris was beyond helpful and such a nice woman with a wealth of knowledge about the entire area. We all loved it and would highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy a quiet and beautiful landscape.

Wonderful stay!

If you’re looking for something different, this is it! This was a wonderful experience for us. The house is beautiful, clean, fun and was accommodating for the 5 of us. Great ocean view, nice stairway down to the rocks, and short walk down to the pool. The cleaning crew was attentive and very generous. Communication with Doris was easy and quick when we had questions. Within hours of being there, my family and I were already planning our next trip back!

Vært: Mona Rains

Hi I'm Mona Rains and one of the original developers of this resort Punta El Custodio. It was a huge adventure into the local culture and language. I wrote a book about our adventures in the beginning starting in 1995. I'm working on it now as a history of the development as well as the struggles and rewards. It's an interesting story and I write it during the years we lived there. I am sure you will love my villa and my staff as much as the amazingly beautiful complexity and simplicity of the resort.
I will be working on my stories and the history on my website puntalcustodio.com soon and will be on YouTube and Facebook (too)

This property was developed with nature in mind, as well as quiet and the lay of the land, not removing all the trees, and carefully planning out the common area that is 50% of the resort. It's truly and wonderfully a work of art surrounded by such beauty as well as many fun things to do in the area, local trips to enjoy the local culture as well as meet some new people.

Although its north of the city of Puerto Vallarta it is well worth the drive. Nestled into a safe and private community of only 16 other villas, there is privacy and a peace that you do not find in the city. No water trucks ringing their bells, or dogs barking or kids screaming. You will find both adventure and quiet in a truly unique place. A place like no other!
