We’re so happy to hear you loved the condo and would choose to stay with us again! We’re truly sorry about the unpleasant sewer smell and, even more so, that you reported it to maintenance and never received a follow-up. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when it continued to come and go throughout your stay. Thank you for taking the time to let us know what you experienced and for helping us identify that the odor may be coming from the dishwasher. We’ll be sure to pass this along so it can be thoroughly inspected and addressed. We’d love the opportunity to welcome you back and provide the seamless stay you deserve!
