This condo has the best lake view in all Shorewalk. Everything was very comfortable; I felt at home.

Immaculate and the perfect location! Great ammenities!

Very easy to book. The owners thought of pretty much everything,right down to beach towels and chairs! Great people to work with and a beautiful condo. The grounds are very clean and well kept also.

Shorewalk is close to grocery stores & shopping & restaurants! Grocery stores, restaurants & shopping plentiful & in walking distance. For being an older, but 'goodie' complex the property is taken very good care of.

We just returned from our stay at Shorewalk and we were very pleased with the location, the facilities, cleanliness and especially with the prompt responsiveness of the property management. Kudos for making our holiday a great one.

The condo and it’s amenities are exactly as stated on the description for the property. We felt welcomed from the moment we stepped inside. Allen went above and beyond with his thoughtfulness and warm wishes. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Nice area

Enjoy Shorewalk amenities, great location. This is not our first time staying at at this unit, we have stayed here before and met the owner. Unit could use some new blinds (could not open or close without them falling down)and detail cleaning on sofa pillows, floors, and area rugs. Enjoyed our stay and will return.

Family!!

We stayed and this beautiful condo for a week. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The price was great. Definitely a lot cheaper than a hotel and we had more amenities. We traveled with 3 teenagers and my husband and I. The owner was very helpful and answered every question I had. I would highly recommend this to everyone looking for somewhere to stay that is close to the beach. We will definitely be back :)

A home away from home!

This condo was a fantastic gem to find online for our family. It was clean, modern, great access to tennis, basketball, hot tubs and pools, as well as, shopping and the beaches. If you want downtime the condo has a screened in patio overlooking a quiet fountain and pond-great for reading. Allen checked in with us to ensure our stay was comfortable and our needs were met. Would highly recommend. The Hicks Family

An excellent condo in Bradenton, Florida

My wife and I have just stayed 10 days the condo: The condo is excellent! Everything was as described in the pre-info! The owner Allen did everything to inform and help us. There is everything you need in the condo and it is well maintained and it was clean. The Tv system is just great - I could even watch Champions League Soccer from Europe! Beaches, restaurants and shopping was as described in the area and there are plenty. We can really recommend this property for a Florida vacation Lis and Birger Steiwer Denmark 11th of May 2016

Winter Break

Villa was nice but a few things could have been better: initial estimate on vrbo was much below total price once fees were included, no coffee pods for the keurig machine and few supplies for TP, paper towels and garbage bags, hand soap and detergent were almost gone. dishes and pots were fine. No problem with parking and publix and restaurants close by on Cortez. Be careful with congestion on 41 N if you go to Palmetto or St. petersburg.

Family reunion

We visited Bradenton for a family reunion and were lucky to find this condo. It was very well equipped with anything we could ask for in terms of appliances; kitchen equipment; TV; towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler for the beach; etc. The condo is very spacious and decorated with moden furniture. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The kids loved the pool and we played tennis a couple of times (rackets and balls are for free to rent, no court fee). Although we never met Allen the owner, we knew that if we needed anything, he would be there to help. He responded very quickly to emails and set everything up for us just perfectly. The condo is suitable for different travelers: it has style yet at the same time has a lot to offer for families. It is easy to get to the beaches and shopping, yet it is very quiet.

Happy with our stay

The property is in a nice quiet locaction close to groceries, shopping, and good food. The pool and hot tub were nice and warm. It was so much more comfortable than a week in a hotel room trying not to disturb each other. Sometimes we were able to drive right over to the beaches, other days it took a very long time to get there and back so plan accordingly. Would have liked more than 1 garbage bag, ended up using our grocery bags instead of running back to the store. They supplied enough soap for 4 dishwasher loads and 4 loads of Laundry. We were there 7 days and did do 1 or 2 more clothing loads than that with suppqlies we brought so we didn't have a bunch to do when we got home. After taxes and fees it did average to much more per night so just take a peak at that and make sure that is what you want, we enjoyed our stay and the space.

Very clean,well equipped & tastefully decorated.

We have stayed in the Bradenton area several times, but have always rented villas with a pool because of the size of our party. On this occasion it was just the two of us initially and we were looking for a smaller condo in this specific area. The pictures of the condo are certainly a true reflection of what you get . Decorated in a modern style, very comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The facilities on site were just what we needed. A great pool area with plenty of sun beds and in the main, very quiet. Allen could not have been more attentive. He contacted us on several occasions to ensure that all was well and made it clear that if there were any problems we should not hesitate to contact him. It was only a pity that we did not have the opportunity to meet up, although we did try. We were joined in our second week by our son and his partner and they thoroughly enjoyed the condo and its facilities. It provides more than enough room for four people. It's location to shops, restaurants and the beautiful beaches is second to none. Thank you Allen for allowing us to use your beautiful condo - we hope to return again in the not too distant future.

LOOK NO MORE; THIS CONDO IS A DREAM

You walk in and see the beautiful Art Deco-European, first class decor and know you made the right decision. It is immaculately clean and just gives you a happy feeling! The furniture, especially the bedding is fabulous. The kitchen is out of a magazine with GE appliances and Emeril and Giada cookware. The Lanai looks out over a wonderful fountain and you will enjoy lots of wildlife and beautiful sunsets. The grounds around the complex are pristine along with the pools, tennis courts and clubhouse. It is a quiet resort with friendly quests. Your can walk to the Publix, CVS, Applebee's, Outback, Hobby Lobby , movie theater and many other restaurants. The beaches are about a 20 minute easy drive. If it doesn't happen to be a beach day...enjoy the SMART TV ,WOW!!! Last, but not least, the owners Janice and Allen are truly interested in making your stay a memory you will always cherish. We had a personal note and bottle of wine to welcome us . Then Allen called to make sure we had arrived safe and everything was okay. He assured us he was a phone call away. In summary, we never needed a thing because they thought of everything and thier condo is a DREAM. We have been traveling for over twenty years. This is one of the nicest condos we have ever rented. Superior Condo

Our stay in Bradenton for the week of April 24th to May 1st could not have went better. Thanks to the superior condo that we stayed in that felt like home. Conveniently located a half a mile or so from my son's school IMG Academy, and only 20 min. or so depending on traffic to the beaches. We had a wonderful time. The condo was stocked with all the amenities of home, accompanying me on my stay was my 2 nieces and one of their friends. They were so happy with everything the condo had to offer. The WiFi was the biggest hit of all in the world of technology with the three of them. They enjoyed the hot tub, pools and basketball court that was on the premise. Myself I enjoyed coming back from a long day in the hot son to a cozy comfy couch and some great central air. The updated and modern condo was everything and then some of what I expected. It sure was better than staying in a hotel room for the whole week at double the cost of the condo. That definitely was a big plus for me saving money which is exactly what I did. Allen was just hospitable, he knew when I was arriving and gave me a courtesy call that evening to see how things where going. It was very nice to have him at the touch of a button, in case we had any issues, which we didn't. Thank you Allen for sharing your Condo with us and making it a home away from home. Until next time, as we will definitely be back in the near future.

Amazing Condo, Beautiful Grounds and Central Location

We absolutely loved our time here. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious. (The pictures don't lie). The kitchen had most everything we needed to make meals at home. The bedrooms and living areas were also spacious. There were several beachy type items availalbe (chairs, umbrella, noodle) for our use and we loved having the washer and dryer inside the condo. We spent a month here and it was interesting to get in the groove of the property. Meaning, we looked forward to our time in the screened in patio because we were able to see so many different birds including a Roseate Spoonbill that came by quite often. We enjoyed the Muscovey ducks as they liked to come to the patio door and greet us. (I am sure they were looking for a handout but we didn't cave in even though they wagged their "tails"). There were a couple of geese that made the pond their home and even began nesting while we were there. We were a short walk from the two pools, tennis courts, shuffle board and clubhouse. The area around the Shorewalk Villas was perfect and safe for morning walks and runs. Publix (grocery store) was only a short walk as were several restaurants from the property. Everything was so convenient and it made our stay so easy. In addition to several trips to the beach, we visited several preserves during our stay and highly recommend Perico (so many shorebirds), Robinson Preserve (great for walking and we rented kayaks from Kayak Jack's), Emerson (located in Palmetto), Boyd Hill Nature Center (located in St. Petersburg). We always stop at Fort De Soto in St. Petersburg and love watching the dolphins that hang out near the fishing piers. As for our host, Allen was absolutely wonderful. He responded to any questions quickly, offered his help when we learned that our credit card was compromised and was just overall extremely easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone so if you are considering this place, book it now before someone else does!

Lovely week long stay

The property had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of beach items, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, noodles, cool box etc. The pools were lovely and warm and had plenty of available seating. Location is fantastic, the beach being just a short 15min drive, and Ellenton Premium Outlets only a 25min drive. Would definitely stay here again.
