Sliding Rock Cabins er glade for at tilbyde No Place som Doe, et smukt dekoreret kæledyrsvenligt 2 soveværelser, 2 badekabiner med indhegnet gård perfekt til 1-2 par. Intet sted som Doe har den største indhegnede gårdsplads på vores program, brandplads og boblebad med fantastisk bjergudsigt. (boblebad på lavere niveau, adgang gennem uafsluttet kælder). Vågn op og nyd den fantastiske udsigt over solopgangen på et af de to store overdækkede dæk. Hold dine øjne skrælne efter hjortene, der er navnebror i “Intet sted som Doe”, da de ofte kommer rundt her på Doe Run Rd! Hvert værelse har udsigt over bjergene! King size seng i soveværelset på hovedniveau med fuldt udstyret badeværelse, med 40 ”tv, DVD-afspiller; Kingsize-seng i loftet ovenpå med fuldt udstyret badeværelse, 16 ”tv, elektrisk pejs og Juliette balkon. Begge soveværelser har en fantastisk udsigt over bjergene og mange vinduer. Brændeovn i stuen og Masser af overdækkede dæk gør, at du ikke ønsker at forlade dig! Køkkenet indeholder komfur / ovn, køleskab, opvaskemaskine og mikroovn. Der er en ufærdig kælder med et poolbord. Dette er en VÆRLIG Kahyt.(Ingen gæster under 25 år).

Awesome secluded cabin

We very much enjoyed the place. It’s secluded and very quiet with awesome views of the mountains. We saw several deers multiple times. The fenced-in yard is huge and our dog enjoyed running around in it. The cabin is spacious, very clean, and has all the amenities we needed. We will definitely stay there again.

BEST Dog friendly stay

The cabin was completely clean and we were very happy with our stay. Even when I left my key in the cabin, they were there to let us in within 10 minutes. Sheets were left for our dog to get on the furniture, bowls, dog toys, and towels just for muddy paws, treats, and poop bags. Extremely dog friendly and very nice cabin. The hot tub seemed very new!

Our pup loved running around the fenced-in yard and lower deck area. Down side was the home construction next door that started with tree removal and sawing every week day. Saturday and Sunday were very quiet and relaxing. The noisy part of the construction should be done soon so future rentals should be quieter. Overall it was a very good experience and we are considering coming back next year.

Only annoyance was the fence from the front porch main level to the nice big yard did not fully enclose so we had to improvise and leash walk from the house to the big yard, then the dogs had freedom to roam. Hopefully they can fix the fence so it can enclose and lock in both directions as implied in the promo picture.

The drive in was a little hectic since it had rained that day and our Rav 4 spun some tires going up the gravel but after that, we had no problems in and out. Our GPS took us to our cabin every time we used it with no problems and our cellphones worked great in this location. The fenced yard was perfect for our bassets. They loved being able to go out and roam. We will definitely consider renting with this company again if we visit Ellijay again.

NYE in the Mountains

We were two couples so it was nice having separate bedroom spaces as the upstairs loft that appears open in the photos is now closed off. The deck views are spectacular and the hot tub is the best sunset location. The downstairs is under construction but allows easy access to the lower deck/hot tub and once it is finished, it will be a perfect hangout spot. Given the name, we hoped to see deer and were not disappointed on the first day of the year in seeing two up the hill. A great stay and we hope to return!

Our dogs loved the fenced yard and it was perfect for them to burn some energy and have some freedom.The location of the rental is perfect! We love the mountains! It is close to everything in Ellijay and very close to Blue Ridge.The cabin was very clean and in great shape. The basement has a pool table and it will be a great hanging out space once renovations are finished. The front porch was perfect for sitting and watching our dogs play in the yard. We enjoyed having breakfast and dinner outside on the long balcony with the best view. It feels like you are secluded although there are cabins around. The vacation rental management staff was very attentive and helpful throughout the booking process, before, during and after our stay.

Great Stay

The initial cabin we stayed in ended up with a weird gas leak from the stove that we spotted a hour into arriving. Only noticed it when flames shot a foot out from the bottom of the stove almost striking me. Called up management (thank god it was a week day) and they were very helpful. When they stated the maintenance man was gone and the stove couldn’t be looked at until the next day they offered us another cabin to stay in. The cabins are very clean and very well taken care of. The prices on the cabins are very high but I only paid as I had four dogs and did not want the hassle of leash walking. I don’t think I would pay that price without my dogs and believe that it was worth the stay. We loved it as there is many things to do around the cabins. We really wanted to book for the fall festival but already they are so book. Overall the cabins are very nice and worth the stay. Management will work with you if issues are found. Would and plan to book again in the future.

A Lovely Winter Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at No Place Like Doe at least 3x, each time with improvements. This time we enjoyed the finished basement with new lounging couch, electric "fireplace" and TV. We also played a couple of Mrs. Pac Man tournaments. We didn't play pool, but the new table looks awesome if you're in to that! Construction just above the cabin made it a little unnerving to go to the hot tub during the daylight hours, but we enjoyed looking at the stars from the hot tub at night. Our experience with Sliding Rock has always been wonderful and we highly recommend them!
