AMI is amazing and this is a vacation to remember and we will definitely be back!!

The Perfect vacation spot🤗

Everything was perfect!!! Loved our stay, got lots of excersise going up and down stairs in the house to get to each floor but it didn't bother us. Very clean house, property manager was easy to contact. Liquor store and local bars across the street. Beach is at the end of the street, it's perfect!!! The only thing we would have changed is trimming the trees in the back. You do not get but an hour of sun in the morning by the pool. Completely shaded, not like the pics. Secondly, we stayed in Nov and paid for the heated pool. It never got better than lukewarm and the last 2 days did not work at all. It was freezing, I contacted the manager to let her know but never heard back. If we rent here again I will not waste the money on the pool heat. Other than that we were very happy. We had a very romantic 22nd Anniversary.

We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed this great home in a location close to so many fun places to explore, eat and of course just up the street from the Gulf beaches. You are totally right that the pool heaters cannot keep up when the nights are cooler, despite being set to 86 degrees. We are very sorry that we didn't communicate better that we came out and looked at the pool heater when it gave out on Friday, the last day of your stay. Good news - the pool heater has now been replaced. We will for sure pass along your comments about the trees in the back by the pool to the owners. Great Christmas holiday at the beach

Very nice home on the island. Centrally located with a short walk or bike ride to the numerous beaches.

Property was in good shape. Pool area was very nice. Walking distance of several restaurants. Short drive to many public access beaches. Will be back again

Paradise

We loved staying at this property!! This property has its own pool which is what we wanted anyway pre-COVID. It was very clean, we felt safe and just a short walk to the beach. We WILL be back!!!
