The entire house was recently remodeled and newly furnished with a beautiful farmhouse design! It has high-speed wireless internet and there is a large smart TV in the living room and each bedroom has a smart TV as well. This home is family friendly and we happily offer a pack n'play for you to use during your stay! You will just need to bring your own standard size sheets and bedding. One of our favorite amenities to this home is the large covered porch to enjoy the beautiful country view that this property has to offer.

**This is an upstairs/top addition that has its own separate access. There is a basement unit below and the main house is connected on the right but there is no way to access the other units from inside. All three units have their own private entrances! The barn on the other side of the property is also a vacation rental!

Quiet Hours: We ask for all of our guests to observe quiet hours after 10PM to be courteous of others in the unit below or to the right as they will do likewise.

Shared Fire Pit: In the middle of the circle driveway there is a fire-pit that you are welcome to use. You will need to bring your own camping chairs, lighter, and wood.

Charcoal Grill: There is a small charcoal grill in the circle driveway. You will need to bring your own charcoal. The main house on the property has their own grill in their courtyard for them to use.

Things to Know!
1. This property sits up on top of a hill. There is a fairly steep asphalt driveway that leads to the top! Any normal passenger vehicle should be able to make it to the home with no problems but 4x4 or all-wheel drive is recommended during icy conditions in the winter time.
2. Max parking for 2 cars!
3. The fireplace in the home does not work and is for decoration purposes only!
4. 2 Dogs Max! Dog Rules: We ask for you NOT to leave your dog unattended and roaming in the home without you unless you leave it in a crate. All dogs must be on a leash while outside. We do not allow dogs on any of the furniture and we ask that you clean up after your dogs waste outside. If there is any damage to the home caused by your dog, we ask that you notify us right away.
