Beautiful Home!

We all loved this home! Kids loved having the heated pool! Beach was just a short walk down the street. We can’t wait to stay again!

Fantastic beach trip!

Absolutely beautiful home just a short walk from the beach and a quick bike ride to the cutest town. Everything was in great condition and decorated perfectly. The pool was so much fun for our kids to have when it was a little cold or too windy at the beach. My family had the best time and we will definitely be back!

Excellent Stay

This was a fantastic experience all around. Great location (steps from the beach); great owner and management company; lovely home -- perfect stay for our family as we looked to stay as isolated as possible (beach is close, pool is great (can be warmed at a reasonable cost); clean house. I give this an A++ rating and would strongly recommend to anyone interested in a relaxing 30A getaway.

Amazing

Everything was great. The house was cleaned and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool and outside area. Love the kitchen and I will definitely book again in the future. 5 plus stars from me.

Great Spring Break!

Our family loved All Laid Back. The house was perfect - great layout with a screened in, heated pool. The beach access was easier than I thought - just a short walk. We so enjoyed the space and privacy of the house over a condo unit. We definitely hope to return!

Exceeded our expectations

We had a terrific stay. The house is roomy, and our family loved the outdoor spaces and pool. The kitchen was well-stocked, which was a plus for us since we cooked or grilled many days. Short walk to the beach and close to grocery store, other shopping, and restaurants. The community had a friendly, chill vibe. Even though we were there for the week of the 4th of July, the beach was not overly crowded, which we loved. Would choose this property again.

Great property

Everything was perfect and described accurately. We loved it here and will probably be back. The owner quickly corrected problem with heating of pool that was not any error on his part.

Great family vacation

We have been coming to this area for several years now and I am always looking for a home that will comfortably fit our family of 6 adults and 4 children. A bunk room is a must as well as comfortable bedrooms for the adults. This house was immaculate and well appointed. The pool was a bonus for the kids and screened in porch with outdoor kitchen was fabulous! We would recommend this management company and this house to all.

The home was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. My husband picked the place and I didn't realize there wasn't a good way to get to the beach. You had to walk through brackish water about knee deep to get there so we only did that once. We drove to the beach after that. There are two parks close by and many stores and restaurants a short drive away. Thank you for hosting us.

Paradise Laid Back Just Perfect

Beautiful, well thought out home. Ample room for myself, our adult children and grandchildren!! Small, but mighty kitchen. And so well stocked with whatever you could want (except pizza pan and cutter), but so many other items we could make due.wish the advertisement description was more specific for packing purposes, but what a perfect home.

Perfect Family Vacation

What a wonderful property this was! Beach access just down the street and endless food, shopping and entertainment all within walking distance. We didn’t use our car once. We had 4 kids under 3 with us and they we never bored. If I ever had a question, the rental property responded within 30 minutes. The home owner also called to check in. From start to finish, this is and was a lovely vacation home. I hope it’s still available for next year! Thank you again!

Exceeded our expectations!

When looking in the area, we were really debating between pool and beach view. Definitely, the right call with this place. The house was immaculate. The rooms were bigger than we had imagined. The pool was amazing (heating was perfect in March, 70 degree weather). Extremely nice, easy stroll to the beach. My family and I could not have been more happy with our stay. The owner called us to make sure we had his personal number and that we felt welcome. The managing company was easy to get a hold of for questions on email, chat, and phone. Our stay was a dream. Thank you for everything! Will be back again!

Best get away yet!

The home is as shown. Kitchen well stocked. Pool was perfect for our small group. Need to be aware of what the house doesn’t offer to have the best experience. No beach towels, beach chairs, bikes, spices, only one roll of paper towels, TP limited, so come prepared and you won’t have to run to the store. We have never wanted to buy a place as much as we wanted this one. It’s fabulous! Construction going on next door so plan on hammers at 7:00am. That won’t be forever and we are already planning our next trip! Thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful home!

Fantastic property - lacking management communication

We take a trip yearly with our parents and this is the cleanest, nicest house we’ve ever stayed in. All the spaces were spacious and comfortable. The living room sofas were super comfortable! The pool was pristine (the pool person must be really on it!) and we loved having the screen over the outdoor area. The only down side was twice we either came in to a maintenance worker in the house or showing up while we were there (fortunately!) both completely unannounced. One of those times we let the management company know about a light out and specifically asked they wait until we checked out to replace it. The management company had both my cell number and email address so the lack of communication was inexcusable. Truly, though, I can’t say enough good things about the house!

This house had a very well stocked kitchen. I would recommend for only 2 couples and children. The one guest room upstairs shares bath with bunk room-but there are 2 other bedrooms with their own baths. House was conveniently located to everything. My one big issue was access to the beach. You have to cross the lake to get to beach area & lake was deep and dark. It was up to my husband chest and well over smaller kids heads. We did not use because of this and had to find a public beach (and parking is impossible in public areas off 30A.). That really ruined the whole trip for me. I do not recommend this home if you like the beach a lot. We went during a Tropical Storm so it did rain a lot. I really wish the beach was easy but for me this place is a "hard no" because of that. I saw others using the beach so I guess they didn't mind walking in chest deep water. Otherwise house itself was great, not a lot of outdoor views though if you're used to that in Florida but master had a small deck.

The water crossing to the beach can be deeper depending on conditions, and we understand why you did not feel comfortable having your family cross it. We’re also sorry that having to use a public beach and deal with the limited parking along 30A added to the frustration. We appreciate you pointing this out, as it’s important for future guests to have a clear understanding of the beach access before booking. While other guests may choose to use the lake crossing, we certainly understand that it is not the right option for everyone. We’re pleased that you otherwise found the home comfortable, well equipped, and conveniently located. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the outdoor views and deck. Thank you again for staying with us and for helping us provide future guests with a more accurate picture of the property and its beach access.

Beach paradise

The house was wonderfully located and very convenient to the beach, the pool was an added bonus, and the quiet neighborhood was wonderful. Everything was immaculate when we arrived and the pictures didn’t do the house justice. We had an issue with the back door alarm constantly and loudly beeping and the property management company had someone out there quickly to fix it. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing!!!!

The house was exactly what the listing advertised and more!!! The pictures were very accurate. Me and my family will be back for sure!! Not too far from the beach. We rented bikes and didnt have to more the cars the whole stay. The indoor pool was one of the many things i loved about the house. The owner called and checked on us which i loved. My family and i fell in love with the house and will be coming back. My son was crying when we left and did not want to leave.
