Thank you very much for your comment. I’ve now corrected an inaccurate detail that must have appeared after a platform update. The original texts were written over ten years ago, and your feedback helped me review everything. I’ve updated the walking information to show the exact distance. Google Maps indicates about 22 minutes to the main square, although the town center begins earlier, and there is now a restaurant only 650 meters from the house. I also adjusted the bathroom description to reflect the current setup: one full shower, one bath with handheld shower. Thanks again for helping keep the listing accurate.

Lovely accommodation just outside Pollensa. This is an area we have been coming back to for twenty years and love it. We’ve had many villas and this one is up there with the best. The only downside was the kitchen appliances. The Oven was hard to use and the fridge freezer needs a bit of attention as the fridge doesn’t get things cold and the freezer door can be hard to open. Other than that, absolutely no complaints, it was a genuine pleasure to stay here.

We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay and that the accommodation was among the best you’ve had. Regarding the kitchen appliances, we truly appreciate your feedback. After your departure we checked everything carefully. It seems that the fridge door had been left slightly open without anyone noticing, and over the course of a few days a large block of ice formed inside, blocking the drainage outlet. This can make the freezer door harder to open and also affects how cold the fridge feels, but it only happens when the door isn’t fully closed. Once we defrosted and cleaned it, the fridge‑freezer returned to perfect working order. We’ve also taken note of your comment about the oven and will make its use clearer for future guests. Thank you again for your kind words — it was a pleasure to host you, and we hope to welcome you back on your next visit to Pollença.

What a charming a beautiful property! We felt spoilt. It has a wonderful quirkiness to it and the setting was lovely with the mountains in the background. It was about 20 minute walk to the lively town of Pollensa with bubbles streets and lovely restaurants.Maria and Gabriel were lovely and very responsive to questions and issues etc.This would be a definite 5 stars but we had a few issues with hot water that didn’t quite get resolved so we spent two weeks with the boiler having problems so we had hot water one minute that then turned cold in an instant. This was more apparent in the upstairs bathroom. Gabriel did come out a couple of times but didn’t manage Perhaps a new boiler is needed with higher pressure that can cope with both showers at the same time. But the shower problem was minimal compared to the wonderful villa and facilities - we would definitely visit again!

Spent a wonderful week in this delightful villa. Very well appointed and we walked into Pollenca every evening. The villa itself was a delight. Very private, clean with plenty of space to relax and chill. Pollenca is a beautiful town and the Sunday market is not to be missed (of you arrive on a Saturday, leave your food shopping until Sunday and get the amazing produce on offer from the market).

Charming house

We had the most incredible stay here. Maria and her son Gabriel were excellent hosts - Maria in particular was so helpful and welcoming and could not do enough for us during our stay. The house is absolutely beautiful - the pictures do not do it justice. The pool was fantastic - so much space and very clean - as was the rest of the house. It was a wonderful location - just a short drive or walk into Pollença old town and 10 minutes by car to the beaches. So many wonderful restaurants in Pollença old town. We would definitely recommend staying here and we would love to stay here again. Thank you so much!!

Beautiful traditional property. Everything was clean, comfy beds, lovely pool, gorgeous gardens. Really peaceful area. 15 min walk into town, 15 min drive to the beach. Hosts were on hand if needed.

Excellent! August 2023

We are a family of two adults and two children (aged 11 and 8). We chose this property because it had the rooms we needed, air conditioning, and a private pool. Also because it was within easy walking distance from the town. Everything about the property was excellent! As it was hot, we were glad we had a pool, which we used a lot. Maria lives next door, and was available when needed, and was very friendly and welcoming. We loved the cool retreat of the main house, and the courtyard between it and the kitchen was a great place to eat and relax - even prettier than the photos suggest. This had everything we wanted for our two weeks - full marks!

gorgeous character filled house with a lovely garden and fab pool!

we had the most lovely week here. Maria, who lives next door was the most wonderful, friendly host. check in was easy as Maria was there and we were very kindly able to check in a bit early as we had a very early flight and 2 tired boys. The house is traditional and charming and very well set up for a family. we spent a lot of our time by the pool, which my boys loved [although do be aware it doesn't have a shallow part] Maria keeps the garden area beautifully and it has some amazing trees! Pollença town is a 10/15 minute, easy [and pretty] walk away and we went there most days for dinner as it had a great selection of restaurants and it is a lovely, pretty town. The beaches are very close too, Port de Pollenca is only a 10 minute drive. There is a Lidl only a 2 minute drive away [easy to walk to] I really recommend and we hope to stay again here next year. :)

A slice of traditional Mallorca

We wanted to be near the Old Town & within driving distance of the beach, so the location was perfect. This Villa felt like a “home” it’s immaculately clean, & has all you need for a family retreat. The garden & pool area is wonderful, we spent most of our days there. It has an outside shower, the pool is a fantastic size to get some lengths in or to play plus it gets the sunshine all day but there is a parasol for shade. The garden is beautifully kept, & Maria will come by and water the garden. It has a utility room too. We loved that the kitchen was by the pool, very convenient to watch the family whilst prepping the brunch and snacks. There’s a fly screen too so the kitchen is always bug free! Perfect! Whilst the kitchen is dated, it has everything! So clean! The courtyard between the house & the kitchen is a wonderful relaxing space to eat or relax in the evening with a glass of wine. Inside is very traditional, it’s a clean, cool, space, whilst it has wi fi, & has lovely cool rooms to sleep in, be ready to step back in time and forget the tech from the world we know and embrace the 300 year old charming home. There is a book shelf & a drawer of board games, embrace these and take the opportunity to relax. We were very at home here, Maria and Gabriel were fantastic, Maria is a very lovely lady and it was a pleasure to meet her and have a slice of the special Mallorcan charm. Thank you for having us. Delightful week

The house has character and all conveniences in a traditional Majorcan setting. The pool and garden are superb, adjoining the kitchen which is separate from the main house. Wonderful eating areas both next to the pool and in a small,roofed courtyard between the kitchen and the house. The house itself is veyr cool and all four bedrooms have effective and quiet air conditioning units. Solid fibre broadband and good 4 G coverage. Satellite TV gets UK channels. About 15 minutes pleasant walk into the very pretty town of Pollenca and a 20 minute drive from several nice beaches. We had a hot week and spent a lot of time just relaxing at the house because it was such a nice place to be.

Unfortunate storms affected the holiday

Not the owners fault at all but obviously didn't help and the resulting mosquitos and sand flies were a painful nuisance! The property was very clean and the owner extremely friendly and helpful. This is a typical spanish property so don't expect all mod cons but it made a comfortable base from which to explore the island with everything you would need provided. I have already suggested that the upstairs bathroom could do with a shower rail and screen over the bath as we ended up (5 adults) using the downstairs shower. I would still recommend this property.

A beautiful and practical villa with a super pool and plenty of space to eat and lounge about.

A beautifully presented and immaculately clean villa located within easy walking distance of numerous supermarkets and the gorgeous town of Polensa. The four bedrooms are all have an excellent size and the living area, which we didn't spend a lot of time in as the weather was so good, had a good TV and sound system including DVD player that the children enjoyed. Outside though is whether the villa really begins to shine. The swimming pool area is magnificent and extremely safe, fenced in and safe there is no chance of children escaping. The pool itself is immaculately kept and of a very good size, easily watched from the kitchen or sun loungers. The kitchen which is in a separate building to the main house is right next door to the swimming pool and this works surprisingly well. Perfect for drinks and lunches there is a natural flow between the outdoor area and this working part of the house. Overall the owner and his mother who live next door could not be more helpful we thought that the entire experience of the Villa was really excellent. If it was for sale we would've bought it.

Perfect location, charming property, everything you will need for the perfect family holiday

This property is ideally located in an excellent area of Pollenca, walking distances to the town centre, fabulous restaurants, historical sites etc. It is also 10 mins in the car to Puerto Pollenca and the beach. We also availed of the regular bus connections and cheap local taxis. The house itself was quirky and charming with real character. Presented beautifully and spotlessly clean. A stay here gives you a feeling of connecting with real Mallorca. It was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Having the owner on site also meant any concerns we had were easily raised and addressed immediately. Maria and Gabriel were wonderful hosts. We have travelled to the island of Mallorca over ten times in the last decade and love the north of the island - this property is ideal to explore the island. We are already considering our dates for next year. Loved it!
