E'Komo Mai to Kimi's Bamboo Guest House Site,
Mahalo for taking the time to learn about me. I have been so fortunate to be born in Hilo, on this beautiful island. So, as a guest, I will be here to help you find your way around the since I live on the property. But really no matter where you go or how you go it is all good! Your time spent here can't be ruined.
Leaving Hawaii at an early age for college as many islanders do, I found my life taking a few turns that I hadn't planned on and it took many years before I found my way back to the Big Island. I spent many years in SO CAL, Palos Verdes and Manhattan Beach, raising my children. I have 3 children and 5 grandchildren all on the West Coast, Portland, OR., Pleasant Hill, CA, and Huntington Beach, CA.
In 1997, I made the move back to the big island. I see myself as lucky to have experienced the East Coast as well as the West Coast and a little bit between. I have also traveled and visited many countries all over the world which I found fascinating. But now I feel super fortunate to be able to be back on this magical island called Hawaii Island or the Big Island.
Hawaii Island, is known as a Healing Island. Many travel here to quiet their souls, reflect on their values and basically slow down a little. The Life style of Hawaii is just that. That is what I love about living here in Waikoloa. It is a very nonconforming town. There are big houses and little houses, there are fancy houses and humble houses, there are colorful houses and houses without color. We all live next to each other with basically the same goals, to be healthy, happy, safe and secure!
My career has been in real estate. I was a Real Estate Broker in SO CAL and now I own my own real estate company COOK WALLS, INC. . You can find me on the web. www.KimiTheRealtor.com
