Everything was great but no central A/C was brutal. They had fans to use but in the middle of summer it was hotter inside than outside most nights. Other than that the property and location were amazing.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re delighted you enjoyed the property and its amazing location, but we’re sorry the unusually warm summer weather made the condo uncomfortable despite the provided fans. Like many coastal condos in the area, this unit does not have air conditioning, and we understand how challenging that can be during a heat wave. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to welcome you back during a cooler Oceanside visit. Kindly, MakeMyVacation Team

hank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the property was not a good fit for your group’s needs. We would like to clarify that this condo, like our other vacation rentals, is not advertised as having air conditioning, and this information is included in the property listing prior to booking. We understand that air conditioning can be an important consideration for some guests, particularly those with certain medical conditions, and we encourage guests to review the listed amenities carefully before reserving. While we regret that you chose not to stay, we respectfully disagree with several of the statements in your review. We also made every effort to communicate professionally throughout our interactions despite the challenging nature of our conversations. We wish you the very best and appreciate the opportunity to respond. — MakeMyVacation Team

My family and I had a great week in this condo on the sand! There were 6 of us and the beds fit all of us comfortably. Kitchen had everything we needed to create picnics on the sand and or bbqs at the pool. This property is literally steps away from the sand which made it easy for morning walks along the beach and day time sun tanning along with sunset watching each night.
