Buffalo Junction er et fuldt møbleret gæstehus beliggende 2 gader fra den super søde centrum Canyon-pladsen, 6 blokke fra WTAMU og 12 miles fra Palo Duro Canyon.

Dette hjem blev bygget i 1920 og har høje lofter og originale trægulve. Det er totalrenoveret og har 3 soveværelser, 2 badeværelser, et køkken med alt hvad du behøver for at lave et hjemmelavet måltid, et vaskerum, en gårdhave med grill, to komfortable stuer med kabel-tv, WiFi og en sovesofa . Værelserne er fuldt møbleret. to med en queensize-seng og den anden en konge.
Denne vidunderlige ejendom er super charmerende og behagelig og har alt hvad du behøver for at føle dig hjemme væk fra hjemmet!

Buffalo Junction Stay

I have family in Canyon and Amarillo. The location was perfect for seeing family, experiencing downtown Canyon and Palo Duro Canyon. Buffalo Junction is a house filled with character and charm. Everything was well kept clean and enjoyable!

Spring Break Hiking Trip

The house is very clean and charming, and had all the comforts of home. It’s close to the area attractions and downtown, so you can walk to several restaurants on the square. We (including our dog) enjoyed our stay very much!!

Canyon 4th Tradition

Perfect place to bring my two boys to see the 4th done right. The house was clean, spacious and I’m the perfect spot to walk to the square and catch the parade. Glad to have nice places like these to come back to the city I was raised in.

Buffalo Junction Guesthouse was the perfect place to stay for our daughter's college graduation! Very roomy, very convenient, beds were super comfy and the host has great communication!!!

Fun Fun Fun!

Great location, fully stocked and such a comfortable stay at the Buffalo Junction. We brought our pet, safe back yard for a dog - very relaxing stay. The owner super friendly and easy to reach, and we will definitely be back to hike the Canyon and stay again.

Family vacation

The house was very clean and and inviting. I loved being able to walk to some great restaurants. The proper manager was super, and gave great recommendations for dining and activities around the town! I look forward to visiting again.

Great time in Buffalo Junction

We had a great time staying at this guest house in Canyon. It was very comfortable and spacious. We loved the country charm that it had. The owner, Renee is very easy to communicate with and was very gracious in her correspondence with us. We would definitely recommend this house.

Quick but very enjoyable visit

We very much enjoyed our one night stay at Katye's house. She's a wonderful thoughtful hostess! The house was very comfortable and the location of the house is perfect to the historic square. We highly recommend breakfast at the Ranch House Cafe, especially Mama T's biscuits and gravy! If we're in the area again, we'll definitely stay at Katye's house.

Wonderful home, wonderful owner!

The pictures of this home don't do it justice, it's charming, clean and well-kept and had all we needed for a pleasurable stay while touring Palo Duro. Katye was extremely welcoming with great knowledge of the area and recommendations of things to do and places to see and places to eat. I highly recommend this rental and thank you Katye for your warm hospitality :)

Perfect location and set up

The house was as described online. Fit out party of 5 perfectly. There are two separate living areas , so that makes it nice. If you go with a small dog, bring something to block the back yard gate.

Great Guest House in heart of Canyon

Buffalo Junction has to be my favorite VRBO to date! The layout of the home allowed privacy for each member of the family. The sitting room and master suite was cozy. The host kept original components of home, complimented with antiques, but added modern touches. Walking distance to beautiful town square with shops, restaurants (shout out to Joe's Tacos), and LaBella's pizza nearby was best pizza, according to young adults. Both Palo Duro Canyon and Amarillo were a short drive away. The host thought of everything, but a supermarket and Walmart were nearby. If you are in Canyon, this is a must see!

Pleasant Home!

We really enjoyed our stay at Katye's home. The cute home is decorated in a way that makes you feel totally comfortable. It is larger inside than you would think. There are two very comfortable living room/den areas to watch TV (one room gets to watch boxing or sports, the other Halmark :) Katye provded many extras to make our trip great. The neighborhood is very quiet at night so we slept very soundly. Will definately stay again.

What a wonderful find for a stay in Canyon. The house was the best equipped of any HomeAway rental I’ve stayed in. Katye stocks the place as if welcoming her own family. Wonderful linens atop comfortable beds. Icing on the cake is Katye, the owner. A kinder, funnier host could not be found. Thank you for all your care while we stayed at your adorable house. We’ll be back. Happy New Year!

Just right

This property was just right for our needs. For those times you need just a little more than a hotel room, this one fits the bill. The bedrooms are spacious and the bedding felt great. The bathrooms are recently renovated and clean! The television was great for an afternoon game with enough seating for a few to watch and a second living area where a nap could take place at the same time. Washer and dryer available and a great location for our home base as we had a 2 day event on the square over the weekend. If we ever needed a 3 bedroom rental in Canyon again, I would check dates on this one first!

Spring Break at Palo Duro

Had a great time at Buffalo Junction. Really enjoyed the space for the two of us and our two young adult children. Everybody had their own sleeping quarters and the second living area was nice for my 22 yr old son w/ASD to watch the shows he wanted to watch at night and work on his computer. It also gave my 21 yr old daughter a space at night to work on her college hw when we were done for the day. Plenty of space to cook our meals, though we brought most of our meal items pre-cooked and mostly had to reheat. Nice coffee station. We had our small pup with us and we appreciated the pet cover on the one piece of furniture she could sit. She was content on her own little bed we brought with us most of the time but every now and then she wanted to be up with us. My daughter and I took the advice of Katye to walk to the square and enjoyed Palace Coffee Co and the gift shop near there. We also took the advice to visit the honey farm on our way back from Palo Duro Canyon and enjoyed their mead and small bites. We really appreciated all of the tips in the folder for eateries, etc. A few minor things: laundry was left in the dryer for before we arrived, so we had to put it on top and I’m sure it didn’t stay too clean—sorry! The backyard had a lot of other dog waste that had not been picked up—we picked up all of ours (she doesn’t go much) and my hubby spent time picking up a good. It if the other that was there because it didn’t make for a pleasant aroma; however some of that smell we figured out was the dumpster behind the house and once the waste removal came it helped a lot. Thanks for the great experience!

It is ideally located in the heart of Canyon and is just an inviting, relaxing and comfortable place to stay. The previous owner, Renee, did an amazing job updating it while keeping the character and charm of this 100+ year old home.

It would be tough to find a better located rental in this area. Well appointed house with lots of space and charm. So close to everything. Palo Duro Canyon. WT. Buffalo Stadium. Historic Canyon Square.
