Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the property overall. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, particularly regarding the pool-facing balcony, as guest safety is always our top priority. We've shared your comments with our team for inspection and review. We also appreciate your feedback on the main-level queen bed and the bathroom shower, as these details help us identify opportunities to improve the guest experience. While the home's multi-level layout is a great fit for many groups, we certainly understand that the number of stairs may not be ideal for everyone. Thank you again for your stay and for taking the time to share your experience. We wish you all the best in your future travels.
