The host and especially, the property manager, helped make this one of the most memorable trips I've ever made. from helping to set up drivers to information on the best places to see sloths. Great place.

The house was everything I had hoped and imagined for our family vacation! Great location, with amazing views! The hosts and property manager made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us!Definitely recommend and will be back!!!

What an excellent property. We had an outstanding stay and enjoyed the house immensely. It has an excellent kitchen. A bonus to us were the spices that so many places don’t have. We are avid cooks and we took advantage of the opportunity to create our own meals. We especially loved having fresh ginger just outside the door. If we had any questions about the house or amenities, the gracious property manager was able to answer. Excellent communication. We would recommend this property and hope to come back soon.

This beautiful three bedroom home was the perfect place to enjoy a secluded, relaxing family getaway! It was very spacious, and in a quiet gated community. The property grounds and view are amazing, and the pool was enjoyable. This home has everything you need and more! The property manager was very responsive and available to help with any needs. We will definitely be recommending this property to our friends!

All the reviews are accurate - this is an impressive rental and the experience was completely top notch. From the surroundings to the home set up to the hosting, we enjoyed and appreciated it all. We rented a car which was convenient and easy. We loved exploring the area including recommendations from the hosts. And equally loved just enjoying the home - lounging in the pool, yoga on the terrace, and meals at one of the many seating areas. We also took advantage of a meal from Chef Aaron and massages from Susana, all of which were excellent. Thank you for a great experience!

We enjoyed our check in process and the gracious welcome from Leticia. She is a wonderful resource. The home is lovely and in a beautiful location. The pool was too cool to use much. The solar system wasn’t heating it all that well. The house had everything we needed and some really nice touches. Some basic things like shampoo and soap were not there so bring your own. This is a great base to explore the beautiful mountain towns, Poas Volcano, La Paz Waterfall Gardens, El Toledo Coffee Tour and the cute town of Zarcero.

Wow, this was our second stay at this exceptional property. The villa is quiet and private in a gated community. The home and buildings have mostly beautiful wood furniture and it's simply gorgeous. The entire property is so comfortable and cozy. We didn't venture far from the Villa this year, enjoying the wonderful pool, the beautifully shaded areas, and the comfortable seating outside - for relaxing and dining. The kitchen is well stocked with everything a cook needs. Leticia is a wonderful host and Judd was also available for questions about day trips. We loved being in the Central Valley and walking distance from the cute town of Atenas. This is Costa Rica at its best! Thank you so much for another wonderful week in paradise.

This home is just gorgeous! Bali-style open-air living, comfy beds, nicely stocked, clean, and amazing views. The Pica Flora neighborhood is beautiful too, felt very secure, and with friendly neighbors. Highly recommend!

My husband and I booked this AMAZING place to celebrate our 15yr Wedding Anniversary! From day 1 our experience was Fantastic. Leticia greeted us and showed us around and was extremely helpful in arranging massages and a cooked dinner in the house the day of our Anniversary! The house was clean and beds comfortable! One room even had an Incredible open air shower! The pool although solar heated was a little cool but refreshing and the grounds keeper Darwin kept it clean. There was a lot of great information provided about places to visit and nearby restaurants recommended. Only thing is that I would not recommend the Supermercado La Coope as it was expensive and had few options, we found other markets to be better personally. No TV was a nice break and the provided speaker allowed us to unwind and enjoy. Overall our time and experience was 10/10 FANTASTIC and we would definitely consider coming back! Thank you Judd and Liz for allowing us to experience the Beauty of your home

This vacation was like a dream. It became mine and my partner's favorite vacation together ever! It truly was idyllic and just as stunning as the photos and YouTube walkthrough video. We stood mouth agape when we entered. It was peaceful, private, romantic, and brought us closer together. Five stars all the way across the board. It was like a dream. We already long to go back.

Anniversary trip

This property was very comfortable, the views were amazing better than the photos we enjoyed our stay. Aaron our guide that was recommended and also cooked for us was excellent went above and beyond to help us out, we are going to miss him.

We loved our time here. Peaceful and lovely. The only issue is that we couldn't stay longer. We stayed at another place for a few days and we wish it were as nice as this.If you choose to stay here, stick to the main road 707. If you're on route #3, navigation apps and GPS might try to route you on shorter routes, such as C. El Tanque. Trust me, you don't want to do that. The other roads aren't paved and you can get yourself in quite a quandary.

Stunning property and views

Perfect villa with all the amenities and a view. Atenas is close to all the major destinations and the town offers all that you would need. This was home for a week and we throughly enjoyed our stay.
