3310 at Sea Village er et dejligt, godt beliggende og komplimenteret ferielejlighed med udsigt over havet ved Kailua Bay, swimmingpoolen og den nyrenoverede centrale gårdsplads i Sea Village-komplekset. Nyd smukke solnedgange og det fantastiske bylys i Kona centrum, der reflekterer over havbølgerne, mens tiki-fakler og eksotisk belysning skimrer mod aftenhimmelen. * Interiørbilleder kommer snart!

Denne smukke 3. sal (øverste etage) sover 4 komfortabelt med en Cal King-seng i soveværelset og en dronningstær sovesofa i stuen. Et bærbart klimaanlæg er placeret i stuen er et ekstra plus! Denne enhed er flisebelagt overalt, og soveværelset har et skab i god størrelse til at hjælpe dig med at bosætte dig i dit ø-hjem! Badeværelset har en smuk glasblok walk-in bruser med indbygget siddepladser. Køkkenet har masser af skab og køkkenplads og har udsigt til kombinationen stue / spisestue. Spisebordet har komfortabelt plads til 4, eller du kan spise på Lanai og nyde den smukke udsigt!

Sofabordet, matchende slutborde og lamper komplimenterer den nyligt polstrede sovesofa og liggestol. Du kan endda se en DVD eller dit yndlingsprogram på Smart TV. Der er også en lille vaskemaskine / tørretumbler for din bekvemmelighed. Loftsventilatorer er i alle værelser, og der er nogle ekstra kasseventilatorer til din komfort. Og der er gratis WIFI!

Sea Village-komplekset har en absolut pool ved havet og spa, fire havgrillapparater ved havet hver med dedikerede picnicborde med en utrolig udsigt over Kailua Kona! Nyd en kort gåtur til Honl Beach undervejs i centrum eller fortsæt til spisning og shopping. Nyd en frisk smoothie eller Kona kaffe på Green Flash Café lige på stedet. Kids really enjoyed the pool and the setting was awesome. Common areas at the propery pool, bbq, grassy areas gave since of community with others on vacation. Room and lani had great ocean view. A little more cooling capability with an additional portable AC or central air would have been nice but we adjusted.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed for 9 days. Loved the location and the view. The condo was very comfortable for our stay and we would highly recommend it. It is nice to be on the third floor and have lots of available parking.

Beach Honeymoon

We had a great stay at this condo for our honeymoon. We had one mishap where the pool key wasn't in the room when we checked in but after a quick call, it was sorted out very quickly! Would recommend this stay!

It was the Good, Bad, and the Ugly... The Good: good view, okay location but nothing close enough to walk. Free parking. The Bad: "Limited AC". The bedroom, hallway, and bathroom reached over 100 degrees from 12pm to 12am. It felt like sauna. Outside temperature was only in the mid 80s. Top floor so it traps the heat... no elevator! The Bedroom and Bathroom are NOT USABLE at all from 12pm to 1am. The floor smelled like wet mop. A Walmart can of Fabreeze took care of that. The Ugly: Day 1: First day was unbearable. We arrived at 7pm and the unit felt like a sauna. AC was running full blast and turned on 3 floor fans. We left our bags and took off to go have dinner without unpacking. Hoping that it will cool down, it was still very hot when we returned. We emailed the host. We slept in the living room, on the floor, next to the AC unit. Couldn't sleep- back pain and heat. Day 2: We were told why the unit could've been hot. We decided to give it another try. Still way too hot. Slept in the living room. Day 3: I asked them we need move to another property because it was health risk. They said our money won't be refunded. That's fine. But they said the owner "graciously" offered 3 day credit. Besides, no vacant properties. So, we stayed. Day 4: They asked for our checkout time? Wait?? You "graciously" offered a credit for us to come back HERE if we checkout 3 days earlier?WHAT?Day 3-8: We just slept in the living room. Do NOT rent!

The home is advertised with limited AC, which offers cooling through a portable AC unit located in the living room. We remind our guest multiple times during our booking process to verify amenities that may be required for their stay to ensure the property is suitable for their needs. The home is equipped with a sofa sleeper. The credit was offered as a good will gesture when the guest notified us they would be vacating the property early. Simply Breathtaking

We rented Sea Village 3310 for five nights, and it was exceptional. It is easy to feel at home and comfortable when it's well-kept inside and out, excellent location and the bed is comfortable. But the best part was the view - simply breathtaking and gorgeous! Kona Coast Vacations, thank you for the beautiful visit; it was a pleasure renting from you!

A lovely balcony view! Well kept BBQ area and pool area. The unit is dated and could use some updating. Patio doors and closet doors did not function well which is a note not a huge concern. The patio and common area made this an excellent stay. If the unit were to be refreshed this would truly be a 9/10 location.

Convenient

Convenient to everything in Kona. Great size for two people. A/c is useless and only in living room, never reached bedroom., so sleeping was awful when it was 80+deg at night. Sun never shines on lanai and sunsets were on side of building and cannot see it from unit. If you go down to the pool you can watch the sunset. Bbq area is nice and well maintained and a nice community of people. Nice property overall.

Pros: Great views from the condo patio. The property had a lot of good amenities i.e. bbqs, pool, hot tub etc. We noticed that the pool and bbq area were cleaned daily which was great to see. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a great feature. Cons: There was an AC unit in the living area, which was great, but there was no AC unit in the bedroom which made it uncomfortable at night. It was difficult to find the condo unit. The signage to the unit was not clear which made it difficult to find on the first day. Overall, a great condo!

Central location but the unit was disappointing

The Sea Village location is great and centrally located near town. The unit however, was pretty disappointing. The A/C machine really didn’t cool the place down, and the broken tube was duct taped together. The water pressure in the shower was extremely weak. The beds were springy and uncomfortable. There was a coffee machine but no coffee (every other rental I’ve stayed in has offered atleast a single serving of coffee) and the television lagged like crazy. The view from the Lanai was the only saving grace but otherwise, we made sure not to spend too much time in the unit. We stayed here for the second half of our honeymoon and somewhat regret it. We love Kona but next time we will stay somewhere else.

The mattress was last replaced in 2018, and then Hawaii was shut down to travel for the following 2 years. We try to furnish all of our properties with medium-firm mattresses in attempts to "meet you in the middle". Some guests prefer a very firm mattress, some prefer theirs to be plush. Your note of it being "springy" does raise concern so we've reached out to the owners to assess the mattress and determine whether it needs to be replaced. We have sent our handyman to investigate and repair the issues reported. Please be assured that your concerns have been shared with our management team to be addressed. Nice view and grounds, but average condo

Condo was very clean. Nice view of ocean and Kona coast. Grounds and pool well maintained. Check-in was easy. Per the listing - air conditioning floor unit in living area - Inadequate to cool living room let alone the master bedroom (even with 4 floor fans working). Bedroom stayed at 83-85 degrees day and night. We had to sleep in the living area. No working vent in bathroom, gets very hot and humid quickly. Shower was nicely updated. King mattress worn. Fold out bed in couch very Uncomfortable. Basic appointments, kitchen supplies and utensils The unit had a smell and needs a bit of updating. The moldy rug on the lanai needs replacing. We will NOT rent this unit again and will NOT recommend it to others.

Exactly what we Needed

This property was just as advertised. Amazing views from the lanai, fully equipped kitchen, a great pool and hot tub, and complimentary beach gear. We were given very clear instructions for finding the place and checking-in/out. Had total privacy the entire time. And the place was spotless and abjoy to come back to after a night out. It acted as a perfect honeymoon home-base. Downtown was a 15min walk away and it was easy to head North or South on the main highway from the property. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, low-key stay with all the amenities and appliances one could want.

Everything was very good except for the temperature in the bedroom.

The management company went over and above the norm to help us during our stay. My wife and I developed Covid during our stay. We had to isolate ourselves. We were able to arrange for a later checkout which helped us a lot. The unit was well equipped and very clean. When we arrived the temperature in the living room was 90, the bedroom was even warmer. We had entered into an oven. We put the AC on and many hours later the living room was down to 76. We were never able to cool the bedroom to a satisfactory level. There were three I believe portable fans for our use. These fans moved the hot air…. Our suggestion would be for the AC to remain on during the changeover process. This would help but not alleviate the issue.
