On the first floor, you’ll find:
- 1 large living area:
• living room with 2 sofas, an armchair, and a TV
• fully equipped kitchen: induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, standard coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher…
• dining room with a large family table
- 1 restroom
- 1 game room in the basement

The upper floor of the house has 4 large bedrooms, each approximately 16m²:
- 1 single bedroom with a double bed (160*200)
- 1 children’s bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4x1 person, 90×190)
- 1 master suite with a double bed (160×200), a bathroom (shower and sink), and a balcony
- 1 family room with a double bed (160×200) and an extra bed for a child (90×190)
- 1 fully renovated bathroom with a double-sink vanity and a spacious walk-in shower
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 additional small separate room (6m²) that can be used as a bedroom for a baby or a teenager (with a folding bed measuring 90*190 and/or a travel crib).

This house is our second home; it is a standalone property. You will have access to all the rooms described above, though there is a private area on the first floor reserved for us.
We provide a travel crib, a high chair, and a stroller, as well as several bicycles (in all sizes), for your trips to the beach, downtown, the market, the park… and for your rides along the many bike paths and seaside routes.

Ideal for a stay with 2 or 3 families.

No smoking, no pets.
Parties are not allowed; please be considerate of the neighbors.
Sheets and towels are not provided.
The house must be cleaned at the end of your stay.
