Denne condo på havet har to soveværelser og to komplette badeværelser. Det er udstyret med alt hvad du har brug for at tilbringe en uge ved kysten. Udsigten fra det forreste værelse er fantastisk. Nyd hyggelige aftener ved pejsen, eller slap af på dit private dæk, der hænger ud over sandstranden nedenfor. Lyden af bølgerne og lange vandreture på stranden venter på din ankomst til smukke San Simeon. Besøg Hearst Castle eller tag seværdighederne op ad Big Sur Coast, dette er den perfekte hjemmebase til at udforske den centrale kyst.


Dette hjem kan kun lejes en gang hver måned, så BEMÆRK, at der er en 1 uges minimum i lavsæsonen og 2 uger MINIMUM i højsæsonen !! Dette hjem er ikke kæledyrallergi gratis.

Great location and condo. You really feel detached from the crowds. The condo is directly on the beach with the sounds of ocean waves crashing. It was so cool. The condo is very comfortable like you are at home. Clean and nicely decorated. For food, you need to go to Cambria. There are many food choices better than San Simeon and worth the short drive. Hearst Castle is a must. Looking forward to coming back.

Amazing location

Beautiful condo located right on the ocean. Property managers were helpful and easy to get in contact with. 10/10 would recommend!

Great location

Loved the views, sound of the ocean, location and convenience. It was very comfortable and nice furnishings. They need a new sliding door to the patio (very hard to open) and there were mice scratching in the front bedroom at night😳. The toilet was was not secure to the floor in the front bathroom. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

No shampoos and conditioners

The property is in a good condition but there were no shampoos and conditioners so we had to get them in near by minimart. Other than that it was a great stay.

The only downside of the visit was that the wind prevented us from using the deck. But the views from the large windows made up for the deck.

Tranquil Little Retreat

This house was a perfect little getaway. It's close enough to Cambria to go into town and get groceries, but far enough that you aren't running in the the crowd of people at Moonstone Beach. The elephant seals are a short drive away, along with Hearst Castle. I sat and watched and listened to the waves of the ocean. I would definitely rent this place again. One thing to note is that the key that opens the building to the hallway with 4 units is the same key that opens the actual unit. Not really sure why that is??
