Super clean, roomy condo within walking distance of the Village. Great location for winter or summer. Hosts are excellent communicators and check in/check out was a breeze.

Really cute property. Great location. Perfect for our family of 6. Kids loved the foosball table and games. We had a great time there.

Property is well maintained. Everything is working order. Owners are very communicative and responsive. Quiet, comfortable, clean and convenient to all amenities. Definitely on the list for future visits.

The location was great! House was clean and exactly as expected. Loved the spacious and open design. Plenty of towels and linens/blankets. The bedrooms and beds were comfy- the bunk beds were super comfortable for two adults to share the room. Might have been cramped with 4 adults in there. We ended up having to buy our own toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap as not enough was provided. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with what we needed, but we weren't able to use the blender because the stopper in the lid was missing. It was a very easy and nice walk to the Village and I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Place to stay. I loved it. Literally down the street from Canyon Lodge and location was awesome. Hosts were on point with everything top to bottom. Just book this place!

Great place to stay with a group of kids. Host was quick to respond. It snowed so much we boarded from the condo to village gondola and from Canyon to the condo. Amazing trip!

Stayed over for a weekend and David and Amber ensured we had all the information we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location was very ideal and there’s even a shuttle stop right outside the unit! The unit was clean, spacious and fit our party (6 adults and two dogs) perfectly with extra room! The layout and amenities were wonderful! The hosts were so accommodating and responsive to every question we had. I highly recommend this place for your next trip to Mammoth!

This place was great. The location with bus shuttle right outside and covered parking were key while we were there. Beds super comfy too. The host checked in and responded to chats quickly. Only little tiny complaint would be lack of heat in the main living area. There were times we couldn’t get it warm enough and the fireplace seems to send heat intermittently. Otherwise amazing stay!

I communicated my concerns about the lack of cleanliness to the owner immediately upon arrival. Although they attempted to remedy the issue we found it only got worse upon our stay. It was obvious many things hadn’t been adequately cleaned in a very ling time, i.e.,Cooling fans had thick dust stuck on them that was so gross I had them removed, mainly due to my allergies. The dog hair all over the couch and floor was significant enough to have been missed by the vacuum. There was even dried food on the frying pan in the kitchen. There was certainly a lack of maintenance that was uncalled for. We certainly didn’t feel we got what we paid for….

We're sorry the condo fell short on arrival. Our on-site manager came by within a couple of hours, walked through the concerns, removed the fan at your request, and offered to send the cleaning team back that evening; that offer was declined. We've since reviewed the photos with our housekeeping team and addressed each item. We appreciate the feedback and are working to earn five stars.

- the blankets were not clean. My blanket smelled of eucalyptus or something that was so strong that it felt someone has used it before , and no one washed it - there were white dog hair everywhere. Our clothes and even our hair had dog hair - when we walked on the floor without shoes our feet got so dirty - the condo is incorrectly advertised. It is not for people more than 8 The amount of money we paid per night to stay here . It’s quite disappointing with the cleanliness and size level

Great location, close to Village and great place.

We just enjoyed a great time with the family at David’s place. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, beds were super comfy and there was plenty of space for the 6 of us to enjoy our time relaxing in the evenings. The location is great, shuttle is literally right there and you can walk to the village in just under 10 minutes …. David is very to easy to reach and responds to any questions very fast ! We definitely enjoyed our stay here.

We had the best time here. Wonderful, convenient location. Very clean and safe feeling. We had one issue we had to contact the manager about and he was extremely responsive and got it fixed right away (nothing major, we just needed help working the TV). The price was right and the town trolley stop was just outside the building. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo, close to village

Great condo, recently renovated in an ideal location. Walk to village, easy parking, on the way to the Lakes where you can fish, hike and enjoy the beauty of the mountains. This condo has it all and makes it easy to enjoy the beautiful mountains, in style. Owner was attentive, communicative and a pleasure to work with. I will stay here again, which says it all.

Mammoth Getaway

We had a great time at this condo. The set up was perfect for us - 2 families with a total of 4 kids and 2 adults on this trip. The kids loved the loft area with the playstation and many board games available. The foosball table was a bit wobbly so did not get as much use as we expected. The kitchen was well stocked including a welcome kit with everything we needed. We would love to stay at this condo again.

Good location

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Easy to get to lifts. Enjoyed our time skiing with our family. Otherwise didn’t find it that convenient to get around outside of village. I think it has been high season but vents and fans very dirty. Fireplace and at least one heater not working so got very cold in main room. Toaster needs to be replaced. Not trying to complain just giving honest feedback. Thank you!

If you’re going to host five 18-year-olds home from college (three of them mine ), you need a place that’s equal parts fun, functional, and mom-approved safe — and Dave and Amber’s cabin absolutely delivered.I love giving experiences as Christmas gifts, and this charming, perfectly located home near the Mammoth village hit it out of the park. The kids had space to spread out, laugh loudly, and live their best holiday break lives, while I enjoyed cozy beds, plenty of blankets, and the unsung hero of the trip: a fully stocked Keurig so I could power up each morning before wrangling the crew.The cabin was warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped — every detail made it feel easy and welcoming. Communication with David was excellent from start to finish, which mattered even more since my husband couldn’t make the trip due to a crazy workload. I felt completely secure and confident knowing everyone was safe and well cared for in this home.We had a blast, made great memories, and left already talking about coming back. Highly recommend for families, groups, or anyone looking for a cozy Mammoth stay that truly feels like home.
