This a very clean, peaceful, and relaxing place. We love the condo and it has everything you need just like home. Our view was amazing. The hot tub and pools were very nice and clean. Loved the beach it was beautiful. The balcony on thr condo was amazing also.

Lovely stay

I went with my family we had an issue with our washer called up maintenance and they were there with in 10 mins. Condo was very open short walk to beach. The beach is not good to go into the water has large rocks

Nice accommodations!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view of the pond and sunsets. Stocked with basic essentials, and beds were comfortable. The place was clean. But I was expecting a relaxed beach environment and it was not what I expected. There were a lot of rules and the area was very high dollar and unfriendly people. Beautiful community, but not my cup of tea. Nothing against the condo or management, because they were great. It just wasn’t what I expected.

July Vacay

The condo was cute and served our needs, the area was beautiful and we saw an alligator outside our balcony! It could use a good cleaning behind beds. The main bathroom tub did not drain hardly at all so we used the master for most showers. It was great otherwise!

Nice accommodations but hated the rocky beach

The condo was very clean. Very nice community pool/recreation areas. However, the beaches in this area are covered with big rocks. Several in our group was injured trying unsuccessfully to find safe areas to swim or simply wade in the ocean. Falling onto slippery rocks just under the surface of the water then being being tossed around on those sharp rock by the waves is a scary experience. I realize it’s the local natural environment but it’s not safe at all. If you’re just into sitting on the beach and not getting into the water you’ll be find.

Family Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean, had a fully stocked kitchen, and the view from the balcony was great with lots of wild life. The community pools where very nice and the walk way to the beach was directly across from the condo. The only issue we had were the beds. The mattresses were ok but could definitely be updated. If you like a firm mattress though they would be perfect. I would highly recommend this condo.

Beds were comfortable however if you are expecting a queen in one of the spare bedrooms we're sure it was two full beds in the spare bedrooms. We loved the view of the lake and enjoyed seeing all of the wildlife in it. We didn't love the walk to the pool but it wasn't too far. The pools have pretty strict rules including a quiet pool which doesn't allow for children to play in it at all. The pools also close very 8. The staff at Cinnamon Beach are extremely helpful and the grounds are meticulously kept. Everything was very clean. The beach lived up to it's name (Cinnamon) and was beautiful. We loved all the shells. We didn't like the large rocks that were in the ocean though so taking water shoes is probably a good idea. We enjoyed seeing dolphins from the beach as well. Publix is very close by so getting groceries is convenient. A short drive to St. Augustine which was such a fun town to visit also.

Ocean Getaway for March

The property was comfortable and the view of the lagoon from the balcony was great for sunset dinners and drinks. The Atlantic Ocean surf was a 5 minute walk away and the beach was beautiful. Rooms were large and comfortable with high ceilings! Only recommendation would be to oil the squeaky bathroom door :). The induction oven took some time to get use to.

July 21 month at the beach!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s unfortunate the folks are allowed to smoke on the balcony now. For a non smoker it’s hard to enjoy being on the balcony when guests are smoking below you. The kids even complained because they aren’t used to smelling smoke. Great response from maintenance about the AC issue.

Enjoyed Cinnamon Beach, wouldn’t choose this unit again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were offered unit 963 when the unit we initially booked decided to place the unit for sale. The arrival and check in process was easy. The evening we arrived though the low battery alert was going off from the master smoke alarm, resulting in a constant high pitched beep coming from the smoke alarm affixed atop a 20 foot ceiling. Maintenance was responsive but were taking it down at 1 am after having to find a ladder. There was no coffee maker in the unit so we bought one. The front bedroom smelled like second hand smoke. Master comforter was ripped and sewed up - just a little haphazard. My parents found kids underwear under and an aluminum can top in their bed. We liked the location, the beach was beautiful and the kids are still raving about the pool. We’d come again but not to this unit.
